Great hotel with stunning views from rooms and from the amazing rooftop restaurant and bar - beds super comfy with excellent tea and coffee facilities- good shower and lovely Elemis bath products. Only downside was breakfast whilst a fabulous choice and lovely variety of fresh fruits, many of the cooked items were only like warm and mushrooms actually cold, we were after 9 having breakfast so possibly been sat for a long while. Otherwise all great and would definitely choose to stay again.

This place is amazing! I booked this for Lap of Lights and as Christmas gift for my husband (F1 lover) and everything there is magnificent! Love it so much and will plan another visit next time.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! I would have loved to give it a higher score because our room was so spacious, clean, and had a lovely modern design that made it very comfortable. However, I did have to rate it a bit lower because we were surprised to find that, while the travel app suggested that the standard queen-size room would come with both a bathtub and a shower, it turns out that only the premium suites offer bathtubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful— it was a shame that they couldn't do anything about the app. They mentioned that if you're a member and book in advance, there might be some great upgrade options available. It’s just a disappointment that the photos and description on the app were misleading, as they made it look like all the queen-size rooms had bathtubs too!

there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

The service was lovely My husband wanted to give me a surprise and hotel arranged it for him and received my flowers and put it in the room in advance Facilities was great. The gym got abit of everything and pool and sauna to use as well Would recommend for couple and family stay

It was a standard hotel, you get what you pay for. The gym's tiny but the main fault was the heating didn't work and it was a fairly cold night. Breakfast was decent though. 3/5

Modern interior - reception, bar area and dining room all very appealing decor and relaxing space to chill or have a drink. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, well worth the money. Bedrooms were very clean and modern with nice toiletries and tea making facilities. Good location to get to Marlow and surrounding areas. Would recommend. To note: you have to pay £7 to park the car for 24hrs

Great for a relaxing night away. Lovely modern hotel, great rooms and service. Spa is a little basic but it was fine for what we needed for our one night away! Very close to Marlow town centre which is great to explore!

During May 2026 I stayed in room 301. It was an 18 minute walk from the train station and easy to find. The staff at reception checked me in very quickly. My room was very clean when I entered. The room had a large window that opened and I had fresh air. The view was of the car park but not unpleasant. The room had a kettle with T and coffee. The bathroom was bigger than I expected and had a bath. The room was a twin but as a solo traveller I only used one bed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I chose to stay at holidays inn because it was great value on Trip. Com when I booked. It was a lot more reasonably priced than hotels in London. I stayed in this hotel as I was going into London. It was a good choice as it was better value than London hotels at booking. There was a really nice bar area but I did not use it. There was a really good breakfast too because I checked it out. But I did not have breakfast included on this visit as I had to get up early to get into London. The hotel had a pool but I did not use it on this occasion. I would definitely stay again and use all the facilities on my next visit. The images I have included are images of the room as I stayed in it, the drinks facilities in the room, the bathroom and the nice products in the shower area, the ironing facilities and the wardrobe. I used the hotel to travel to London and it greatly reduced the cost of a London trip. There is a big shopping mall very close to the hotel that has an amazing array of restaurants and shops very local to the hotel!
