Из плюсов - отличные завтраки(большой выбор блюд), хороший вид из ресторана на 10 этаже и расположение. Из минусов: - на столе было липкое пятно под чайником, специально его убрал, что бы горничная обратила внимание. За 4 дня его так и не убрали - в ванной не хватает подставок/чашек под косметические приборы. Из всех принадлежностей выдаётся только зубной набор - одноразовые тапочки мерзкого качества. От них вонь стоит не выносимая.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

房間偏小，後面加費升級了房型，還是小。前台幫助很大，出門方便，樓下和商場通聯。SPA環境比較差，SPA服務態度不好，按摩油的品質也不好，因為服務態度不好與聞了一下按摩油太差，就不期待也不願意花錢買罪受了。日餐環境不錯，主要是訂了一個榻榻米的位置，硬性要求消費約450美金，我們三個人吃了一個晚上，才吃300美金左右，怎麼樣都撐不到450美金，結果買單的時候硬硬要刷450美金，然後允許你打包，第一次遇見國際五星級酒店這麼“硬”的經營方式，就一個位置而已，生意一般，沒幾個人，那個位置我們沒有坐，估計也是空着吧

I had 3 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The worker 'Arlan' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very clean hotel and the bathroom that I had was extremely clean. Great, comfortable bed. The breakfast was fine, not that many options on a Sunday, but Monday had plenty more options. The location was good, if you like walking, then you can walk to a lot of the attractions from the hotel. Navat restaurant is close and there is is a café next to it - this was great! In sum, an excellent hotel for 2/3 nights in Bishkek.

Lokasi Ramada Hotel sangat baik, ia mudah untuk perjalanan, dan perkhidmatannya juga baik. Ia adalah kos efektif untuk tinggal di luar musim Kemudahan bilik adalah standard, sarapannya lazat, supnya lazat, dan halamannya juga sangat bagus. Ia disyorkan untuk tinggal.

Great place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.

Отель находится близко к центру. В данный момент подъехать к нему возможности нет, так как идет ремонт дороги, необходимо пройти еще метров 300 пешком, но этот минус уйдет, когда дорогу отремонтируют. Очень понравилась прилегающая территория, она не такая большая, но очень уютная: прекрасный сад и бассейн, есть столики под навесом на случай дождя. Просто отлично для вечернего времяпрепровождения. Номер чистый, есть все необходимое. Разве что немного расстроил напор воды в душе. Приятный и вежливый персонал. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки: они потрясающие. Цена-качество - искренне рекомендую.

В целом все сойдет, но есть вопросы к уборке, ощущение что туда входит только замена полотенец и салфеток. Если снимаешь отель на неделю то душ , ванную или туалет убирать не обязательно 🙈 Плюс не понятно отношения персонала на баре в ресторане. Мы специально согласовывали и делали доп оплаты за норм кофе, но как нам объясняли утром сотрудники бариста человек настроения и каждый день сама решает кому и когда она будет делать кофе, а кому нет. Для такого отеля это конечно очень странная позиция по поводу сервиса за который мы заплатили. Сделайте себе кофе в сами в автоматической кофе машине :/
