We chose this as it is close to airport but, it's on a hill on the other side of a major intersection of 4 lanes. Once you get over street they direct you to walk down two sets of steeps stairs....we had a large heavy suitcase plus it was raining very hard that morning to the airport, drenched to the bone. Theh had a few food & snack items to choose from to buy from a machine.The room was great, ac worked good and it was very clean. But seriously they could make a good deal of money if they had a driving service to take you to the airport. It's about a 16-18 minute walk and as I said it started pouring on us, we had no umbrellas. Luckily after getting checked in we walked over to airport so we would know how to go. We left at 5am still dark , there were some night lights thank goodness, but as we were walking fast when we were coming up to a change in sidewalk I tripped on the curb and ended up spinning my knees , hands ,and face when I fell on the cement. Not there fault but if they only had a shuttle that could have been prevented. Thank God when we got down to airport the workers noticed I needed help and took me to get attended to. Actually they wanted me to go to hospital but, I refused. They did get a wheelchair and take me and my husband to get checked in. The Airport workers Get a perfect score!

The hotel has nice infinity pools, but no beach or access to a public beach. You have to take taxi to get to one. Taxis are expensive on Tahiti. The resort does have access to lagoon water in just one spot, there is a ladder, and the water is very clean for those wanting to take dip. The rooms are old, esp. the vanities and the decor in the bathrooms. The bed linens and towels are nice. Also the grounds and the views are very nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but the breakfast area seemed nice. Overall, I don't regret staying here, but would consider this option overpriced due to the age of the rooms.

The place is fantastic. Super nice staff, very supportive with individual request. They store your luggage after check out & gave us the opportunity to shower before heading to the airport. Great service! Rooms are spacious enough for 1-2 persons if you stay only 1-3 nights. Our beds (especially pillows, sheets and mattress) were super comfy and we even had a little fridge in our room. There are no windows in the cabins but the AC is doing the job First we were but concerned about the shared bathrooms & restrooms. But no need! You find bathrooms (men & women are in separate aisle) with a shower (equipped w shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) incl a toilet and sink on each floor and you simple lock the room once you need to use it. All is really clean. We also liked the design of each area. The rooftop bar offers a big variety of drinks and some snacks. Fantastic view The Kon tiki is also very central. In front of the ferry terminal and you can walk „downtown“ for shopping, eating etc If we come back and need accommodation for a couple of nights, this would be our choice Big thank you again to the team 👍

I booked this for my client who was meeting a Cunard ship the following morning, and this Hotel is perfectly placed for this. Nice and central - very clean and comfortable - and my client reported that they staff were helpful too. I will utilise this Hotel again.

Pros: The location is only a short walk to the ferry, cruise terminal, markets, restaurants and shops. If you are only sleeping there and can sleep through pumping music until the early hours it is convenient. If you want to enjoy any amenities like a restaurant for lunch stay elsewhere Con’s: There is no place to hang whilst you are waiting to check in. There is a coffee shop on ground floor. But I don’t travel to Tahiti to expect that is the only space available. We had planned to go to the restaurant for lunch but it was closed for a private function The lobby is a small area crowded with dozens 100? Bags stacked up waiting to check in or depart. We were told firmly check in is 3pm so your room can’t be ready until then. Really? at the stroke of 3 they will wave a manic wand and every room will suddenly be cleaned! There is no pool. The rooms look out to the Road and commercial terminal blocks most of the view we thought we’d paid for. The lifts are crowded with locals? Visiting the roof deck which was so loud into the morning we couldn’t sleep.

The most important thing to mention: it has a Japanese restaurant on-site! Very good news for Asian travelers. One the international brand hotels on the island. Close to the airport and downtown. It also has a supermarket across the street. The view is ok but nothing too special. It has a big swimming pool but no private beach. All the rooms are in the main building. It does not have a private lagoon or any overwater bungalows. Overall, it is a nice place to stay just for few days, especially if you need to catch a flight. However, if you are planning to spend most of your time on Tahiti, I recommend to consider a resort hotel.

Definitely opt for the overwater bungalows. The beach bungalows with private pools were a little worn down. The main pool was closed due to renovations and it was not supposed to be. The renovations were supposed to have been completed before our stay. That was a bummer and all they did was give us a $50 credit. The lagoon and house reef is spectacular and so full of fish. All not motorized activities including kayaking and SUP are included. Very good buffet breakfast. The service was 3 star definitely not 5 star service. An absolutely fantastic location and go to happy hour for sunset.

They charge for EVERYTHING. They even put a tip on my card for themselves without asking me. When asked, the restaurant lady apologized and asked for refund the money back to me. The ladies at the front desk are very aggressive especially the one without hair line. She was very very aggressive. She has no business working the front desk. I paid for dinner show with buffet but they sat me behind the pillars and I couldn’t even see the show. When I complained, they told me that the people upfront had made their reservation way in advance than me. Towards the end of the show, the moved me to another table by which it was already too late as the show was almost ending. The young man at the front desk was very welcoming. I truly disliked the service at this resort. The Paris lady at the spa was extremely nice and pleasant. The ladies at the boutique were a bit kind. Overall, it would have been a nice stay if they had taken the time to make my stay a bit nice. Do not go here if you are a black American. The women are aggressive towards us for no reason. That’s my observation.

Location is one of the best in Moorea for sunset and locals. Keep in mind that you should have a scooter or car to get to NIU! Taxi is too far and too expensive. There is a scooter rental 5min away. NIU super new. You can hear the ocean at night if you want. Supreme! The check in was lovely … the receptionist was lovely and friendly. The female manager a bit snobby (sorry to say). Try the „poisson cru“ at „O2“ restaurant near by

It's a piece of paradise, unbelievable service, every person who works there is helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you feel at home .. definitely recommend staying there. You can snorkel right there - the bungalos are on the edge of a small coral riff
