Friday June 28, 2024 Check-in was suppose to be at 4 pm. I tried to check in at 3pm but was told room was not ready. Totally understand that. I went to TED’s bar and restaurant (in lobby) to wait it out. I got into line about 4:15pm and I saw that they were turning ppl away who were trying to checkin. When I got to the counter, they too told me my room was not ready. I said that I had to get to an event within the 1.25 min and the associate confidently said that I would be able to checkin well advance within that time. In the meantime, I went to the lobby bathroom to change to get ready for an event. By the time I came out of the bathroom 4:55, my husband had checked us in (with pushback because he wasn’t the one who had not made the original reservation). In our bathroom floor, several strands of hair noted, some wall stains (wipeable) under the hand soap and lotion dispenser, and shower did t look like it was wipe down well. Bed linens were clean, comfy. Desk area clean. Busy hotel. Ted’s hotel-slow service with a 1-2 attendants.

Hotel are very close to airport and free shuttle was provided. It was definitely value for money. The staff were generally nice and friendly. The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. I will recommend it.

This was so much better than the other hotel that we went to. The front desk even noticed that it was my birthday when we went there and we asked for pool availability and turns out it’s not gonna be available until 10:30am on the next day, which, we’re gonna be checking out already by 11am. Since the front desk is empathetic enough to offer us a checkout at 12nn, we were able to have a 30min dip in the pool which is so refreshing and we were so grateful even for just a simple gesture.

Right from the start the hotel room wasn’t the one we booked. Of course, I was assured that it was the same price but I’m pretty certain that a “King” is different from “Premium King”. Also the internet was awful. You are allowed 2 devices and my cell never would connect. I ended up having to pay $9.99/daily just to connect to wi-go and be able to use my phone in the room! Housekeeping NEVER came to our room! We had to ask for towels and only got 2. If you are there for 5 night’s housekeeping NEEDS to come by! I don’t know if will ever return to Atlantic City after this trip! Harrahs really dropped the ball on this one to be such a huge chain!

My wife and I took our family here. We will never make that mistake again. We were in suite 614. One Ac unit did not work. The other had a smell like something was dying in it. The pullout couch had no sheets. The bathroom was disgusting with hair in the tub. We had trouble getting into the room because the room locks were not working. The fitness center equipment kept turning off because they were all plugged into one outlet. The door to the fitness center would not open unless you got a front desk person to open it up. The card key and lock did not work on those doors. The pool had hair and urine on the tiles. The fitness center and pool did not open up till 2 on the weekends. The food for breakfast was ok. We did not have enough towels in our room. My wife asked housekeeping for more and was told no. There is no more towels. We would have to wait till later. The front desk staff during the day could care less if you had a problem. When checking out my wife shared how bad the experience was and the only response the front desk lady had was… have a good day.

This is the third time I’ve used this hotel and it’s been perfect each time. I travel to Africa and the flight is typically out of Newark. The hotel is literally across the highway from the airport and it has a free shuttle to take you to and from. Check in is always easy and quick. Room service is good and the hotel is quiet. Good place to stay if you’re just staying a night until you catch your flight.

Long way to the shuttle bus point and waiting more than 30 minutes for the next pick up. Other than this inconveniences, everything is ok in the hotel.

It’s at the average level. It’s far away from the airport, however if you take a taxi, it costs 6mins and 35 dollars!!!!! All the facilities are not at the expectation but the having enough space (quite big). The bed is comfortable to sleep. The toilet at the bathroom is always full of water (not dirty), it’s normal? Curious about that…… And the hotel service is also acceptable. Overall, as a Hilton hotel, it is under my expectation.

Hotel has great location, there is a ferry and bus service right outside the hotel. Swimming pool and gym was okay. Overall stay was good!

Very nice room and great price. The room is super big and even has a small living room area. Checking in was super easy. Staff is very friendly.

The room smelled like someone smoked but that there was an attempt to mask the smell. It took a long time to get through when calling. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant. The chair in the room was old and stained.

I stayed here the night before an early flight out of Newark. The front desk lady, had a great attitude and she was so friendly and helpful. She assisted me with a food delivery driver that was “lost” and when he never showed, she gave me a tip to a restaurant that would deliver. She proactively got me set up on the airport shuttle. The morning of my flight, the two ladies working in the lobby greeted me and offered to assist me with the shuttle. They offered a to go snack since I was leaving before breakfast. Then they chatted with me and other guests waiting for the shuttle. The hotel was sparkly clean and smelled nice and fresh. There was tea/coffee and cookies in the lobby and snacks for purchase.

