Walkable distance from toyama station. Overall the room was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was average with croissant, eggs & sausages. Will suggest to improve on the check in & out time & free cancelation.

Excellent location - just a few minutes walk from Toyama station and Toyota Rent a Car is just opposite. Room is spacious compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan and really clean as well. Will definitely look out other JAL hotels for my next trip to Japan.

Better than expected for a 3-star hotel! The room is clean, the hotel is only 3 minutes walk from Toyama station, which makes it very convenient to travel around Toyama area. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all, even though I booked a small room but I don't think its small at all. It has more than enough space to pack a large luggage. Also, the price is very cheap for a room like this. Will definitely be coming back some day!

## Exceptional Stay at Hotel Vischio Toyama I recently completed a **6-night stay** at Hotel Vischio Toyama, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. They were consistently professional, polite, and went out of their way to be helpful. Whether it was handling check-in or assisting with local inquiries, their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. ### Room & Amenities The accommodations exceeded my expectations: * **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless and maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay. * **Space:** Unlike many city hotels in Japan, the room felt notably spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and manage luggage. * **Amenities:** Everything you could possibly need was provided. The amenities were thoughtful and complete, ensuring a ”home away from home” feel. ### Unbeatable Location The location is perhaps the hotel's strongest selling point: * **Transport:** It is situated **directly next to Toyama Station**, making it the perfect base for exploring the region or catching the Shinkansen. * **Convenience:** The hotel sits right above a vibrant **shopping mall**. * **Dining:** You are spoiled for choice with **numerous eateries** located just floors below the hotel, offering everything from quick bites to authentic local cuisine. **Verdict:** If you are visiting Toyama, stay here. The combination of professional service, pristine rooms, and a central location makes it the best choice in the city. **Highly recommended!**

お部屋はシングルサイズには充分な広さだと思いました。 テレビ横の机には化粧ができる鏡もあり、姿見もあり、丸テーブルと椅子もあるので部屋食も快適です。 アメニティも必要分はありました。リンスインシャンプーとは別にシャンプー、リンスがあったことが特に嬉しかったです。 富山滞在の際にはまた利用したいです。

Our room so spacious (based on japan standards hotel room size). Me and my friends came (14pax) and the receptionist was so helpful with a bit of chaos 😄. We’re so lucky got the booking for the very last minute.

The service is quick n good. Room is clean, big n ok. Station is 5 minutes walking. We stayed 2 nights, thecsecond day changed to corner room, more biggger n comfortable.

Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.

Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully). For this hotel, the facilities is very well and various such as public bath, electric body massage machine, vending machine. For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
