I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the central location — it made exploring the city so convenient. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Good size room, bed was comfy but all one size pillow. Shower was below average but okay to cope with. Awesome to have a microwave, cooktop and couch in the room.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the town centre. It has a private parking building of several levels attached to the hotel. You can access the hotel right from parking lot with your room key. The hotel’s signs can be a little confusing though, so be aware. The room was fine. It was spacious and reasonably clean. The furniture looked quite old though and needed updating. There were only 3 clothes hangers, which was not convenient. But if you are looking for a great location, this is it.

When i first entered the lobby, I thought ”OMG what is this place ?” It seemed like a hotel version of the Bates motel.
The owner who is less than fluent in English seemed incredibly enthusiastic to please but his ideas about running a ”hotel” need some mentoring..
The hotel is past its best and is probably more suited to be classed as hostel style accommodation. Certainly not in the $100 a night (solo) that is was listed. $70 would be tops.
I arrived wet from a motorbike ride so having a clean bathroom, a hot shower and a/c in the room that I could use to get warm was great.
The room was clean, the bed comfy but as other reviewers have said, it needs crisp white sheets..
It is a big, largely empty building and doesn't seem very inviting and has that smell of a million fat fried meals having been cooked there.
In summary, it was convenient for me to use but nothing like the picture i had of the place after going to the au.trip.com/hotels to book.

GGuest UserWe had a nice stay, room was clean, comfy warm beds, the air con was nice, in a great location and good price for the Christmas period. everything ticketed the boxes 🙂 except for the cleaners they were a little nasty banging on our door at 9am because our car was gone and they assumed we checked out. Booked an extra night went and got some food come back to them in our room doing a service that wasn’t needed 🙄 I was very upset, that was the only hiccup we had but other then that we’d stay again 🙂

GGuest UserI have stayed in lots of motels over many years , and this is one of the best. It is well-situated, handy to shops and nearby waterfront. The staff were all friendly. My unit was very spacious, immaculately clean, neat and well-presented. The TV was modern with a great choice of programming. The bed was most comfortable. Highly recommend.

GGuest User我們訂的是兩房一廳，三大兩小入住，總共有5張床。廚房煮食設施齊全，美中不足的是房間煮食時沒有抽氣爐。房間裏面有螞蟻，感覺不太舒服，位置也比較偏遠Gisborne市中心，如果沒有開車的不建議選擇。值得一提的是那邊有免費的洗衣和乾衣服務，road trip中途站可以洗洗衣服蠻方便。
