Un hotel familiar perfecto para disfrutar de Viana do Castelo. Toda una experiencia sensorial. Preciosa habitación decorada hasta el mínimo detalle, ambientada y perfumada con olor a chocolate. Dividida en dos estancias,perfecta para familias. Detalle de bienvenida y amenidades de baño incluidas. Personal muy agradable. El desayuno exquisito servido con mucho gusto, delicioso y muy abundante y variado. Curiosa visita a la fábrica de chocolate incluida, muy didáctica para los niños. Muy recomendable.

Tudo excelente. Desde a localização do hotel passando pela qualidade excecional do pequeno-almoço bem como a simpatia de todo o pessoal. Contudo, devo somente fazer um reparo para o pouco espaço entre as mesas

UN DESCUBRIMIENTO PARA DESCANSAR!! Calidad precio lo mejor, ubicación en un entorno natural impresionante, el personal atento y servicial (comer en el chiringuito de la piscina un acierto) En el servicio de desayuno deberían aumentar el personal; únicamente dos personas para sentar a aprox. 150 huéspedes, dar servicio, recoger, limpiar y volver a montar mesas es deficiente (destacar la buena disposición de estos dos camareros que eran eficientes y con una sonrisa)

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. Had the room all to myself. It's a really modern property overlooking the sea /river. The breakfast was excellent as ever. Great stop off between Porto and Santiago de Compostela. Sadly only two trains per day!

we had a very good experience here. we were 10 Ebikers on the way from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. This was the end of a long day. Very pretty location. I don't know why other's had bad experiences. Desk staff was good. They weren't the ritz, but they were helpful. Very helpful explanation how to store our Ebikes. Spa services that 2 of our group used and were very good. Huge pool. We did not avail ourselves of bar or restaurant; we walked into town. Room had a balcony and was very clean and well appointed.

1 noite em regime de pequeno almoço em quarto de hostel (dormitório e casa de banho comum). Foi uma experiência para não voltar a repetir… a área comum não apresenta condições! São bliches com divisórias em tábuas, há muito ruído, não há onde apoiar nada, casa de banho súper pequena. Higiene pouca… lençóis e toalhas (amarelos) casas de banho deviam ser higienizadas com mais frequência e áreas de respiração inexistentes. A único ponto positivo é o pequeno almoço… apresenta-se normal com o essencial. A Sra que dá apoio super simpática e prestável. Esta avaliação é com o intuito de melhoria! Grata pela vossa atenção

The hotel is well situated within easy reach of all the attractions. Front of house staff were, as one reviewer put it, lukewarm, I would even say tepid. No info was given at check in as to hotel facilities or where to go for breakfast etc. Even though the rooms are quite large they are very dated. No room safe, questionable electrics, dirty grout in walk in shower, no shower caps , no tissues. Wardrobe smelled old and musty. Breakfast was adequate in a very small dining room. Fried/scrambled eggs available on request.

Cuesta encontrarlo,na parte alta de la Cai de San Teotonio, esquina cola cai que mira a la Fortaleza. Nun tien ascensor. Ta limpiu. Buena atención. Hai máquina con agua y snacks Funciona mui bien el wifi y mui mal la televisión Dalguna nueche se sintió la música d’un bar cercanu.
