"O café da manhã é sofrível. Local pequeno demais para o tamanho do hotel. Já poderiam ter resolvido isso, tendo em vista a idade do hotel. Além disso, apenas dois funcionários não davam conta de fazer todo o serviço de limpeza de mesas, reposição de utensílios e dos itens oferecidos no buffet. Entendemos que o preço do hotel é econômico, mas nem por isso é autorização antecipada para ocorra esse tipo de desorganização. Sugestão: reduzir as opções de buffet, mas garantir para que não falte o mínimo, como café quente e pão de sal."

GGuest UserI was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.

MMARCIA ANGELOI really liked the location of the hotel — very convenient and easy to get around. However, maybe because I was traveling solo, the room felt quite small, and the bed was very close to the door, so I could hear everything happening in the hallway. On the bright side, I absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner! They served delicious traditional food for the Festa Junina, which was a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserMax Savassi is a great place to stay and I would really recommend it for anyone looking to stay in a popular neighborhood in Beaga. To me, the breakfast is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are nice as well, although there are few minor details here and there that I think could be improved to make the room that I had feel more luxurious / premium.

NNina around the worldWe had a great stay, the pool was excellent. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is quite easy to get to and to access other attractions in the city. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby.

There was a problem regarding the room (but due to a communication error between the booking intermediary company and the hotel), but they were willing to resolve it quickly - at a time when the rooms were full due to Carnival season.

GGuest UserThe location is exactly near the lake, the hostel's little balcony is beautiful, they have a pool in the backyard too, chairs and terrace where they serve breakfast in a buffet style. The staff are friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserI enjoyed the hotel, location cleaning and service, Nelson from the very sympathetic reception. Breakfast well varied but medium, fantastic omelet. Only the q bathroom left to desire, ralo n of the account, even switching little, makes a rsrs well.

GGernieGood value for money. Very thin walls, though. The child on the other side could be heard screaming all the time. The room had the charm of a youth hostel dormitory. Breakfast was average but OK. I would have expected a bit more from a Hilton Garden Inn.
