"Nice, simple hotel with double bed, a small desk and closet bathroom but for the price, it was good enough for one night. Close distance away from Port, shopping mall, and tourist information as well as the Airport.

"酒店很好，一樓餐廳有24小時熱水、茶和咖啡。酒店有電梯，能免費寄存行李。我們是凌晨一點多的輪船，從酒店到碼頭走路也就五六分鐘，我們可以一直在餐廳休息，喝茶，非常感謝酒店提供的暖心服務。機場大巴到酒店也不遠，大概200米左右。早餐食材豐富，有三文魚（沒有醬油和芥末，有橄欖油…）但是三文魚大概是限量供應，餐枱上一盤三文魚沒有了之後，就沒再上了…不知道去廚房問問還會不會有！！🤭🤭"

The hotel is in an excellent location in the harbor overlooking the Arctic Cathedral and right next to Storgata!!! It is a bit old but remains traditional!! Perhaps some renovation in the rooms would be needed! Breakfast is a classic intercontinental breakfast buffet while the dinner is somewhat poor and basic! The fika is a nice touch!! The staff was pleasant and smiling except for the skinny young man on the day we checked in who was obviously bored and wanted to go to school and did not inform us about anything!! We had to ask him about all the procedures of the meals and the hotel while he did not provide us with any other information either about the hotel's facilities or information about the city!
It is worth it just for the location and we would probably prefer it again!! And yes, we saw the northern lights one night from our window across the mountain and above the harbor!!!

It's just a few minutes' walk to the library and the northernmost McDonald's. Getting to the cable car is a bit further on foot, maybe a 20-30 minute walk. You can also take the bus, as there are plenty of bus stops nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants right next door, so it's all quite convenient.
2. **Service:** The room doesn't have a kettle or slippers. If you need hot water, you have to ask the front desk to get it for you…

This hotel is great. The restaurant on the first floor offers 24-hour hot water, tea, and coffee. There's an elevator and free luggage storage. Our ferry was at 1 AM, and it's only a five or six-minute walk from the hotel to the pier. We were able to relax in the restaurant and have tea, which was a very thoughtful service from the hotel, and we really appreciate it. The airport shuttle stop is also conveniently close, about 200 meters away. The breakfast had a good variety of food, including salmon (though without soy sauce and wasabi, only olive oil...). However, the salmon seemed to be limited; once a plate was gone from the buffet, it wasn't refilled... I wonder if asking the kitchen would have gotten more!! 🤭🤭

The room has a living room that is quite big, the living room has a sofa bed, the dining room kitchen is connected, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, which is quite good.
There is a supermarket seven or eight minutes walk away. It is very convenient to buy things and cook them by yourself.
The only downside is that if the living room wants to sleep, the curtain is not wide enough to block the lights outside, and it is a bit bright at night.

A great place to just stay and view northern lights just outside just at the farm. 10-12 rooms so very nice experience. Have restaurant that you can hide from the cold easily and you can step out to view the northern lights when they are out.

Very quiet environment with great scenery. We're lucky to able to see aurora with clear sky. Very helpful check in staff with very nice dinner and breakfast 😋

El hotel está bastante alejado del centro de Tromsø. La parada de autobús para ir al aeropuerto está a 10 min. Parece poco pero si está nevando y llevas mucho equipaje hay que ir con tiempo porque las cuestas tienen hielo.
Cuando entras, es una maravilla. Han renovado las zonas comunes y es súper bonito.
Pero al entrar en nuestra habitación doble.... No estaba renovada. Es la habitación más pequeña en la que hemos estado en 8 días por la zona. La puerta no está en buenas condiciones. El baño parece de ”un hospital”. Para nuestro gusto la cama y las almohadas son incómodas. Las paredes de la habitación tampoco están en buen estado.
Cuando fuimos a desayunar parecía otro hotel. La cafetería con vistas panorámica era preciosa. Y el desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy rico.
Nos choca bastante la inmensa diferencia que hay entre las zonas comunes y la habitación.
