Hotel Dengan Parking di Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

Everything was good, especially the bean omelette prepared by Mrs. Salwa.

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

Риад удобно расположен, внутри очень красиво и уютно. Номер был чистый, было и всё необходимое. Можно дополнительно заказать завтрак, если вдруг при бронировании упустили эту опцию. На самом верху есть большая терраса, на которой вечером приятно посидеть и выпить чашечку мятного чая. Персонал очень дружелюбный, учли все наши пожелания. Рекомендуем это место от всей души! Спасибо!

Our stay was very pleasant. Location was excellent with a lot to eat and do within walking distance. The staff were courteous and helpful and breakfast was varied and delicious. Would recommend and stay again.

Avoid 1st floor. The loud and deep base music at night penentrated all walls and windows. Avoid room no 18. The only window faced wire fence and back alley leading to the swimming pool, a public area. Any pool user could easily go to stand outside the windows. The advertised ”city view” is non existent And the worse is the room is next to those air-conditioning coolers. The hotel charged MAD40 tourist tax for one person, which doubled the amount Trip.com stated. The location is 9min from marrekesh station. Interior amenity is good 1/3 of the breakfast is pastry...

Alles was in orde, jammer dat in de kamers de gebedsrichting niet word aangegeven. En helaas geen gebedskleed. Voor de rest was alles perfect.

J’ai séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et c’est toujours un vrai plaisir d’y retourner. Le service est irréprochable, le personnel est attentif et aux petits soins : il suffit de demander et tout est organisé avec efficacité, que ce soit pour un massage, une balade ou une excursion. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables. L’ensemble de l’établissement est impeccablement entretenu : les piscines, les parcs et les espaces extérieurs sont à la fois calmes et ressourçants. On y croise même quelques animaux comme des chats ou des paons, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable et apaisante. La nourriture est excellente, variée et généreuse. De plus, la navette gratuite mise à disposition pour rejoindre la ville est un vrai plus. En résumé : propreté, confort, qualité du service et atmosphère relaxante… tout est top. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

My family needed to leave the car in Marakesh for an overnight excursion (1 night). The manager denied the request (it took asking several people to get an answer) because someone had recently left their car in the lot for a month. We had two rooms in the hotel and were asking for 1 day - and we were trying to be honest about it. I would think you had several customers that take that type of excursion and that you could easily be accomadating to that need, especially since you advertise free parking. Otherwise the stay was good. And you could have told us that that there was overnight parking available in the mall parking lot right up the street, instead of recommending a possible lot a 10 minute cab ride away.

Great hotel that I experienced, the staff was friendly I enjoyed my stay. Hotel cleanliness is good, and everything looks good, highly recommend staying during Malakesh, if you come from the train or flight.
