The hotel is quite nice, neat and tidy. The service in the front desk are also great, overall i had a pleasant stay here. It’s just the location of the hotel is rather / could be quite misleading, got us thinking it is actually next to T5, but in fact at least 20 mins bus rideeeee hahaah!

My sister and I stayed at the B&B Hotel Heathrow for one night. From the time of our arrival we fount the staff at the front desk most helpful and attentive especially Latoya. The only issue we had was that we were unable to adjust the temperature in our room, but we were supplied with additional bedding. Our evening meals and breakfast were excellent and very delicious. We highly recommend staying at very pleasant hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. During our stay, our baby wasn’t feeling well, and the hotel team showed us so much care and support. They went out of their way to help us in every possible way, which meant a lot to our family. We truly appreciate their warmth and hospitality. Thank you for making us feel so cared for. We will always remember your kindness!

The location was good, right at the services. However, upon arrival at the reception and whilespeakingto the receptionists, the reception area stinked of sweat. But the receptionists were friendly. The bath had marks on it like it hasn't been washed. There was no shower gel. Parking was £5

So a group of us stayed here on Saturday, whilst upon arrival the hotel and grounds looked stunning, we were greated on reception and told one of our rooms were ready. This was fine as we were early, it was a 5 minute walk to the toilet, and the guys ended up getting lost, the rooms are a 10/15 minute walk away from the main check in; and it’s like walking through a hospital corridor to get to them. The rooms are very basic still with draw string lights, the water station was around a 3/4 minute walk from our room and no bottled water was in the room. At 3.30am we were awoken by a member of staff knocking and posting a note through our door to say there was going to be a power outage from 9am onwards, we were not able to shower as the room was pitch black and no water was coming out the shower. On a lighter note the breakfast was lovely!

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

the service from staff was excellent. facilities great. we had breakfast verry good. food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family.

Big disappointment, check in at around 5pm and found out there is no electricity. it only came back at around midnight, and again at around 8am in the next morning, they lost electricity again. I don't see any efforts from the staff to ease the problem. Phone signal was bad too adding fuel to fire.

Everything is just perfect and up to our expectation! Convenient location next to the train station, clean room & fitness room, helpful staffs whom always wear smiles, tasty breakfast! Recommended!
