"Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish everything was perfect. The service is outstanding — every staff member is genuinely kind, ready to help with any request, and solves any issue promptly. We were truly impressed; we’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. We stayed at the Celestial Villa and it was fantastic — spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. We highly recommend it!
The food at TAMA Restaurant was outstanding as well — we especially loved the breakfasts, which were simply exceptional.
We also spent time at the Caravans area — it’s stunning, cozy and with the same top-level service.

I forgot to close it and a mouse ran in late at night and crawled on me, which scared me to death! I called the hotel and they sent someone to catch it.

I followed the hype and stayed for one night. It was a good experience. The hotel staff were generally quick to respond and polite (provided you communicate in English). Buggy service was also pretty prompt, no long waits. The mattress was the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed at in AlUla this trip. For dinner, I had the Red Sea catch of the day, which was seabass. The texture felt a bit soft and cotton-like; I'm not sure if that's typical for fish from the Red Sea, as it tasted different elsewhere, but it didn't seem old. The restaurant manager, Joshua, saw I was from East Asia and proactively wished me 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' (Happy New Year) and even offered a complimentary special drink, which really elevated my overall experience here. Breakfast quality was also very high. I'd come again. Recommended.

A truly magical stay! The caravan set in the middle of AlUla’s mountains is a unique and beautiful experience I absolutely loved it. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the food was good (though a bit pricey).
A few small downsides: the AC in the caravan was quite loud, the room wasn’t very dark during the day, and it would be great to have a pool directly by the caravan instead of having to go to the main hotel, which is about 10 minutes away by car and golf cart. Also, during my two visits to the pool, I stayed for around two hours each time and no staff or bartender came by to ask if we wanted to order drinks.
Overall, despite these small issues which didn’t affect me much, it was a magical and memorable experience I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back again one day.

Guest UserThe location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed at Novotel Yanbu and had an overall average experience.
The rooms were okay (3/5) and met basic expectations. Cleanliness (2.5/5) and bathrooms (2.5/5) were slightly below average and could use better maintenance. There was a noticeable, unusual smell in both the rooms and the lobby, which did affect comfort at times.
The location is the biggest advantage (8/10) — being close to the Corniche makes it ideal for night-time strolls and relaxing walks by the sea.
Overall, the hotel is acceptable mainly because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness, bathroom upkeep, and odor control would make the stay more comfortable.

The only issue we faced was on the first night when the electricity went out at midnight for half an hour, then came back on, and two hours later, it went out again for five minutes. It was a difficult situation because we didn't know what was happening, and the front desk was far from our room, plus the phone was disconnected with the power outage. We received an apology message from the hotel manager along with a small cake. Other than that, honestly, the hotel is beyond amazing, and the breakfast is seven-star. The services are also worth experiencing, and we got a competitive price from the website, better than the hotel's direct price and other sites.

Maysal Al Harithiyah Hotel is conveniently located in Medina center. It is a short walk of 100m from Masjid-i Nabawi. The rooms are clean and spacious. They upgraded our regular room to a suite at arrival. Meals are open buffett with various dishes around the globe. It has a cozy cafe at the ground level. But prices are quite high compared to Makkah. Probably it is in line with the other hotels in this vicinity but if you expect Makkah prices here, you will be dissappointed. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay here. We appreciate the hotel management and the staff for keeping the hotel at a high quality.

This hotel is truly delightful. The staff is very welcoming, sharing a story and offering a brief tour before check-in. The ambiance is magical, largely due to the reliance on candlelight rather than extensive electricity. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only minor reservation was the pervasive presence of the SAB bank logo. While subtle, once noticed, it became apparent in nearly every design element throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly rate this experience a perfect 10/10, particularly for those who appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Al Madinah is superb! Great location, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich and delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff are enthusiastic, professional, and respond quickly. Getting around is convenient, as it's close to the mosque, and the free shuttle service is very handy. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Al Madinah!
