En general estuvo bien, pero si hay cosas a mejorar. No nos dejaron ninguna toalla el primer día, el segundo no dejaron la de pies. La capacidad de espacio para desayuno en algunos horarios no es suficiente. El extractor de vapor del baño no sirve.
Son cosas que no he tenido problema en otras ocasiones y ahora si.

La atención del personal es muy buena, la relación precio calidad es equiparable, entiendo que estén remodelando y por eso algunos pequeños detalles en las instalaciones, por todo lo demás, no me queda más que felicitarlos, definitivamente mi hotel favorito en este destino, lo recomiendo

SScribanThis hotel is very close to the Palenque archeological area, with easy access through the shuttle busses (collectivos) running every 10 minutes. It provides no food service, its saving grace being the excellent restaurant ”La Jungla Maya” across the street. The hotel accepts only cash for payment. We had to request the room be cleaned whan we returned the first day, as the staff did not bother doing so. We had to change the room, as the bathroom sink's drain was not properly connected and was flooding. The staff did not help us with the move, and we had to pay for the room key which was lost while moving. There is a nice and refreshing swimming pool on its nice grounds.

JJan Alfred PreeceReally enjoyed my stay here. The gardens are teeming with birds and I saw wild Toucans. The restaurant is great and the food is good. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. The location is perfect for visiting the Mayan ruins. I would definitely recommend this place.

GGuest UserI had to cancel part of my trip because my mother was in the hospital and they refused to refund despite me providing proof,which is a shame. I stayed there one night still and it was very colorful although I only stayed a little while I cannot comment on much more.

GGuest UserThe place is nice. If you are not 100% an animal lover, I do not recommend it. There are several not very nice animals hanging around the hotel. And there is a lot of noise at night, the rooms have quite a few insects, such as ants, those that don't bite but climb on your things or clothes.
I would recommend the place to fumigate the rooms, out there they have a pretty nice Alberta area. To leave the hotel you have to order a taxi or arrive by car.

LLINThe breakfast is good and the service is also very good. The hotel also helped me print boarding passes for free. There is a tour group downstairs that can be reported. I personally think it is quite affordable. It is recommended, and it is safe nearby
