Despite the early check-in, it was wonderful that they catered to us when we arrived at the reception at noon. The hotel's air conditioning is great, and the room is clean, so I don't have any worries. Despite the variety of dishes, I don't think the buffet is really good.

Booked this hotel due to location and proximity to airport for convenience. Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care. The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop. Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

my go-to nearby hotel from my home when im in need to unwind! very accessible and near to sm aura, market-market, bgc, and palengkes. there’s also a pink themed coffee shop nearby when you go down the street of target range (yappari coffee bar) hotel staffs are really accommodating just got a few prob with the listed below: 1.) room - the cabinet doors are broken and there’s also a mosquito in our room but im fine with it because they gave me my requested room of nice view and near the elevator 2.) check out process- they told us to wait for 5 minutes for room checking but the real wait took longer than expected, 1 hour and 33 minutes to be exact! my first wait when i checked in this hotel also took about an hour but overall experience is as great as usual, would definitely go back again!

We all know that this hotel was new but the service they give is like a level of a 5stars hotel. From the entrance they really acknowledged you as guest hearing them “WELCOME MABUHAY” with that gesture i felt like it was my home. Thank you MS TIN, for giving me impressive,'' and ``excellent work'' for assisting me from check in to check out even I waited long time fall in line in check in time but you approached me with genuine gesture by saying again “welcome mabuhay” with that simple gesture i will definitely comeback again for my next trip. Even housekeeping staff they give extra ordinary work by making my room clean comfortable for a night they all approachable and will great you. The highlight of this stay for me was the Cafe westside restau. Thank you paloma and tash for all the hard work you put into everything you do! Thanks for always taking the initiative and going above and beyond. You make my stay easy, and I know your career will take you far. Your work ethic is admirable, and it's a joy to see your work always done well and on time.

Rooms little spaces and dark. Too many security gets me little uncomfortable. Anyone didn't service our luggages to deliver our room (because our 2 kids slept and we would like to help anyone) Advantage is near ninoy airport T3 and that has shuttle bus that will deliver to the bridge and walk to T3

Its really a good place to stay i stayed here for 3rd time but i just dint like what happen in the restaurant we come down there to eat breakfast but i forget that my room i book not included breakfast we enter the restaurant told my room number then the staff say nothing then when we are about to take the food they stop us why not stop us in the door before we proceed its annoying and disappointing

Lobi mempunyai bau yang menyenangkan, anda boleh makan dan minum ke restoran mereka dan bersenang-senang. Bilik sangat luas menghadap bandar mereka mempunyai kerusi dan meja bulat dan banyak kabinet dan meja belajar ringkasnya mereka mempunyai bilik yang bagus hanya dengan harga P1,127/malam sahaja. Kami berasa sangat selesa dan gembira ke hotel ini!!!💕💕💕

Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience with the hotel. Kindly be aware that this is a pet friendly hotel, where you may hear the bark of dogs or the cat miao during dining or sleeping. We heard dogs barked this morning during the breakfast. Well.... you may need to choose wisely otherwise you may get shocked. Cheers!

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

Cleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service. Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Downside - the staffs do their cleaning very early in the morning that caused such noise to those who are still resting / sleeping. I understand that they want to finish early their tasks but the hotel wasn’t sound proof that i can hear their chatting and even pulling out of furnitures while they’re cleaning. Pls give consideration to other guests that are still taking their rest before their flight.

It was a relaxing stay. The location is perfect as its near Robinsons Manila and other spots. The front desk clerks and other staff were very accommodating during the entirety of our stay. I booked for a couple but no extra charge when 2 more stayed with us. Got the free limited parking as well. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thanks

The view of Manila Bay added a special touch. Dining at Café Ilang-Ilang was a highlight, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to different tastes. The location is also ideal, close to cultural and historical sites, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, the Manila Hotel offers a wonderful mix of comfort, history, and excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay in Manila.

Good stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.

strategic location in the heart of Makati, easy to call for Grab e hailing to board on and off, close to malls like Greenbelt and not far from Bonifacio high street with those high end upscale malls, good job to the staffs too they were very attentive and house cleaning staff were efficient too! The only drawback for me is the water pipe in bathroom was not very good in water flowing, they need to fix that

The inn is surprisingly clean. The bed is very comfy and even though we booked just for 2 nights, the housekeeping changed our beddings on our 2nd day. The only downside is the noise. You can hear from the rooms people arguing from the other room and someone singing at 5am in the morning. It is not soundproof.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

We spent 1 night here as a quick stop over for our next flight to pps. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant and bar area. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Water wasn't hot but it was better than the water temperature in most places I stayed at philliphines. The view around this hotel is not good.

The rooms were clean, tv and safe, no fridge though, but for the philippines that is to be expected I guess. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on those. Friendly staff, enjoyable stay.

Low internet wifi connection,sometimes,No internet at all. Very long time response if you call at front desk,..sometimes it takes time to contact... If you request for cleaning, need to follow-up, cant be done in 1 request.. Even if you ask for official recieot, bcoz of my last day was paid in cash, in all I stayed for 5 days..they dont automatically make a reciept..you will wait in how many hours n need again to follow-up ...

Over all experience was great with the staff and the room itself, the room is clean and cozy, no problem at all. If there needs to be improved is the elevator, we understand that it’s a holiday and there are more customers at all but make sure that all three elevators should work so that we will not be hassled or the other guests.

I’ve been booking in this hotel every time I go to Manila, they give free disposable toothbrush, toothpaste and even shampoo. Tho their room need to be checked most of the time, they have problems sometimes in sink, shower but they really have fast service. It’s a good hotel tho

Very convenient as of downstairs can access to food, groceries and pharmacy, this is the best part. Next, is the breakfast which is delicious. Good service, complete amenities and safe & comfort to stay for a single lady for 1 month long. But Cleanliness is just 3 star to me, it’s not really clean even though they did room service everyday.
