#cnyfeast This is the first time I visit Arbor! I heard that it is a Michelin stars restaurant and I really wish to have dinner here for a long time! Tonight I went with my friend over there! when I stepped at Arbor, the high ceiling, long glass windows with a bit dim light. It can give you a really romantic and cosy feel! The dinner menu looks so simple and it is $1688/person! After having dinner at Arbor, you can really feel how much effort the chef had input into every dish they made! I would like to say their signature main dish - pigeon is really worth to try! The way they cooked the pigeon quite different from the usual Chinese style! The pigeon cooked until medium done but it won’t feel undercooked! The texture of the meat is very soft. There are three kinds of seasonings that can be eaten together! It also comes with a meatball and that is a mixture of pigeon meat and its viscera. The staff are always friendly and explain in details about every dishes! They show their professionalism in serving their clients! As a whole, I would say since the service and the taste of the food are both excellent, Arbor really deserves getting the Michelin stars!
