- Sink in the bathroom seem clogged. It drain very slow
- Bathtub paint is peeling off from the bottom. when I fill with the water
- The pillow is not comfortable
- The room is clean but bathroom have hairs in the tub
- It some sharp edge of the carpet from the room to the bathroom. Be careful when you step on it. It’s can be hurt.
- Breakfast is good and Staff is very nice
- If you have car with trailer the parking spot Is in the back of the hotel in the dark zone with the big truck park.
- Hot tub is nice temperature and indoor swimming pool.
- Small Gym with few equipments

Recent stay was alright besides the ice machine wasn't working at all. The room was nice and clean and the service wasn't too bad considering me and my husband are regular customers so they know us pretty well

Wonderful hotel, run by people who truly take pride in their establishment. If I ever come to Paris Texas again, I won't hesitate to book here again. Very clean and well kept grounds, which is consistent throughout their rooms. Nice breakfast with even nicer breakfast hours! I felt very comfortable here and at home.

房間很大，服務也和好，前台幫我把行李拿上二樓，連小費都不收。
隔壁就是沃爾瑪，購物很方便，但吃飯得開車去快速路對面。兩個Palace Inn，一個藍標一個紅標隔着快速路對着開，有趣。
酒店就在馬路邊上，會有些吵，睡眠質量不好就別選了。但對我來説不覺得困擾，車流聲就像白噪音一樣挺助眠。
看評價説早餐不行，所以沒在酒店訂早餐，在沃爾瑪直接買麪包、現切水果、果汁牛奶解決早餐又便宜又方便

TTracy MorganI scheduled a stay on the wrong date. The manager comped me $5. Not a big discount but every bit helps. The room was very clean though it had a strong bleach smell. Lots of contractors and their families staying in the hotel and talking outside our door til late and early next a.m.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for. The building is old with cracks and wear and tear. My door's frame looked like someone had kicked it in at one point. The tv worked to let me see tubi at least but kept shutting off at 11:30 pm. It had no pests but I did find a spider just before I left the hotel room on my checkout day. It's located near the beach and a walk of about 15 minutes from the lexignton and the state aquarium. No food no room service but I knew that going in. I will say the ac worked very well and I had to turn it up to avoid being frozen to death, although everytime it stoped it sounded like someone was trying to get into my room. Freaked me out at first until I realised what it was. Building also seems to be off center due to age. They are developing the area so maybe the owners will sell it once the land's price goes up. All in all if you are looking for a cheap place this is the place for you.

GGuest UserOne of the best locations on all of South Padre. The door of my room was literally only steps away from the beach with parking just as close. This made coming and going very easy with no elevators or long walks to the parking area. On the down side, there were people out on the shared front deck until midnight several nights in a row. They were not excessively noisy but they did have music playing the entire time. Could have done without that but it was not enough to keep me from enjoying my stay. If peace and solitude is what you need, probably should consider staying somewhere else. Otherwise, this is an ideal location at a very reasonable price. Did not visit the bar and there was no food service available at the time of my stay.

GGuest UserOnly accessible by car. We thought we could walk around the neighborhood but were dissuaded by the staff. Room, bed, bathroom were all clean. There is no lobby though to hang out in the morning. Breakfast is just bananas and sugary bars. For a motel and the price, it was fine.
