平日も挟んで２泊３日で家族スキーに行ってきました。今後毎年行きたいと考えています。 ★良かった点 ・なによりもゲレンデ直結と他のスキー場にない豊富なコース ・スタッフがリフトの相乗りを促してくれる⇒休日でも待ち時間が苦にならない ・初日から帰りまでのリフト券付（ナイター含む）⇒コスパ最高 ・ホテルスタッフが多い＋挨拶と対応が良い⇒混んでいても何か困ったらすぐに聞ける ・予約をとれなかった朝食を昼食に振替えてくれる ★要改善点 ・受入客数とお風呂の広さはあっていない⇒各棟にお風呂があったら･･･ ・広すぎて、初めて行く人は迷子になる⇒分かりやすい案内表示を増やした方が良い 　※地震や火事でエレベータが使えなかったら、私は出口まで行ける自信がなかった ・人が多すぎて、行きたいレストランを予約できなかった

If I would comment on the hotel, I would say worth the cost and balance facilities in all aspects. Very presentable lobby compare to the price. Breakfast is good. Also got hot spring. 5 minutes working from the station. 7-11 downstairs and lot of small restaurant around. Front desk staff is good and no problem with English. Cheaper than other hotel I am considering. This is the hotel I would stay again.

Second time staying as have very good impression in the first staying 3 years ago, before the pandemic. Extremely convenient on the main street, around 7 mins walk from Echigo Yuzawa train station. Continued being very clean and customer oriented, while become even more foreigner friendly as now a few staff, including Japanese and Filipinos, can speak english. All staff are trying very best to assist and respond to any request. For my case that include trying the best to secure taxi booking amid in busy period, and helping to confirm booking of a successive hotel booking with that hotel as I could not speak Japanese. Very grateful of their hospitality. On the other hand, had had dinner in hotel for one night, the soup of hotpot was a bit too salty for us. Pls also note that usually meals are to be booked 3 days or before.

Near the train station, so it is very convenient. However, my room happened to be facing the izakaya opposite, so there were loud voices and laughter late into the night. Soundproofing is also not the best. Other than that, everything else is good! Strong wifi connection and modern room.

サッカー観戦で１泊宿泊。新潟駅までやや距離はあるが、十分徒歩圏内。周りは繁華街でお買い物や遊びにも快適。飲み屋街へも近い。ホテル自体は年季があるが、シックなデザインで申し分なし。室内もシングルで寝るだけなら十分。お手洗いも旧式のウォシュレット。朝食はビュッフェで新潟ローカルフードも楽しめる。また次回利用したいホテルです。

Seeing that it’s approaching the snow season soon, so here it comes a very belated review! Stayed here with my family at the start of the year, and we had a fabulous time here! The hotel is very close to the Echigo Yuzawa Station, but shuttle bus is still available (remember to notify them about your arrival time). There was a staff who was really good at English and has helped us a lot, love that we could choose our own yukata! Our room was really spacious and the view was just AMAZING. Our plan came with breakfast (buffet) and traditional Japanese dinner, and they were perfect! Do remember to check out their onsens as there are a lot of options, you may need a whole day just to try out all of them. They also provide ski/ snowboarding rentals as well, but we booked ours at somewhere else and they still let us to put our gears overnight so that we can go straight to the ski resort directly the next morning. Been wanting to visit Hotel Futaba again this year, but seems it has gotten quite full already, so better plan your trip ahead! とても嬉しかったね~ ありがとう！

The hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor. However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day. There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.

Visited hotel in Autumn Nov 23. Stayed 1 night. Room: Spacious, with 1 shower room, 1 dressing area with sink, 1 toilet room with another large sink, bedroom has a sitting area, full sized wardrobe, and 2 twin beds. The room was quiet throughout the night and we had a comfortable stay. One minor comment is that the mattresses on the bed felt old as they sagged in the middle, leaving you without back support. I slept well nevertheless Onsen: Not sure if spring water was used, but the onsen areas were large, with not just an indoor onsen but also an outdoor one, and jacuzzis in 2 forms (sitting and lying down). Very relaxing after a long drive. Breakfast: Quite a good spread with Japanese options, western options, and fruit, yoghurt w compote and juice / coffee/ tea stations. All in this was value for money for the price we paid

My family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

Even though this hotel was getting old but we very likes their service. Their cleaning service were very satisfied and we feel warming that the cleaner helped to replace my non dried clothes on the hotel towels. This action really bravo!

