I feel bad for all the touristic place in Jordan, not having enough tourists, most of the restaurants and guest houses are literally empty. We only had 3 guests the night that I stayed. However, the room was really, really hot, and there was only one window to let the air. I had to complain to the reception woman who called her manager to have the AC on for a couple of hours.
Even 1 guest should be treated as a guest. I understand the no people situation but still.
Location was excellent though. I would stay again because of this reason.

Good location (nearby visitors center but on the hill, you need clime
The service is not very good:
It was the first time when I didn't got information at the reception about breakfast time, spa service, swimm pool, etc.
The bath -hot spring was semi-fulled afternoon.
The bathrobe was so small
The breakfast was ok.
Opportunity for the late check out

The hotel is only 3 months old, very new and well maintained . Room is large, bright and airy with a nice view on Petra. The staff is very polite and professional . Ample of parking and right down there is the petrol station .
4th floor has swimming pool and view on Petra too.
Breakfast offers sufficient choice despite not many variety but good enough .
Nothing I can pick and this hotel is definitely worth the money and highly recommended . Small suggestion : motion sensor should have more not just be installed at the lift lobby.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce camp. Les propriétaires sont adorables, le service est incroyable, la nourriture est super bonne. J'ai pris une bulle avec jacuzzi, la chambre est extrêmement propre et très complètez, du frigo au sèche cheveux 😅 et pour l'utilisation du jacuzzi dès que j'en avais envie le réceptionniste m'envoyait quelqu'un pour l'allumer.
Ce camp se situe à 5 minutes en voiture de little petra.
Je recommande à 100% et j'y reviendrai pour sûr.

店家Rami非常熱情，三兄弟幫到我很多，Rami每天問客人什麼時候用早餐，並且會提供豐盛的約旦式早餐，Muhammad負責提前在Whatsapp聯繫客人，並且積極安排瓦迪魯姆沙漠的行程。走的時候Rami還送我一大瓶水，幫我解決第二天的補給。
建議到了之後和三兄弟提前商議入住時間，更加方便彼此

The image shows a pool. There was no pool. Most facilities are shared with the Petra Moon luxury hotel less than 2 minutes away. This includes the spa which was limited but fine. The breakfast was good, but being a 2 minute walk from the Petra visitors centre was the best thing about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful

Отдыхали с семьей и родителями. Хорошее обслуживание, чистота в номерах. Рядом с отелем много кафешек.
Большой минус в том, что - на площаде шум, музыка и танцы до 22 вечера, это мешало нормально отдохнуть и расслабиться в номере. Плохая шумоизоляция.

Entre lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, cuando terminas tu visita a Petra no tienes que volver a mover el coche. Tiene parking privado, ideal si llegas en vehículo de alquiler. Desayuno muy completo para ir de excursión a pasar el día en Petra. Las habitaciones están muy bien: cama cómoda y buena limpieza. Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal.

Отличный отель с удобным расположением.
До Визит-центра(вход в Пеитру) 10 минут пешком. Единственное, что отель находится на возвышенности и если вниз спускаться не тяжело, то наверх подняться будет не просто. Таксисты за заброску берут сумасшедший прайс, хотя ехать там буквально 2 минуты.
Сам отель выше всех похвал. Просторная комната, горячая вода, чисто бельё.
Также в комнате есть чайник, кофе, чай, вода.
Пока я гулял по Петре мне заправили постель, обновили пакетики с растворимым кофе.
Персонал очень вежлив и приятен.
На завтрак разнообразная пища, всё свежее и очень вкусное, шведский стол, никто над душой не стоит, кушай сколько хочешь.
Я очень рекомендую данный отель!

My stay in Marriot Petra is beyond my expectations.
The location is great, you could see nice views of Petra from the swimming pool in the hotel. Plus the hotel is super quiet and peaceful ❤️
The staff are super kind, friendly and attentive.
Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed , the assistant manager in the front office , he is a very kind and friendly person, delivering a great service and kind attitude when interacting with the guest .
I would like to recommend this hotel for your Petra stay .

GGuest UserLarge room, with perfect bathroom. Very good the pool and the free shuttle service to Petra. Good and large breakfast. Only dinner isn't up to par with the hotel; the buffet is always the same and poorly prepared. It's worth considering that the price of our package was very reasonable, so it's no problem. But at full price, the restaurant isn't worth the stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Petra Gate and had an overall wonderful experience. This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for exceptional value and genuine, personal service.
The most outstanding feature of this hotel is without a doubt the owner. He is incredibly polite, soft-spoken, and went far out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. He expertly arranged very affordable cab services for all my travel needs and was invaluable in guiding my sightseeing, offering helpful tips and advice that greatly enhanced my trip.
The hotel itself offers great value for money. A lovely perk is the self-serve coffee and tea service available in the kitchen at any time—a perfect way to start the morning or unwind in the evening.
Petra - Wonder of the World is just 1.5km away from this hotel.

GGuest UserWe arrived in Petra with suitcases via the JETT bus, so minimizing the distance we had to walk with luggage was a key consideration — and this hotel was a great fit.
Pros:
• Excellent location — about a 2-minute walk from the JETT bus drop-off point and the Petra Visitor Center; nearby there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and small grocery stores.
• Communicating with staff in English was fine, and they were friendly.
• Good variety in the breakfast buffet.
• The room included a sofa, which was a nice touch.
• The room was quiet.
• Heating/air-conditioning worked well.
• A large bottle of water was provided in the room.
Cons:
• The door stopper on the floor was placed in the narrow walkway next to the sofa — I accidentally kicked it a few times, which was painful. Not the best design choice.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff Jawad is very helpful and give good guidance on how to walk around Petra . He is very friendly and caring too! He help me to call the bus to go to wadi rum in early morning and wake up early to make sure the bus do come and pick me up.
The hotel room is nice, I don’t have any comment on that, but just one thing. During my visit it was Muslim holiday and all night and early morning also have loud prayer sound from the nearby mosques….. can’t really sleep for the whole night …. Yet this is not the hotel problem .
The breakfast is wonderful. Have lot of option and delicious too !
In all, I am happy for my stay . Thank you

Am I right on these stairs?? Do you really have to go up on this?? If you feel it, the stairs are right.
The staff are really friendly. I want to go again because of this. They lent me a towel as well, and I was really impressed.
If you have dinner, I recommend paying for it here. It's the most honest here.
Don't go out and buy it at the supermarket.
We sell everything at the accommodation, so I recommend buying water or something like that at the accommodation.

YyangguiyuanFor those driving to Petra, this hotel is arguably the best place to stay. It's conveniently located right across the street from the Petra Visitor Center. In the afternoon, we walked over to explore the Petra Museum. The next morning, we made sure to be among the first group to enter the ancient city right when it opened at 7 AM. This allowed us to avoid the intense sun and enjoy the Siq with very few people, making for an incredibly peaceful experience.
The room wasn't large, but it was perfectly sufficient. We received a complimentary box of about five pastries upon check-in, which were quite tasty.
We had an early breakfast just after 6 AM, and as mentioned, were among the first to enter Petra at 7 AM. We moved through the site quite efficiently and were back at the hotel by around 11 AM, allowing us a little rest before checking out at 12 PM and heading to our next destination.
Also, there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel; a quick search on Google Maps will show many options, and the food quality is generally good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.
