Great value for money, room 103 is quiet at the end of the hallway, street side not railway side. Room is big enough, 2 single beds, kettle tea and coffee, a/c. Bus stop 50m, breakfast available.

A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious.

The location was not so convenient, and we had to pay E22 for one way taxi fare. I might misunderstand it to be close to the airport but we were surprised on high taxi fare.The room was basic but clean. There was only one set of towels but they brought more on request. We had no food there because we had to leave early.

location is prefect, just next to the main train station, but not sure amenities given based on what criteria, stayed here before with coffee sachet and tea provided, and also without coffee and kettle provided, this time with only kettle provide

Kein Föhn, für zwei gebucht und nur eine Decke, keine Kopfkissen nur deko Kissen, kein Kleiderschrank nur eine Garderobe, keine Ablage für Hygieneartikel im Toiletten raum, kein Nachttisch, keine Steckdosen am Bett..... Nie wieder.!!!

Very nice and clean room that is of good size. Hotel feels relatively new. Walking distance to shopping mall, but further away from the central business district. But it's a nice area to stay in. Will choose this hotel again if I go back to Frankfurt.

ロケーションで治安が悪いとの口コミを見ましたが、少し人気が少なく暗い印象がありましたが特に問題ありませんでした。家族4人で利用しましたが、トラム、メトロの乗り場が非常に近くとても便利でした。部屋も清潔で広さも申し分なかったです。クリスマスマーケットにもトラム乗り換え無しで行けます。

Good location and clean and renovated room. Single bed is a bit small for my taste, but all else is good.

We visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it. The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests. We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out. However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting. A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

Very much upset on this hotel policies when it comes to staying with international customers. Hotel per day price is higher than other hotels and check-in time is @ 15:00 . When myself landed at Frankfurt in the morning and arrived hotel at around 10:00 and requested the reception to allow early stay rather than 15:00 , because my journey was over night and myself been tired . But the hotel didn’t understand and straight way refused 🥵. This is so disgusting when been booked for 3- nights then they treat us like this is something not good . Would suggest hotel management to understand for international travelled customers to understand and serve accordingly 🙏.
