Excellent holiday. Stayed a week and explored the island at a leisurely pace, best way with no rush. Thank you and credit to Sophie at the front desk. She is so helpful and cheery. She helped us book day excursion trips to the volcano, Oia sunset trip, rental car, airport transfer. 👍👍 Sophie. Porter & breakfast room service was the other excellent experience at this hotel. Then there is the view from our terrace & hot tub, beautiful. Room was cozy, clean & comfortable. The well maintained light color walls inside and outside this property is just amazing. Just like all of Santorini, the white buildings in the bright sun is just outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for the best location near Fira city center for restaurants & shops. Not sure if we will visit Santorini again but if we do, will certainly return to this hotel.

Pemandangannya sangat cantik dan sarapan paginya sangat mewah. Bilik ini bersih dan kalis bunyi dengan baik. Lokasinya sangat mudah, tempat letak kereta juga mudah, dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke hotel dengan cepat selepas turun dari kereta Anda tidak perlu membawa bagasi naik dan turun bukit banyak.

We’ve stayed in 3 different hotels in Santorini, Charisma is definitely the best one. Amazing view, stylish room, private balcony, friendly staff. The gentleman at front desk is always very nice and helpful. Every detail is perfect here. Also a terrific place to enjoy the stunning sunset. It’s a great place to celebrate our anniversary. We’ll recommend this hotel to our friends and will come back next time when we visit Santorini. 我們在聖托里尼選擇了3間不同的酒店，Charisma遠遠好於其他兩間評分接近的酒店。 這裡有迷人的愛琴海及風車景觀，品味良好的的房間，能夠享受私人時光的露台，以及非常專業友善的工作人員。在前台工作的男士總是帶著快樂的笑容。 這裡的每一個細節都很完美。房間的露台即是觀賞聖島日落的絕佳地點。 我們在這裡度過了愉快的紀念日，我們也會很樂意向我們的朋友推薦這間酒店。期待下次來聖島再訪此地。

We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

The location is not bad, 10mins walk from the center of Fira. With good view of Fira. But they don’t reply to email when I asked for transfer service. Only get my reply by calling the hotel. However, there is no confirmation after I send my details they requested. I sent few more email but still no reply. The driver just appeared in the airport. The women reception staff is not nice while the guy is very nice, helping us to call a car for moving to Oia and helped us to take our luggage.

the location was great, so close to the airport and local shops which was great. Once we arrived we discovered that we had to contact the host which wasn’t mentioned in the email that was sent out to us, which made it a little confusing. We would have liked the two beds to have been in a bedroom rather in the living area as it’s not as private and the shower saturates the bathroom which makes it really uncomfortable for others when walking in.

Hotel yang sangat disyorkan, terletak di hotel yang cukup segar dan artistik di kawasan tengah Mykonos. Sumber pelancongan di Mykonos tidak sehebat Santorini, jadi penggunaan di sini masih relatif tinggi, dan aliran pelancong tidak sebagus Santorini. Oleh itu, harganya agak tinggi. Hotel ini berpatutan dan kemudahan persekitarannya sangat baik. Meja depan hotel juga sangat bersemangat. Lingkaran peta juga menyenangkan untuk mendaftar masuk. Sekiranya anda pergi ke tempat lain untuk bermain dengan kereta dan menaiki kapal terbang, ia akan disusun dengan betul. Pergi ke rumahnya betul

The two blue domes everyone is crazy about is right in front of you with a private pool. The host is amazing he helped us with everything and gives us really good recommendation. So I realised that in Santorini you must have the contact phone number of the hotel when you are arriving. There are tourists queueing above our room for the photos but don’t mind them because this room has the best view.

フィラバスターミナルから1kmほど歩いたところにあり、Googleマップで想定していたよりは遠いイメージだったのでロケーションは少しマイナス。施設自体はリゾート地ならではのホテルスタイルで綺麗で静かだった。部屋もサントリーニ島を彷彿させる雰囲気で非常に楽しかった。シャワーもかなり広く大満足。 値段以上のものではあったと評価させてもらいたいと思います。

Finding the property is difficult- i think it is a common problem in Santorini. Property is located near view points. View is stunning. Be aware of steps to get your luggage to the property and the same when you vacate Got into couple of issues during my stay but handled by the staff promptly on a phone call.i
