Hotel Dengan Parking di Canton of Luxembourg, Luxembourg

We were troubled by neighbour who was at most rude, and always knocking on our wall for no apparent reason. He then came to our door wanting to create a fight and harassed my family. The room reception service person never listened to our side of the story and blamed us. Poor front desk team for this night. Even especially when we requested additional liquid soap, due to them not having any when checking in, as they ran out of stock. He argued with us asking stupid questions instead of helping. Rooms are paper thin. Rooms smell of smoke and bathroom stink. Broken range hood.

位置很好，到了酒店就出門玩了~比較晚的時候洗澡完，發現浴袍裏面有頭髮，太晚太累不想折騰。第二天跟酒店前台講了這個事情，態度很好，一個勁抱歉，我説更換一下新的，因為這個頭髮我對整個酒店的衞生都產生了懷疑。前台經理之類的人説要補償些什麼，我説算了就又出門玩去了。 等我玩了5小時回到酒店，房卡失效了！前台重新刷卡，上到房間，發現正在打掃，態度很好，希望我們能等20分鐘，我們下大堂等了20分鐘後上房間，發現有別人頭髮的浴袍還在，沒有給我換新！！！整個人無語了 後面投訴到攜程，結果就是從保潔到經理一趟趟上門，而且我一直強是浴袍bathrobe，但所有處理的人都來問我是不是毛巾，整個人應付得更累了，直接説不要再來人説抱歉了，除了態度很好，説抱歉，從前台溝通到後面處理，連浴袍和毛巾都傳達不清楚，這個酒店本應該是我美好的回憶，太讓人失望了！

Friendly staff, perfect location next to the airport (you can walk from there). I'd definitely stay at the Mandarina Hotel again.

Fantastic host, super clean and modern room for a fantastic price! Next to a bus stop ( all public transport is free ) so easy to get in and out of town The manager we met on arrival and he was full of knowledge and ideas for us 10/10 can’t recommend more

(+) The hotel is less than 10 minute walk from the airport. To go to the city centre, you can go back to the airport to take the tram or bus (20 to 30 min to reach the centre). The bed was very comfortable. (-) The room is very simple, the bathroom is separated from the bed by a curtain for the rate I paid. The floor is quite old, the carpet will need a refresh. Overall, It is fine to stay at this hotel for a night, especially to catch an early flight or if you arrive late.

The staff is friendly and room is clean. It's a little bit far from public transportation and restaurants.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Reception. Toller Service, uns wurden tolle Tipps zum Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten in Luxemburg erteilt. Nach dem Einchecken wurde mir noch zum Geburtstag gratuliert, da der aufmerksame Mitarbeiter an der Reception, dies beim Einchecken bei der Passkontrolle gemerkt hat. Sehr liebenswürdig

I stayed at the DoubleTree Luxembourg with my 80-year-old father, who is unwell and was extremely tired after a long day of travelling. Unfortunately, the room we were given was right next to the elevator motors, and the noise kept both of us awake almost the entire night. My father finally managed to fall asleep around 7:00–7:30 AM after hours of discomfort. However, at 8:00 AM, there was a knock on our door. I opened it half-asleep, and the staff member simply said “It’s ok” and walked away. I later saw the same person again in uniform, so clearly they were a member of the hotel team. I still cannot understand why they knocked at that time, and what exactly was “ok,” especially when it was obvious the room had severe noise issues and guests could still be resting. I shared all of this with the reception team and politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of a brief conversation or even a quick acknowledgment, I was handed a handwritten note with the manager’s email. After travelling with an elderly parent who was in pain and exhausted, I was genuinely hoping for a bit of understanding or empathy. Even a short apology would have meant a lot at that moment. I should mention that breakfast was also quite basic and didn’t match the DoubleTree standard I’m familiar with, so overall the stay was unfortunately far below what I usually experience with Hilton properties. I’m writing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because the situation placed my father—who is already unwell—under a lot of unnecessary stress. As a loyal Hilton Honors member, this experience was difficult for me, and I sincerely hope management can review what happened and decide on an appropriate way to make this right.

The hotel offer was great in the aspect of price to value ratio, I really liked especially the trip. Com team they are really helpful and understanding I had a booking mistake and they helped me solve it easily. I have never experienced better customers service alway glad to be your customer.

Perfect stay, spacious rooms, great service. Very close to the city centre. Breakfast was also very good, not crazy amount of options but everything was fresh and tasty, service was awesome. For sure recommend to stay here
