it suppose to be called motel, as have car place with room. may look look not really bright frommoutside, but have to take a look inside. for more then reasonable 2000P you will get huge and styly room with asia style partitition indicate separation between massive bad, food corner, biz corner and solid size jacuzi. clean and well maintained, godd sequrity, hotel stuff nice and partonizing. food better to call from outside.

I asked many times to clean my room since they wont clean it without my presence. I waited several times, no one came. It’s pretty disturbing to anticipate someone to clean since I want to focus on on my review- and ended up having no one to come over is very frustrating.

We really appreciate the hotel staff who still allow us to do a late check in. However, when we initially call them and ask them about the theme of the room, the hotel staff who answer the call inform us that we can choose a specific theme on our regular suite. After making the reservation and contact them again, they inform us that they only have 1 theme room available for our room. Location is clean and accessible. In addition, their hotel staff still is very kind and provide you a excellent service.

To make a long story short, front desk personnel made me pay an extra P1000.00 to upgarde from my reserved and fully paid standard room to a room that has a garage if i wanted to park my car at their premises. The booking clearly states that parking is provided frèe of charge..But I guess being a ”love hotel” they'll prioritze other guests who pay less for short time so they can give the room to more clients within the day..Arguing and asking to speak to the manager was useless, these people dont care. They say its the third party booking site's fault (Trip.com).So being with a companion and put on the spot I had no choice but to upgrdae.. Word of caution if you're gonna.book thru a third party site. and your bringing a car unless its a 4-5 star.parking might be an issue.. Never again with Victoria Court.

The place was very clean, as I initially booked the first night thru Agoda. Sleep comfort was very good, considering that the aircon was operating at the right temperature. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were quite right and the food (not that pricey) was above average. I ended up booking for another 48 hours and got a good deal from them directly. Kudos to Sheila from the Front Office who went out of her way to bring up to my room the credit/debit card terminal to pay for my incremental charges. With staff like that, who would not come back again?
