Hotel Pet Friendly di Delhi, India

Clean and overall nice hotel in aerocity near airport. I especially like the area, new safe clean buildings with restaurants/shops. It was quite pricey, but totally worth it. (thought India would be cheaper, but every brand hotel in Delhi had high price) Also liked the 24/7 gym, which was quite good for a hotel gym (doesn't really compare to a real big gym, however is great for vacation workout) One thing to improve: the calories in the restaurants are wrong. Grilled tomatoes don't have 300kcal/100g, and a muffin likely has more than 180kcal/100g. Seems made up/totally random.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and designed very nicely. The bed was extremely comfortable and the washroom was very clean with all the basic amenities provided. What impressed me the most was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone at the reception and housekeeping was polite, helpful, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The location is another big advantage as the hotel is very close to the airport, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or short stays in the city.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ibis New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need to stay close to the airport. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were professional and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and efficient. Everything felt modern and well managed. I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Room are super spacious, clean, beds comfortable, love huge TV, free water, free wifi, free snacks, free tea coffee in room, side sofa spacious extra space to lounge in the room, staff very courteous, always ready to help you .

I checked in late in the night around 3.00 am . The front desk staff were very friendly and checked in quickly . Had issue with the room's cleanliness but the front desk staff happily reallocated to the better room . The management should look into the cleanliness issue of rooms and common areas otherwise it's not bad for the price .

Location good. Amenities not good. No cloth hangers in bathroom of Room 2002. The bathroom door remains ajar, cannot be locked from the bedroom. No window in bedroom. Insufficient lights in room. No exhaust in bathroom. Service good. Food okay.

Conveniently located in Vasant Vihar for excursions to both Delhi and Gurgaon. The staff was courteous. The breakfast menu changes a bit each day. I would especially recommend the spa, it's a great place to stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I contacted the hotel through their spa website and got a quick response, the booking was smooth and they have a full range of ayurvedic treatments. The gym was also uncrowded and had good equipment. The rooms were a bit dated, but good value for money hotel!