部屋は広くとても綺麗でした。1階にアメニティ類があるんですが、見た事ないくらい豊富でした！化粧水・乳液はよくありますが、ヘアワックス・日焼け止め等は初めて見ました！ヘアパックとフェイスマスクもあり嬉しかったです。部屋の明かりは暗め。(というか1箇所電気の場所わからずつけられませんでした笑)クローゼットが引き戸で珍しいなあと思いました。洗面所に見た事ないドライヤーがありました。(普通のドライヤーも部屋にあります！)シャワーが珍しい？タイプで蛇口からお湯出してからじゃないとシャワーにシフトチェンジ出来なくて、3分くらい迷ってました（笑）全国旅行支援も利用出来て大満足でした。

酒店靠近火車站，設施新簡約，空間Mini小，房間可燒熱水，前台不提供飲用水和茶葉包，需住店客人自備。

家族が多いので16畳の和室を取りました。 広い！シンク3つ！トイレ2つ！お風呂シャワーありませんが、大浴場好きなので問題ありませんでした。 部屋のテレビも最新でオリジナルのビデオの他、ネット動画なども見れます。 フロントや、レストランの従業員さんがとても感じが良かったです。 朝食は豪華で新潟名物コシヒカリからへぎそば、刺身、天ぷら、ライブキッチンでは出来たての生姜焼きを食べることが出来ます。 おそらくこのホテルはビジネスホテルではなく、三つ星ホテルのカテゴリーに入るのではないでしょうか。 お値段的はビジネスホテル並なので、評価5をつけたいところですが、布団のマットレスがめちゃくちゃ薄く、よく眠れなかったので4です。

改装後のツインのお部屋に宿泊しました。広く使い勝手の良い造りで満足です。 朝食も、無料としては十分で、テーマに沿ったメニューや、サラダ、フルーツもありました。立地が駅にも少し歩くし、万代にも少々遠いのでサービスで勝負しているのかも。朝食をボックスに入れてお部屋で食べられるのが子連れには有難かったです。 お世話になりました。

The hotel location is wonderful , close to JR station , staffs r friendly n willing to help , but they seems not like respond to guest enquiry through email , I requested f half board quotation , n want to reserve the breakfast n dinner in advance But sent two email r without respond , so that I’ve to eat out nearby , their staffs still helpful to recommended the gd resturant f us , other than that , hotel’s room r spacious n comfortable , what I got is value f money 😊

近くに国道17号がありますが、住宅街の中にあるので、うるさくもなくゆっくりできました。 駅前にあるバス乗り場にもでやすいので、スキースノボで来るならとても良い場所かと思います 小さいですが３〜４人くらい入れる広めの大浴場あり。 中から鍵をかけて使用して良いとのことです。 なので貸切状態でゆっくり入れ、とても快適でした。 出る時は、電気を消して扉を全開にして開けておきます。 特に予約とかはないので、鍵がかかっていなければ入れる感じです。 乾燥室のような板置きもあるので、スノーシーズンには重宝します。 ハンガー掛けるところもあるので、ウェア等も乾かせます。 板のお手入れのことも伝えたら、快く延長コードを貸してもらえました 乾燥室でワックスがけもさせていただけたので良かったです。 部屋は２名用なので、広々しています。 机も仕事するには問題ない広さです。 帰りが遅くなる時は、鍵を持って出た方が良いです。 早く戻る時も持ってても良いかもです。 一度、フロントに預けて出た際に、午後早めに戻ってきましたが、呼び鈴押しても全く出てこなかった時があります。 電話もかけてみましたが、やはり出ず… 10分くらい待ってようやくエレベーターで降りてこられたので、フロントにいない場合もありです。 数日滞在でしたので、毎日清掃も入ります。 バスタオル類や歯ブラシも毎回新しいのを置いてもらえます。 乾燥室のような板置きもありです。 ハンガー掛けるところもあるので、ウェア等も乾かせます。 板のお手入れのことも伝えたら、快く延長コードを貸してもらえました。 乾燥室でワックスがけもさせていただけたので良かったです。

