I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

The room was compact but well-designed with a standard layout, featuring a separate wet and dry area. The living environment was comfortable and quiet, and the bedding was clean. The large bed provided a comfortable sleep after a long journey, and its proximity to Gatwick Airport saved a lot of travel hassle.

I recently had an exceptional stay at a hotel located in the heart of Guildford. The convenience of the location was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The staff provided exemplary service, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. Most importantly, the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing significantly to my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Guildford.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you take the train to weybridge, there is a bus outside the train station to get to the hotel. If you walk, it is 2.1 kilometers away from the hotel. The dinner in the hotel is very delicious and the breakfast is average. The restaurant service in the hotel is very good. But the front desk service is average; it can be seen that the hotel is renovated and more luxurious, but the room, especially the design of the bathroom, still has certain defects and is not very practical; the surrounding environment of the hotel should be very beautiful in summer. Overall, the hotel is good.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault.
