Hotel Dengan Pools di Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria

I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk.

We settle on September 10, and immediately after the arrival of the girl on the respiratory we convinced that we had only paid for 1 person in their system, offering to pay for the second in 3 nights, after our persistence she called someone to know and turned out, that everything is normal and we have all paid, on her side it was rude as if we were ******. Also we booked a room with 2 separate beds, on the photo such rooms were, but we gave a room with 1 bed, we changed it to another, where 2 beds, but we had to roll them and ask for 2 beds. She also reported that the washing machine was broken, and after 2 days another girl said that only the dryer was broken, and we didn't sit to wash our stuff. The room did not work the railroads on one wall, and did not work TV. There is a stove in the kitchen, but there is no pan or pan, so you won't cook anything. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was something to choose and breakfast, in the rooms was really clean, in the spa and swimming pool there were almost no people at that time but it was possible to buy. The options for dinner at the restaurant are not very much, and the restaurant is only 3 days a week and too late for dinner. There are no special trainers in the swing, and one broken, my husband was important and he is upset. You can go there if you have your own car and you go to stay quiet.

The hotel is fine if you’re arriving by car. However, I arrived by bus, and it’s about 3.5 km uphill from the bus/train station and around 2.5 km from the city centre. The biggest downside for me was that the showers in the sauna/pool area were out of order. It’s hard to understand how guests are expected to use the sauna without functioning showers, people were going straight from the sauna to the pool while still sweaty. Another major issue was the lack of basic kitchen equipment in the studio, there wasn’t even a single pot, which defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, and most of the staff were friendly.

Very good resort hotel, located in the city center, driving in the past is very easy to find, the hotel reception is warm, introduce various services in detail, and the accommodation also includes two buffets for breakfast and dinner, which is rarely encountered, the hotel room is clean, tidy, and the decoration is attentive. All kinds of equipment and facilities are very good to use, the hotel's indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a highlight, especially the outdoor swimming pool, there are several infinity pools, the view is wide, the water temperature is comfortable, like it.

The hotel was very nice, the location was just fine. I would have been great it there was an indoors pool for kids.

Love it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!

Rest in the hotel from 7 to 10 aug 2026. The hotel liked it. There are all facilities for comfortable stay. In the reviews read that there is no soap and champoo. All this is not true- there is liquid soap, shampoo, slippers, coats. They issue separate towels for the pool! The mattresses are very convenient, several pillows. For winter time there is an electric battery, except heating. The shower cabin is a separate intersection. Breakfast + dinner. Everything liked, hungry will not go! The only minus, as in many hotels in Europe - drinks for dinner for a separate fee!
