It was a nice hostel, great location, amazing staff. Activities in the evening to talk to other travelers. It was clean and a nice commenarea. Walking distance to the river. The only downside was the linen on the beds smelled and the pillows were almost no filling. There were nothing to dry hands with on the bathrooms

The hotel is in a central downtown location which is close to everything. The room is spacious and absolutely clean. My wife is very fuzzy about cleanliness so she always checks almost every corner of our rooms. This hotel room is the exceptional one which can satisfy her requirements. My salute to the cleaning lady. Well done! Though there are only two lifts in the hotel they are always quick to respond. The girls at the counter are courteous and helpful. We arrived before twelve but the girl gave us our room right away so we could take a rest after our long journey from Hong Kong. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy a high standard and comfortable stay in Budapest.

I really liked this hostel for a number of reasons. We booked it on booking and could cancel the reservation up to 2 days prior the date of arrival, which is great, and you can pay on arrival (with forints or by card). The staff is pleasant and informative, the whole place is clean and spacious, and the plants give such a nice vibe. We stayed at room with 8 beds (bunk beds). Every bed has a curtain, small shelf, 2 electrical outlets, a lamp and a small cabinet. You can also have a larger trunk beneath the bed, which comes with a lock (it's free of charge). Towels can be rented for €2. Every floor has a bathroom with several showers, toilets and sinks; everything is cleaned daily. The floor where most rooms are has a small kitchen, but on the main floor there is a really big kitchen, study room, game room, living room and every one of them is spacious and airy. Rooms and the hostel door open with a card which you get upon checking-in. The location of the hostel is great, it's next to a city market and around 10 minutes from Vaci street and metro station. Next time I come to Budapest I won't look for any other accommodation, I'm definitely coming back to Flow!

Welcoming service provided by all the staff. But a special thank you to Merhan Armen (I think that’s the spelling) who went out of his way to provide us the best hospitality we have ever experienced by long shot. Truly an asset to your company. The room it self had all the normal amenities that are offered by a hotel and the overall location was ideal. Nothing was too far away and had lots of connections to various tourist locations.

Not sure why this hotel isn’t rated 5* on tripadvisor. I stayed here for 4 nights and found it a pleasant stay. Staff were nice and helpful when needed. Free water available at the bar and minibar in the room also included free drinks which was a nice addition. They say that your room is not cleaned daily unless you request it at reception, but ours did get cleaned daily without us having to ask. There is an option to pay for breakfast in the morning for around £14 if it’s not included in your stay. We didn’t opt for it but we saw a few people eating in the breakfast area of the morning and they seemed to be happy with what they had. Hotel has a place to store your bags if your flight is a late one as checkout is at 12 o’clock - plenty of time to have a late morning. Great location too with easy access to sites, restaurants and public transportation. Hotel was very clean throughout too and well priced in my opinion for this level of hotel. Recommend staying here.

Very Modern, stylish, great staff, excellent vibe and food. And efficient processes for checkin/checkout. I booked it spontaneously for business, but it serves even more for Leisure. I was surprised to find Hyatt-Andaz style in an IHG hotel (usually interconti, crowne plaza etc. have as much character as a dutch tomato). It was even better than the Dorothea hotel in Budapest (which is great as well) Will come again.

Four Seasons was a wow! We were welcomed with pastries and wine in our room for our anniversary, and later that evening rose petals and candles everywhere. The waiters at breakfast remembered how I like my tea. The bartenders knew what I wanted to drink - all by the second day. Upon arrival and departure, the staff knew our names. We were given a “spa kit” to go to the public baths that was so helpful. The entire experience was exceptional!
