Hotel Mesra haiwan peliharaan di Hessen, Jerman

I stayed for 2 months in this hotel for a long term assignment in Frankfurt area. Good sleep, very comfy, good support from the crew, safe area, close to work and close to the public transportation, easy access to center of Frankfurt and Train Main Station. Should improve internet connectio, very slow when hotel is full.

War bereits öfter Gast bei B&B. War eigentlich bisher soweit alles in Ordnung. Hatte, aeber bisher auch keine Probleme. Jetzt hatte ich das falsche Hotel zum Flughafen gebucht und die 28 Tage waren bereits um- es waren noch 21 Tage übrig. Ich hatte gefragt, ob es möglich ist, die Zimmer auf ein anderes B&B Hotel an dem richtigen Flughafen umzuschreiben. Von mir aus gegen einen Aufpreis. Es geht nicht! Ein Hotel zeigt erst dann seine Qualität, wenn es bereit ist, sich mit Problemen der Gäste zu befassen. Und da schneidet das Hotel leider mit einer Schulnote 6 ab. Ich habe 10%des Gesamtpreises und das Frühstück ersetzt bekommen- also eigentlich nichts. Mehrfache Mails und Anrufe folgten, kein Verständnis für das Problem. Beharrten weiterhin auf Ihre Paragrafen. Dazu kommt, dass man erst nach der Buchung informiert wird, dass Ihr Hotel eine Baustelle ist. Dafür gibts aber auch keinen Preisnachlass. Ich soll aber für alles Verständnis haben. Entscheidet euch lieber für ein anderes Hotel. Es gibt genügend andere in diesem Preissegment.

Catena alberghiera Tedesca che abbiamo avuto il grande piacere di provare per la prima volta in questa occasione. Il Dormero Hotel Darmstadt si è senza dubbio rivelato uno dei migliori alberghi in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante il nostro ultimo viaggio in Germania. Moderno, ottima dotazione delle camere, prezzo concorrenziale, posizione esterna rispetto al centro città ma ben collegato dai mezzi pubblici (e in periodo di 9-Euro Ticket è stato davvero ottimo) posso assolutamente consigliare questo albergo sotto ogni aspetto. Prenotato tramite ******* al costo di poco meno di 58€ per una notte, due persone, colazione esclusa, devo dire che il nostro soggiorno è stato eccezionale. Reception aperta solo dalle 13 alle 23 ma con personale presente al nostro arrivo (nel primo pomeriggio) che ci ha gentilmente assegnato una camera all’ultimo piano, proprio come richiesto. Stanza nuova, arredata in stile ultramoderno e di buon gusto con colori sul bianco/rosso/nero, bagno dotato di doccia e asciugacapelli, grande televisore, minibar con alcune bevande gratis come benvenuto, dispositivo di cambio luci della camera in grado di modificare l’ambiente a piacimento, letto di grandi dimensioni (comodissimo), aria condizionata, cassaforte, Wi-Fi e silenzio totale in tutta la struttura. Presente un parcheggio esterno gratuito o, se si preferisce, un garage sotterraneo (non economico però, 15€ al giorno). Al pianterreno, vicino alla reception, sono presenti la sala colazione (che non abbiamo fatto) ed una teca con all’interno un serpente che “accoglie” i clienti. Lo stile moderno, la generale organizzazione e la qualità della struttura e delle camere ci hanno lasciati totalmente soddisfatti.

As usual an excellent stay and always top of my list when visiting Frankfurt. The breakfast was nice and the room was super clean. The location is very good and reach to all the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The reception staff is always very helpful to keep stay as comfortable as possible .

I was very enthusiastic about this hotel bit it turned out it was below my expectiations. I had to change the room 3 times because a/c was not working and reception staff didn’t care a lot to offer you better solution so I spent couple of hours waiting for the room; the ukranian lady at the reception helped me and without her I really don’t know how will be my stay there. Everthing else is ok except the view to the trian so if you can- avoid it as it is impossible noise. Breakfast is ok, croissants the best I’ve ever tried. One of the biggest minuses are that you cannot get the room before 3 pm simply because they have to check im staff to assist you. I thing I would go for another hotel during IMEX.

Every single staff member we came across in this hotel was excellent. Thank you! You are the best part of our stay. This hotel is across the street from the main train station. You can see the blue sign of the hotel when you walk out from the station. Our room had double (or maybe even triple) glazed windows and great light-blocking curtains for a good night sleep. King size bed is not one large bed but two king single beds pushed together, which is not ideal (but quite common in Europe we heard). The only thing we didn't like about this hotel is the area that it's in. And this is not the hotel's fault. The area has the usual train station flaw: not the cleanest, safest, quietest place in town. Too many hanging out on the sidewalk nearby with seemingly nothing to do. Overall this hotel is great value for money. I recommend it if you're looking for a place to spend a night or two for transit purposes. If you're staying for quite a few nights in order to see Frankfurt, I'd recommend another area such as Romer.

Ein ruhiges und schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Frankfurt, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und toller Service. Wünscht man sich ein Hotel mit Aussicht eher nicht geeignet, für Geschäftsreisende ein ideales Hotel. Das Hoteleigenes (Gebührenpflichtiges) Parkhaus, royale Parkbuchten. Zwei Ladestationen für Steckdosen Fahrzeuge. Niederschlaggegeschützer Übergang vom Parkhaus zum Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern und großzügig, angenehme Betten, auch eine Sitzecke und Schreibtisch fehlen hier nicht. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee/Tee Ecke und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Immer wieder gerne

Nettes drei Sterne Hotel,Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich habe nur den Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer vermisst, was allerdings bei einem drei Sterne Hotel keine Pflicht ist. Das Frühstück wirklich super ,alles mit Liebe hergestellt…..schone Auswahl… Der Preis war mit knapp 60 € inklusive Frühstück top . Ich komme wieder
