Very nice hotel, room is spacious with comfortable bed and pillow, well equipped with all we need in hotel room. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of various delicious food, bread, even has some bacon adn the best thing is all Halal, so for Moslem is worry free for eat anything. This hotel is inside hotel complex and unfortunately the day we stayed, there's UNESCO general assembly that made us unable to access hotel without special car/taxi with ID UNESCO. But doesn't matter, I really have good experience stay at this hotel. Receptionist staff Akbar was very kind and helpfull. Definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever visit Samarkand.

Beautiful lobby area, great location, lovely selection at breakfast, little disappointed with the actual room, it didn’t reflect the exterior or public areas, but it was manageable. Over satisfied with our two nights stay.

It is not up to a 5 star level for the below reasons
1) the facility looks new from the outside and superficially it is grand but the details reveal that this hotel is subpar, for example the gym facilities, the elevators, etc… looks like a standard holiday inn
2) the staff barely speak English and when you ask them something the attitude is mostly cold and unwelcoming, not helpful at all
3) the room facilities didn’t work most of the time, for example the shower buttons, the phone or the aircon
4) the breakfast selection is minimalist, with v limited varieties
5) the location is far from city center

Hotel itself was amazing. Very clean & posh. Breakfast was wide of selections. Swimming pool & spa was fun way to relax.
When we ask, they happily made us late check out. Very grateful! Vey much enjoyed staying.
Only downside was location, although it's close to a park, we found it hard to find yandex. It was quite expensive & took 10-15 mins to arrive. Since we have been using yandex many different cities, this time was the most hassle.

Заселили быстро. Отель современный и новый. Кровати и подушки удобные..Пол с ковролином.
Но окна номера выходили на улицу и было шумно .
Есть приветливые орешки (изюм) и вода в стаканчиках.
Завтрак разнообразный. Каша, греча, сосиски, яичница, фрукты и прочие сладости. Зерновой кофе из кофемашины .Но нам попался кексик с плесенью Ресторан на 4 этаже. В теплую погоду есть веранда и видом на город..
В целом отель рекомендую.

Mind-blowing! The guesthouse is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants.
A true hidden gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was absolutely charmed by the incredible collection of vintage items and antiques on display. It’s like stepping into a cozy, living museum. Despite the antique decor, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hosts were wonderfully welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. He treated us with care and even prepared maps with highlighted sights to show us where the most interesting places were. If you want a stay with real character and soul rather than a standard, sterile hotel, this is the place to be!”

Small hotel but room was quite spacious . General public areas was tasteful and spacious as well. The staff were most impressive and helpful with our needs. Especially at the concierge, the language skill of the staff there made our visit so much easier and familiar.

Проживали в отеле 2 ночи, понравился сервис на рецепшн и на завтраке, все очень доброжелательные) сам отель очень уютный и красивый! Внутренний двор очень милый, из номера с видом на сад видно Мечеть Биби-Ханум) Расположение хорошее, недалеко от площади Регистан) немного не оправдал ожиданий ассортимент еды на завтраке, он был достаточно скромен (сравниваем с отелем 3* в Ташкенте, там разбегались глаза), но голодным , конечно не останетесь)

LL.C123The guesthouse is located in the old town. The roads are quite narrow, and some sections are currently under construction with engineering vehicles. Although there are alternative routes to reach the entrance, some drivers might not be familiar with them. If you return to the guesthouse too late, drivers might be reluctant to drive all the way in because the path is too dark and difficult to navigate, so you may need to walk a short distance yourself.
The room is simple but very spacious. Please note that toiletries and an electric kettle are not provided (though you can boil water in the kitchen), and you will also need to prepare your own bottled water. Fortunately, there is a small convenience store right next door where you can buy these items. During my stay, it rained one day and there was a brief power outage, but electricity was restored very quickly.
The host is wonderful and speaks fluent English. Upon check-in, he gave me a map and briefly explained the locations of key attractions and some restaurants. When I checked out, he even helped me with my luggage and called a taxi for me. If you have any questions, he will always answer them patiently.
The guesthouse is about a 15-minute walk from Registan. There are more restaurants around the Bibi-Khanym Mosque area, where you can also find a tourist information center that helps mail postcards.
If you don’t demand the facilities of a brand-name hotel, the overall experience is very good.

