Hotel Pet Friendly di Tuscany, Italy

整體體驗非常不錯。酒店四周被花園環繞，風景優美，泳池也是一大亮點。酒店距離市中心車程大約半小時，前台幫忙叫出租車，出行還算方便。建議選擇主樓的豪華或高級房，空間感和舒適度都很不錯；兩邊都住過，經典房相對緊湊一些，設施也比較基礎。蠻適合想在佛羅倫薩體驗慢節奏生活的人，非常推薦

very nice hotel with very bad breakfast...the bread was always old, and very very Hard beds... I could hardly sleep at night.... I have stayed in many different hotels but I have seen like this Hard bed

모든 면에서 최고의 호텔입니다. 토스카나 지방의 환상적인 경치를 즐길 수 있으며, 깨끗한 침실과 침구, 청결한 화장실, 아주 친절한 직원, 훌륭한 조식 등 무엇 하나 흠잡을 데가 없는 호텔입니다. 친구들과 지인들에게 강력 추천하고 있습니다. 저는 로마 여행 중에 The Mall Firenze 쇼핑과 피렌체 구경 후, 피렌체에서 30분 거리에 있는 이 호텔에서 하루 묵고, 시에나, 반뇨레조를 거쳐 로마로 돌아오는 1박 2일 일정으로 다녀왔습니다. 조금 일찍 체크인해서 환상적인 토스카나의 일몰을 보기를 추천합니다. 꼭 다시 가보고 싶은 호텔입니다.

호스트는 매우 나이스합니다. 트립닷컴으로 문의하니 즉시 응답해줬어요. 숙소는 너무나 완벽한 성에서의 하루였습니다. 중세로 여행한듯한 내부와 정원에 감탄했습니다. 방은 따뜻하고 청결했어요. 특별한 하루였습니다. 너무 아쉬워요. 감사해요. 다음에 꼭 다시 올게요~

I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'.

房間在葡萄園內的石屋很欧式很田园，奈何傢具只是擺設，好看不好用。设施而言算简陋，全屋只有一張椅子，没有热水㷛、杯子、要向询问台安排，要自備拖鞋。Reception 朝9晚7，对旅客非常不便，差点出事。衛生间很细，没有地方放置个人用品衣服毛巾等等。总括来説住得不舒适，价格偏高完全不值这个价钱。

酒店有點偏僻，但是服務人員工作態度都很好，走的時候還贈送了水和小零食

酒店大堂和走廊照片如圖，佈置的很温馨。家庭套房房間大，空調製冷效果好，鑰匙很有特色，旋轉開門。早飯很豐盛，不過要走到古城中。另外，沒有燒水壺。沒有電梯，要自己爬樓。停車在路邊停車場，免費，安全。前台小哥會幫忙搬行李到2樓，贊！早晨起來陽台上風景很好，太陽正好曬到。

很有年頭的一間温泉酒店，談不上豪華奢侈，顧客多是當地人；房間很大，設施比較陳舊，不過帶幃帳的歐式大床和很古老的木質窗户（帶木質百葉窗）很有歐洲的調調，洗手間設施感覺還停留在7、80年代；值得一提的是早餐所在的鋼琴廳拍出照片皇室貴族氣息撲面而來，超👍

This hotel was amazing! We had such a great time soaking up the sun in the pool and having sunset drinks at the bar. The room was comfortable and had most amenities. An iron had to be requested though and the TV required a streaming connection rather than local stations which can make it as good background noise etc. Service was friendly from check in to check out! Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with lots of farmed produce. Would have loved more continental options or pancakes! Must try the yoghurt. Restaurant was good for dinner and service. Few less quirky items would be recommended - the only ravioli was one with monkfish that I ordered but ate slowly. I'd highly recommend this and hope to visit someday soon again! A 9/10 stay!
