Nice hotel , near to almusjed , and clean , people in the reception are so nice

From the start when we arrived, we were attended by Concierge guy, Khan. My check-in was done perfectly by Hawazin. The room was adequately accommodating for us with good amenities and the minibar is stocked well. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely will be back.

We chose this hotel because it is close to the main entrance of Masjid Nabawi (Gate 21, King Fahd) and convenient for bringing toddlers. The restaurant provides diverse meals which we found plentiful. The staffs were very helpful, and the room service that we got here is excellent, specifically the one from Mr Abdelaal Megahed. He is very understanding of our condition.

Great stay at a reasonablu priced hotel. Food variety was not great though. But probably ok for most other patrons as majority are here for religious reasons rather than their tummies.

Very worst hotel ever visited, management has fraud people they try to loot money as it shows Sar 99 on bookings but when we check in they say all charges tax... Etc and room charge is Sar 350 and when we showed booking then he accepts as ”I mean to say tat including tax it will he 145 to 150 Sar”. Anyways we checked in as we were getting late we want to go to Salah,. Now the worst part when we entered room No kitchen, Dirty floor, Very bad condition toilets No hot water at all the geyser never works, Water leaking from bathroom taps and the flushing out from bathroom to rooms. We had to complain the staff and waited till magrib Salah we reached at zuhur Salah time, boz of them we couldn't get fresh and we missed all Salah a d time was waste. Please don't ever take this hotel all fraud and coward staff management. And and finally plumber came to fix and nothing worked and many circus happened nothing CAN BE FIXED, so at last our room was changed was changed and we had to rush to nabawi masjid for Ishaan Salah. AGAIN NO HOT WATER IN ROOMS AND THEIR GEYSERS NVER GRT HEATED LUCKILY I HAD A KETTLE I USED THE KETTLE TO HEAT WATER AND USE HOT WATER FOR MY LITTLE TWINS INFANTS. VERY VERY WORST HOTEL ALL OUR DAY TIME WAS SPOILED BOZ OF THEM AND NEXT DAY WE ALL MANAGEMENT WAS BEHIND US FROM MORNING REMINDERS WHEN WE ARE CHECKING OUT OR WILL CONTINUE TO STAY SO THEY CAN LOOT AND MAKE MORE MONEY..... ALLAH HAS TO GIVE THEM SENSE TO STOP DOING FRAUD AND PROVIDE GUD SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER AS WE COME WITH ALL GUD THOUGHTS SHLDNT BE DISSAPOINT WITH SUCH FRAUD HOTELS SERVICES NOTE:I'M WRITING THIS BOZ AS WE FACED THE ISSUES HOPE OTHER WHO VISIT OUR MUHAMMAD PLACE SHLDNT FACE SUCH BAD EXPERIENCE, IF STILL HAVE TO TAKE Al Eairy Furnished Apartments Al MADINAH, IT'S UR RESPONSIBILITY TAT U CHECK THEIR GEYSER TAPS AND CALL THEM TO REAIR and then Cann them cleaning then finally they will change another room and by then u get frustrated and adjust to check out. But they are very keen in timings for checkout and loot money they are least bother that u have wasted one full day boz of irresponsible and negligence service. If u delay by 30 mins also they will insult you asking in front of all other guests and come to ur room door keep knocking ur door and speak very loud tone so tat all guest in entire building hear. SO PLEASE KIND REQUEST NEVER EVER TRY OR THINK OF TAKING THIS HOTEL IF UR ADVENTOROUS HAVE MORE TIME CAN GIVE A TRY AND FACE QLL THE ABOVE.

Location was good but the room was terrible the towels given had somebody’s hair on, very strong Cigarette smell in room because somebody was smoking inside hotel and I struggled to sleep been coughing, Aircon blowing very bad air which resulted in struggling to breathe. I reported this and I was asked to come back next day speak to the Manager which I did. I spoke with Mr Turki who promised me to resolve this but he did nothing. Originally I booked 4* Nusk AlMadinah but when I was about to check-in they sent me to Nusk AlHijra. Please avoid this hotel if you have asthma, or with pregnant/elderly person because smoke smell was very strong. Smoke was coming from the picture I attached in this review. Hotel Staff DID NOT CARE!

Warm welcome by Staff, perfect attitude, Asked me to inspect room before finish check in process, Room big, clean Restaurants & Grocery store v near Regarding Alharam Alnabawi, hotel very near but there are a huge construction around the hotel that leaded to close the direct road to Almasjid Alnabawi, you will need to use alternative way around 10mins walk الاستقبال رائع وبابتسامه جميله ، الفندق جميل ، الغرفه نظيفه ومهيئه الفندق في الاصل قريب جدا من المسجد النبوي ولكن لان هنالك انشائات وعمليات حفر قريبه ستستخدم طريق بديل حوالي 10 دقائق مشيا على الاقدام

Not so bad. Location was great, close to Haram door 330. About 5-10 mins walk. However, it would have been better if there's kettle and fridge provided in the room. Many food kiosks and supermarket around the area as well. Good value for money though.

Une expérience hors du commun, une plongée dans l’Arabie pre-islamique aux civilisations époustouflantes, des paysages à couper le souffle. Les villas sous tente sont une merveille, avec une intimité parfaite. Nous avons ete entourés par une équipe formidable, un grand merci particulièrement à Mrs ROA, efficace, chaleureuse et parfaite pendant tout notre séjour.

Waad Al Ula Hotel is a well maintained, spotless, cozy friendly place to stay while visiting Al Ula. The rooms are large, with a sitting area, little kitchenette. The bed is very comfortable, had great nights sleep. Great for any time of groups, family friendly, solo travellers. Great public spaces, roof top views are amazing. A well manicured little garden in the back where you could sit outside was really nice to enjoy a morning coffee. Service is personalised, very helpful and accommodating. Khalid Khafagy the owner , demonstrated great hospitality, generosity, Helping with other arrangements including guided visits of the sites in Al Ula. He is very knowledgeable and offered impeccable local knowledge, insiders look. I highly highly recommend staying at Waad Al Ula Hotel for guests groups, families, solo travellers, couples. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great experience staying at the Novetel. Quiet area although it is across the Corniche. Clean rooms. Great room service. Breakfast is various, and it is delicious. Great staff at the breakfast area. Great staff at the reception. Not only customer service is upnotch, but they also try so hard to make customers satisfied. Thanks to everyone at the Novetel for their hospitality. Special thanks to Mohammed and Alia for their support during my stay. Keep it up!

Di Yanbu, di mana semuanya mahal, ini dianggap boleh diterima. Dikira sebagai hotel kedua terbaik di sini. Selamat dan bersih. Keseluruhan perkhidmatannya baik, kakitangan perkhidmatan juga baik dalam bahasa Inggeris

Nice and very clean and quiet medium class hotel. Neighborhood a little bit scruffy but there’s a small grocer across the street, a small park with a “soft “runway and one of Yanbus best humble fish”restaurants” a few minutes walk South (name: Abu Hamza). Rosalina staff is kind and welcoming and with a little bit of English and ditto Arabic, you’ll get a long way! We stayed 3 nights.
