I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near the mall. The service provided by the staff was attentive and satisfactory. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would gladly return in the future.

The room is very clean. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite. Location is good. Strongly recommend for potential stayers to look into this hotel is budget concious and looking for good accommodation experience.

Staying with Grand Anara Airport Hotel for transit purpose. It is right next to terminal 3 domestic flights. Perfect location for transit passengers. The staff are nice and friendly. Welcoming experience. Just the view is not that impressive and the water temperature not that stable.

For a business trip, I booked a suite for four nights. My overall impression was quite positive. The room having a washing machine was a huge convenience. It's also not too far from the Indonesia National Exhibition Center, just a 10-20 minute taxi ride, which made getting around very easy.

If you're attending a concert at ICEBSD, this is definitely the place to stay! It's super, super, super close to the venue, just a few minutes' walk. The accommodation itself is on par with a typical budget hotel in China. You will hear a lot of motorbike noise late at night, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast buffet is just okay, nothing special but it'll fill you up.

Our stay at the Sheraton was wonderful. Already in the lobby, you immediately get a holiday feeling. The staff are extremely friendly without ever seeming forced. The whole property is beautifully maintained, and the evening lighting makes the garden look magical. We had a room with a garden view – to our surprise, it also overlooked the runway, so we could watch planes up close right from our window. Despite this, the room was surprisingly quiet. The pool area is excellent as well. A perfect choice for a stopover in Jakarta!

It's a great hotel. The manager of the front office did a very warm welcome and preparation. The gym and the swimming pool and the supermarket downstairs are very convenient, thank you!!!!

While the room was a bit small, it was impeccably clean. What truly stood out was that it was the only hotel during my entire business trip where the bedding didn't have any unpleasant smell. Its location was incredibly convenient, being close to both the airport and my workplace. Despite Indonesia experiencing a somewhat complex social situation at the time, the hotel felt very secure and provided a great sense of comfort and safety. The hotel breakfast was superb; I ate it for three consecutive days and never grew tired of it. The dining area itself was also very pleasant. It's a pity I didn't get the opportunity to try out the hotel's other facilities.

The hotel is huge with many rooms. After checking in, we took a buggy to our room. The room itself was very spacious, clean, tidy, and exceptionally quiet. The only downside was that the pipes seemed to be leaking, making a gurgling sound, which we just put up with. Breakfast was incredibly rich and the restaurant had a great atmosphere, with many Western foreigners. Overall, it was a good experience.

Good location, close to LivingWorld mall & FlavorBliss. Great services although there is a renovation works ongoing.