15年くらい湯沢にスノーボードで通っていて常宿がありますが駅前で門構え、広い旅館に泊まってみたくて家族で宿泊。 古さはありますが思ったより普通でした。 初日のフロントのおじ様が大変親切でした(o^^o)甘酒も無料で大変美味しい！ 部屋は3人では広い部屋でした！ アメニティは最小限、浴衣は普通。 部屋に加湿器あり。 大浴場は一階と三階にあり主人はサウナに入りたいと気に入ってました。 朝食はバイキングではなく、湯豆腐や釜のご飯などおかず多めで美味しい。 夕食は駅周辺に名店があるからそっちに行きました。 自家用車で行くなら駅前じゃなくてよかったかなと当たり前に思いました。 新幹線の音や周辺の除雪の音、道行く人が意外にうるさいし、結構聞こえる。 そして三連休だからと言われたがWi-Fiが湯沢自体が混み合ってるから繋がらないと言われた。 脆弱すぎる。。（´-`） でも全体的に良きホテルでした。

We can use the free locker for put down the luggages and then we go to ski. The breakfast is awesome. There is the kid friendly hotel because my son can play with many rubber ducks in hot spring.

Our experience with Hotel Angel Grandia was excellent. From the time we made a booking until we checked out. Thank you, especially to Takeuchi San who we conversed with via email months before our stay. We requested dining arrangements that were not included in the room package that we booked with Agoda and it was perfectly arranged for our 2-night stay. Communication at times took a while to get a reply but Takeuchi San made sure he followed through with answers to my questions and every detail that needed to be arranged, including the time of the dinner. The hotel rooms were perfect. It included some bunk beds and each room differed a bit, some had separators while others didn't but the bedding was complete. There's a vending and ice machine on our floor which was excellent, and a Family Mart right in the lobby, we didn't even have to go outside. And indeed, the ski resort was just outside the hotel. They offered lockers at the back entrance to keep ski equipment. We went to Gala Yuzawa on the 2nd day to snowboard, but we were able to rent ski equipment right outside the hotel which was excellent, with no lines so it saved as a lot of time, and got a discount as a hotel resident. We were basically ready to go when we arrived at Gala Yuzawa instead of queuing up in the long lines there. We also had a chance to play in the snow area behind the hotel which was very convenient. The onsen was great. I had a chance to go to both onsens, one smaller and cozier one and another bigger one, both had indoor and outdoor pools with different water temperatures. It wasn't crowded at all when I went at night. The staff was friendly, their English was not perfect but enough to communicate well with us. There was a slight problem with billing but they were able to resolve it the same day. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the service. Having said that we had some issues with Agoda regarding the 3 kids that we got confirmation for. And some limitations of their system required us to advance some amount to the hotel, which Agoda eventually refunded to us. Agoda should improve their system as this was their issue, they should not have inconvenienced the customer in the first place. I would have booked direct with the hotel but didn't find their website that easy to understand for international guests. I would definitely return to this hotel if given the chance to visit the Yuzawa area again in the future. We definitely experienced the local hospitality here.

