There are many bus routes and subway stations nearby, making it a great choice whether you're here for shopping or sightseeing. 🏙️The Mandeville Hotel's location is unbeatable, with almost all of central London nearby. The hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the famous Selfridges and Bond Street shopping areas. The hotel's decor has a bit of a European bourgeois feel, and although it's a bit old, it's still quite cozy. The hotel is well-equipped, and the front desk staff are very welcoming, making you feel right at home. In terms of the stay experience, the room layout is reasonable, but a bit small, as is the European standard. The hotel's service is also very good, with staff always willing to help and responding promptly to any requests. 🛌Although the rooms are small, they are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable, although not very big, making them suitable for couples. The room has a coffee machine and tea, as well as a nice bathroom. However, the soundproofing is not very good, and outside noise can be heard. Some friends have mentioned that some rooms have old furniture that needs to be renovated, and some rooms even have a musty smell. Although we didn't experience this, we recommend checking the room condition before checking in. The Spice Indian Restaurant and Scarlett Green are both recommended by friends, so give them a try. There are also authentic restaurants like Alexander The Great and Town House near the hotel, so why not try some local specialties? 🏨Overall, The Mandeville Hotel is a great choice in terms of location and service, despite some minor issues. I would consider staying here again if I return to London.
