Hotel Pet friendly di Samara, Russia

Very enjoyed living here. Clean, comfortable, Marina 's administrator was friendly and very polite. Take an improved room with breakfast, everything is delicious. I definitely recommend! Success and prosperity!

The front desk will speak English. There is a restaurant around. You can eat skewers. There are also small supermarkets around. The speed is fast. The bathroom in the room is warm and clean, but breakfast is normal. There is nothing, bread, yogurt, fruit and eggs.

I would recommend connecting cable TV. Breakfast menu is sufficient, but the cooking quality can be improved.

First of all, I would like to praise the environmental design of your hotel. Whether it is a spacious and bright lobby or a warm and comfortable guest room, it shows the designer's ingenuity. Every detail is full of art, making people feel like they are in a quiet haven. At the same time, the hard work of the cleaning staff has also kept the hotel environment clean and tidy, which is deeply admirable for the respect and maintenance of the environment. Secondly, I want to praise the quality of your hotel's service. Whether it is the warm reception at the front desk or the thoughtful and meticulous room service, it reflects the hotel's respect and care for guests. This people-oriented service concept makes every guest feel at home. Finally, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff of your hotel. It is your hard work and unremitting efforts that have created such a beautiful hotel environment. Your achievements are reflected not only in the hotel's hardware facilities and service quality, but also in the satisfaction and praise of every guest. Here, I want to say sincerely: Thank you, you have done a good job! I look forward to visiting your hotel again and feeling this wonderful experience again. With thanks, Salute

A good option for transit stop and rest. The hotel is in a green and quiet area. The area is tidy, pleased with the eye. A small street swimming pool helps relax (the swimming pool towels are in the room). Breakfast - choice is, not to say that everything is delicious, but it will be strengthened. Comfortable bed and pillows. There is not enough water in the room (there is a coller on the floor and you can buy water on the recipe). The bathroom (particularly the sink) is not very shiny. The towels are broken. The staff is friendly. In general, a good hotel in price/quality ratio. More than negatives. There will be an opportunity - we will visit with pleasure again. Bravely recommend (travel a lot and have something to compare). Hard three stars.