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel for two nights. Overall, it is a nice hotel, probably it was constructed a couple years ago. Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Swimming pool is available. Location is near the canal though it’s not in the city center. If you want to visit attractions in the city, you might need to use Taxi as there is no public transport system that connects that touristic center to the city.

GGuest UserThe most important thing about this hotel is the super staff! The guys at the reception and in the breakfast room were polite and responsive!
You can book the spa area for 1 hour (free for hotel guests, 1 hour per day).
Breakfasts are good, with tasty porridges every morning. The staff promptly replenishes anything that runs out. Everything is cozy, homely, and never crowded.
Even though buses brought tourists every morning, we never saw them at breakfast.
I really liked the jams in the small bowls, the pancakes, and the syrniki (cheese pancakes)!)

GGuest UserLocation: excellent! It is in the same building complex as the Art Gallery Happy Bird, mentioned in Tripadvisor. Registan is about 300 m away, so after dinner I would walk there to see the illumination.
My room had 2 twin beds, was rather small but comfortable. Upon opening the windows, a cool breeze entered the room. Wi-fi was reliable and there was a water boiler for tea.
Breakfast was abundant and good. The cook, Dishoda, would make me an omelette every morning. In the same building there are restaurants and fast food/ice cream joints.
On my last day I took the train to Khiva, which departs at 11:46. The hotel allowed me to stay in the TV room, with wifi access, water and toilet facilities, for 10 hours after check out. I recommend Hotel Dyor.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, the service was very attentive. The location is within walking distance of the square, about 1.6 kilometers. There's a very good barbecue restaurant nearby. The staff speaks English, and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel entrance is very small, and I circled the building using the navigation system but couldn't find the entrance. Hahahaha, actually, the entrance is right on the road.

GGuest UserThe hostel is located in the Old Town, which is convenient as the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. However, it's situated in a small alley, and there's a stretch of road without streetlights when returning from the main square, which felt a bit unsafe at night.
The owner was always helpful in solving various issues, for example, when I wanted to boil a couple of eggs in the morning.
There's a water dispenser available in the common area, which is handy.
The day before I checked in, guests reported no hot water, initially thinking it was due to late-night usage. The next day, it was still cold. When asked, the owner said a circuit breaker had tripped. Once fixed, the water was very hot, so it's important to report any problems promptly.
It was advertised as a 4-bed dorm, but it was actually a 5-bed dorm, which was quite a surprise. The owner claimed it couldn't be changed on the platform, a reason I found hard to accept. Even if the main listing couldn't be altered, they could have added a note in the remarks section. Otherwise, it feels like deception, especially for a 'non-refundable' booking where no money is returned. This was the case for both the female and male dorms.
With many guests staying, the cleanliness of the common areas struggled to keep up.
Also, I didn't seem to find any lockable personal lockers.
The owner, who uses a wheelchair, runs this hostel, which is commendable, and the price is good. However, the issues mentioned above do exist. Luckily, I only stayed for one night as a stopover.

GGuest UserIt's a nice hotel, new, and everything is as it should be. It smells great, and the service is excellent. There's a shop nearby. It's located in an industrial area near the Moscow Ring Road, so before booking because of the airport, check to see if it's the right airport.
Overall, it's a decent hotel.

GGuest UserThe room facilities were quite good; it had everything one would need. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I was glad to find the bathroom very clean. Both breakfast and room service were delicious. Although the ingredients were simple, the taste was genuinely good, and the breakfast ingredients were all fresh. This led us to choose to have dinner at the hotel too, but to my surprise, the dinner was a disaster. The last three pictures are of the hotel dinner; I had asparagus and steak that made me question life choices. The chef's skill is actually decent, but they really messed up with these non-local ingredients. I'd still choose to stay at this hotel next time, but I definitely won't be eating at the restaurant again.

MMladenowskiWe were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels.
The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable.
This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

GGuest UserAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.
