We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very clean. They cleaned our room everyday, which was nice. The location is great, just a short walk to Faiza Restaurant and Globus Supermarket. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us rest in the lobby and stored our luggage when we arrived early before check-in time. Amenities are a bit limited though there’s a small café but no gym or sauna. Breakfast is basic and almost the same every day, but it’s fine for a quick start to the day. Overall, it’s a nice and comfortable hotel. Good location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

A very good luxury hotel in Kyrgyzstan, with a high cost-effectiveness. My friend and I booked a suite and a king-size bed room. The most important thing is that it doesn't matter if you don't know the language, the check-in is smooth. This room faces the sun, and the foot of the snow-capped mountains is at the bottom of the curtains, which is absolutely beautiful. Apart from the scenery, the bedding is very standard, and the overall stay experience is very good. Breakfast is 7.00-10.00, and I had a big plate of chicken for breakfast, which was touching 😹 The hotel facilities are also good. The cafe on the first floor is very suitable for afternoon tea and the Korean restaurant on the top floor is more suitable for dating. The facilities are very comfortable and the tone is very suitable.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

A very kind atmosphere. With regard to breakfast, the dining room is still locked up under Chinese tourists. We went for breakfast only for 2 days, good for a lot of delicious and diverse places. For this business trip and vacation in Kyrgyzstan, I chose the Kyrgyz Star Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely wise decision; the entire stay was perfect. **Excellent Location:** The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Whether going to Ala-Too Square in the city center or to major business districts, transportation is very easy. There are also good restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making shopping and daily life very convenient. **Comfortable and Clean Rooms:** We stayed in a twin room, which was more spacious and bright than I expected. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. Most importantly, the room was spotless, the bathroom facilities were clean and modern, and the hot water supply was stable and plentiful—crucial for a weary traveler. **Impeccable Service:** This is the hotel's most commendable aspect! From the front desk to the restaurant to room service, every staff member was smiling and incredibly attentive. The front desk staff are fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English, making communication seamless. They responded quickly and resolved any minor issues we encountered, making us feel very reassured.

We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌

The room is small, and it was still small after upgrading for an additional fee. The front desk was very helpful, and it was convenient to go out. The downstairs is connected to the mall. The SPA environment is poor, the SPA service attitude is not good, and the quality of the massage oil is not good. Because of the poor service attitude and the poor massage oil, I didn't expect it and didn't want to spend money to suffer. The Japanese dining environment is good, mainly because we booked a tatami seat, and the rigid consumption is about 450 US dollars. The three of us ate for one night and only ate about 300 US dollars. No matter what, we couldn't afford 450 US dollars. As a result, when paying the bill, we had to pay 450 US dollars, and then we were allowed to take it away. This is the first time I have encountered such a ”hard” management method of an international five-star hotel. It's just one seat, and the business is average. There are not many people. We didn't sit in that seat, so it was probably empty.
