Hotel Dengan parking di Balikesir Province, Türkiye

1) Çalışanlar ( House keeping, restoran, resepsiyon ) son derece düzgün insanlar ve otel bence onların yüzü gözü hürmetine yüksek puan alıyor. Oteli bence onlar ceviriyor. 2) Otelin işletmecisi olduğunu varsaydığımız Demet hanim özelinde iletişimde sıkıntı var. Tarz ı iyi bir işletmeciden çok uzak. Sanki mekan onun evinin salonu edasıyla hareket ediyor. Karşılaştığımız sorunları ve Demet hanım ın yaklaşımlarını anlatacağım. Hava Ayvalıkta ben kaldığımda 38 derece idi. Birinci sorun;Otelin tek ortak alanı olan restoranda KLIMA yok. ( Gecen sene varmış, bozulmus, bu sene yok). Burası kahvaltı-öğlen-akşam yemeğinizi yiyebildiğiniz alan. Ördeklerin yüzdüğü su kenarında bir mekan burası. (restoran sürgülü camlarla kapalı bir alan, sabahları camları açıyorsunuz, hava geliyor güneş dönmediği için ). Ancak eğer otelde kalmanız gerekiyorsa ( ki ben LAPTOP umla çalışmak zorunda idim, 2-3 günümü otelde full geçirmem gerekti) öğleden sonra bu restoran alanı cehennem gibi sıcak oluyor. Ve orada çalışmak zorunda kaldım. Demet hanım, bana, camları açın essin, ceryan yapsın, ya da odada çalışın, gibi haddini aşan, sanki karşısındaki çocukmuş gibi saçma sapan akıllar vermeye çalıştı. ( Cok ugrasip, biraz da kendisiyle tartışma yasadıktan sonra, odaya calisabilmem icin masa ve sandalye verildi. ) Ikinci sorun; Bir gece cok rüzgar olmuş ve çatıdaki bazı sistemler paneller hasar görmüş ( Sabah sıcak su olmasını engelleyen bir durum oluşmuş ). Biz sabah erken otelden çıkarken odada sıcak su olmadığını farketmedik çünkü duşa girmedik. Aksam 8 de denizden geldik, tuzlu su içindeyiz. 4 kadın arkadas 2 ayrı odada kalıyorduk. Banyoya mecburen girdik ve cok zorlanarak soguk sularla banyo yapmak zorunda kaldık. Ve Demet hanim, resepsiyonda beni gordugunde, soguk su saclara yaramış, güzel görünüyor gibi hadsiz bir espri yaptı. Ozetle, Ayvalık gibi bir yerde otelin varsa, restoranina, ortak alanina KLIMA koymak farzdır. Sıcak su konusu en olması gereken seydir otelde. Arıza gece olduysa, ne yapar eder, teknik servisleri ertesi gün vaktinde bulur, arızanı gün içinde onartırsın. Böyle bir rahatlık olmaz, olmamalı. Otel işletmecilerinin, hizmet sektorunun sadece param var otel açtım konusu olmadığını, insanların sınırlı zamanlarında iş ya da dinlenme icin bu otellere geldigini iyi idrak edip, kendilerini saglam bir iletişim egitiminden gecirmesi gerekiyor. Ama tekrar ediyorum, otel çalışanları, restoran, resepsiyon, house keeping, cok tatlı cok cici insanlardı.

The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Normal accommodation for its price. Located in the historic center, 5 minute from the sea. It’s the old building so there are some limitations: only two socket per room, no warm water in the sink, little bathroom not very comfortable. But for one night it’s okay. The manager is very welcoming. Although there can be problems during check in as there is not pertmanent reception. So when you arrive you need to call the property. If you don’t have mobile connection it can be a challenge. So it’s better to get in contact with the manger in advance

The air of the cave mountains is very beautiful and you should go to the roads with difficulty, and it is said that it is prohibited to go to the shells around the area, and so on, even if your vehicle is high. The hotel has also provided facilities for Safari tour, but when we want to take a trip, the total of the tour, which is not sufficient, should be eight people.  Within three days we stayed, only the nearby village is available for market access. We have met our needs so little to say that there are no rooms and activities to be done outside of this. I don't think the natural pool is too cold and too hygienic. Opportunities such as the okey table in the hotel are the area of the current horse riding activity not for adults suitable for children. We stayed in the home tents, the room was enough, but if you are thinking of staying in the tent you should take care of staying in a airless room the small holes made in the tents do not provide air circulation inside or your door would prefer to sleep open You should have  or staying in wooden houses would be more rational. If I go again, I will definitely go with a crowded group of friends for air only by supplying meself food and drink and prefering another accommodation. There is no insect in the area, that makes me very happy, but I didn't use it in any way. The breakfast varieties were enough, but last morning I saw something like a sweet and spider net in some products. I don't think you can find something to eat there for dinner. You can eat the menus very limited outside in another plant. Finally, the sale of tobacco mams in the plant was pleased.

Stayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it. The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

A good hotel according to its price. He needs some maintenance. *** the meat as a location is good.

Location right in the center of everything, close to the sea harbor. A bit noisy at night, but you are going to be a part of this activity.

Otel isletme sahibi Sevgili Yusuf dunya iyisi Cok saygili ve efendi biri, Anlayisli ve yardim sever. Annesiyle birlikte calisiyorlar Cok tatli insanlar. Biz evimiz gibi hissettik orda kaldigimiz surece. Babalariylada Tanistik hepsi Cok iyi insanlar iyiki tanimisiz boyle guzel insanlari. Cok konuda bilgilendirdiler bizide. Otelin konumu merkezi, candeye 20-25 adim. Banyo Cok kucuk olsada idare edilebilinir. Simdiye kadar kaldigim pansiyon tarzi Hatta 3 yildizli oteller dahil, en rahat ve deliksiz uyudugum yataklar ve yastiklar bu oteldeydi! Hatta Anneme soyledim; farkettinmi yatak yorgan ve yastiklar Cok rahat ve iyi uyudum diye. O’da Evet bende farkettim dedi. Ayrica bol cesitli kahvaltilari harika omletleri cay ve kahveleri de Cok iyiydi. Fiatlari makul. Yusufa, babasi Adnan beye, ve Annelerine de Cok Cok tesekkur ediyorum.
