Hotel guests receive priority, but reservations are highly recommended to avoid a very long wait. The room itself is small, and essential toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers are not provided. However, the water pressure is strong, with excellent flow. An electric kettle is available. The mattress is on the softer side, which might be an issue for older guests or those with back/neck problems. Breakfast truly stands out, offering a wide selection of dishes prepared by skilled chefs.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Bergen on foot. There is a COOP supermarket nearby and few more others within walking distances which is very convenient. However, as the hotel concept is more SMART hotel so every process is done through machine including check in-out, luggage storage, etc.