The hotel is in a very good location. It is very beautiful from the inside and the rooms are quite big enough. We booked a King Room and it was spacious and very good. Overall we loved it. But make sure you carry some food as there is no breakfast and the restaurant also closes soon

However, I found my legs and feet itchy after sleeping in the bed, so I would recommend that the housekeeping staff focus on cleaning the bedding more thoroughly. The check-in process was a little cumbersome because I didn't have an international debit or credit card, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport. Here are some specific things that could be improved: The bedding could be cleaned more thoroughly to remove any allergens that may be causing the itching. The check-in process could be streamlined for guests who do not have an international debit or credit card. For example, the hotel could create a process where cash can be accepted for incidentals without having to wait to get approval from the manager. I loved using the Wilshire for my wedding hotel block. We had a lovely welcome dinner for our out of town guests which was so not only convenient, but also lovely. Food was a buffet, we had a bar with beer and wine, and the lighting/atmosphere was beautiful. Not everything was perfect (things happen) but the customer service went above and beyond. They made sure to correct their errors, give refunds where appropriate and were so kind and made me feel much better. The lobby was also great for larger groups to gather and enjoy some extra time before and after the wedding events. I would definitely recommend them!!

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel avec nos trois enfants. Nous avions une chambre avec vue partielle sur Manhattan. Même partielle, cette vue nous a comblée. L’accès au métro pour Times Square(33erue) est à côté de l’hôtel. Nous avons aussi adoré la promenade sur le bord de l’eau qui mène à une vue exceptionnelle la Ville. La chambre était de très bon format pour notre famille. Il y aurait pu y avoir plus de serviettes pour notre famille de cinq. À notre arrivée, le service a été très bien, nous avons pu avoir accès facilement(27$us)à un stationnement extérieur vu que nous avions un coffre de toit. Je recommande cet hôtel pour une famille voulant se payer l’accès à la station Path à côté et pour une superbe vue sur l’île!

The hotel is located across from the ferry station so you can get to Manhattan within 7 minutes. It was great! The staff was super nice and the room was spacious. The breakfast is your average hotel breakfast, cold hard boil eggs, fruit, cereal and yogurt and those awful prepackaged sandwiches with fake meat and fake eggs. I definitely would stay here again, the view is pretty and the location is great!

The hotel was really nice. Unfortunately a wedding was going on at the same time we were staying there, so it was noisy and chaotic at times. But the room had a great view and the service was excellent. I really wish parking was included however, especially if you stayed like 2 or more days perhaps.

I'm happy to stay on this hotel, their room is clean, quiet and comfort, closed to everywhere, but I didn't receive my deposit money after check out from this hotel. They didn't refund my deposit money, they said money will transfer back automatically to my bank account. They said need 5-6 days working days for process to get back my deposit money but till now since I left from the hotel 2 weeks already, still didn't get refund for my deposit money. Thank you.

I had a difficult time rating this hotel. This is a fairly new hotel (a plus) with easy access to the Manhattan via public transportation ($2.75 one way, two pluses although it is different from the NYC Metro pass). There’s lots of restaurants within walking distance, including a street that has been made into a pedestrian walkway with shops and restaurants (but for some reason the staff never mentioned that even when we specifically asked for restaurant suggestions) (three pluses). We had two rooms during our stay. We had an issue with no hot water for four days of our five-day stay, hence the two rooms. We complained about the lack of hot water daily (or I should say my husband did) and were given a different room on day four. The quietest rooms are the “01” rooms which are the farthest away from both streets and at the back corner of the hotel (our second room). The second room was nice, quiet and comfortable and the bathroom was large, but the water still wasn’t all that hot. It’s not like we have Teflon skin and need scalding water. They either have faulty water heaters or have the temperature set too low. Not being able to take a hot shower was a big negative for us. Free breakfast is provided, but it is strictly from vending machines. There was some cereal, but all hot items were wrapped in cellophane and prepackaged like the ones you get at the gas station mini mart. No worries. There’s a doughnut chain across the street ($2.50 donuts) and a very good bagel shop (and very cheap) about a ¼ mile walk as well as a French bakery with lots of goodies near the bagel shop. Parking is off site, but in a very secure lot attached to the hotel building.

Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. It was abundant and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