ห้องพักสะอาด เหมือนในรูป ที่นอนเป๋นแบบญี่ปุ่น มีออนเซ็นให้ได้ใช้บริการ. แต่ห้องอาบน้ำเป็นแบบอาบน้ำรวม รวมคือรวมจริงๆ เป็นห้องเดียว ไม่มีผนังกั้นใดๆ. แยกชายหญิง ถ้าเป็นคนไทยอาจจะไม่ชินเหมือนเรา ที่ไปอาบน้ำตอนดึกๆ ที่ไม่มีคนใช้แล้ว ก็ดีอยู่นะ ฟีลออนเซนส่วนตัว ถ้าใครอยากสัมผัสประสบการณ์แบบเรียลกัง แนะนำให้ลองดูค่ะ

15年くらい湯沢にスノーボードで通っていて常宿がありますが駅前で門構え、広い旅館に泊まってみたくて家族で宿泊。 古さはありますが思ったより普通でした。 初日のフロントのおじ様が大変親切でした(o^^o)甘酒も無料で大変美味しい！ 部屋は3人では広い部屋でした！ アメニティは最小限、浴衣は普通。 部屋に加湿器あり。 大浴場は一階と三階にあり主人はサウナに入りたいと気に入ってました。 朝食はバイキングではなく、湯豆腐や釜のご飯などおかず多めで美味しい。 夕食は駅周辺に名店があるからそっちに行きました。 自家用車で行くなら駅前じゃなくてよかったかなと当たり前に思いました。 新幹線の音や周辺の除雪の音、道行く人が意外にうるさいし、結構聞こえる。 そして三連休だからと言われたがWi-Fiが湯沢自体が混み合ってるから繋がらないと言われた。 脆弱すぎる。。（´-`） でも全体的に良きホテルでした。

We can use the free locker for put down the luggages and then we go to ski. The breakfast is awesome. There is the kid friendly hotel because my son can play with many rubber ducks in hot spring.

Our experience with Hotel Angel Grandia was excellent. From the time we made a booking until we checked out. Thank you, especially to Takeuchi San who we conversed with via email months before our stay. We requested dining arrangements that were not included in the room package that we booked with Agoda and it was perfectly arranged for our 2-night stay. Communication at times took a while to get a reply but Takeuchi San made sure he followed through with answers to my questions and every detail that needed to be arranged, including the time of the dinner. The hotel rooms were perfect. It included some bunk beds and each room differed a bit, some had separators while others didn't but the bedding was complete. There's a vending and ice machine on our floor which was excellent, and a Family Mart right in the lobby, we didn't even have to go outside. And indeed, the ski resort was just outside the hotel. They offered lockers at the back entrance to keep ski equipment. We went to Gala Yuzawa on the 2nd day to snowboard, but we were able to rent ski equipment right outside the hotel which was excellent, with no lines so it saved as a lot of time, and got a discount as a hotel resident. We were basically ready to go when we arrived at Gala Yuzawa instead of queuing up in the long lines there. We also had a chance to play in the snow area behind the hotel which was very convenient. The onsen was great. I had a chance to go to both onsens, one smaller and cozier one and another bigger one, both had indoor and outdoor pools with different water temperatures. It wasn't crowded at all when I went at night. The staff was friendly, their English was not perfect but enough to communicate well with us. There was a slight problem with billing but they were able to resolve it the same day. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel and the service. Having said that we had some issues with Agoda regarding the 3 kids that we got confirmation for. And some limitations of their system required us to advance some amount to the hotel, which Agoda eventually refunded to us. Agoda should improve their system as this was their issue, they should not have inconvenienced the customer in the first place. I would have booked direct with the hotel but didn't find their website that easy to understand for international guests. I would definitely return to this hotel if given the chance to visit the Yuzawa area again in the future. We definitely experienced the local hospitality here.

ห้องพักสะอาด เหมือนในรูป ที่นอนเป๋นแบบญี่ปุ่น มีออนเซ็นให้ได้ใช้บริการ. แต่ห้องอาบน้ำเป็นแบบอาบน้ำรวม รวมคือรวมจริงๆ เป็นห้องเดียว ไม่มีผนังกั้นใดๆ. แยกชายหญิง ถ้าเป็นคนไทยอาจจะไม่ชินเหมือนเรา ที่ไปอาบน้ำตอนดึกๆ ที่ไม่มีคนใช้แล้ว ก็ดีอยู่นะ ฟีลออนเซนส่วนตัว ถ้าใครอยากสัมผัสประสบการณ์แบบเรียลกัง แนะนำให้ลองดูค่ะ
