Minha história terminou com pesadelo deboche da parte dos funcionários , tive uma viagem a negócios ao consulado da Itália em São Paulo , escolhi 360 suítes no Booking baseado na região , mas não imaginava no nível de lugar eu estaria me metendo , confiando na empresa e seus funcionários , FUI FURTADA na minha suite após arrumação ,resolvi estender minha estadia , foi informado que no mesma suíte não seria possível minha permanência , pois já tinha outro hóspede pra chegar após meu check out , daí fiz uma nova reserve pelo Booking , tive que efetuar o check out e espera fora (dentro carro ) 2 horas pra retornar numa nova suíte , eu esqueci minha jaqueta da diesel pendurada no armário com a importância de 350 euros , pois quando me dei conta antes do próximo check in retornei na recepção e avisei q deixei pendurada , ela ligou lá pros responsáveis da limpeza , e informaram q nada foi encontrado , cai desespero , ela falou p eu ir pra nova suíte pois ela ia se comunicar com gerente , subi e daí ela ligou novamente falando q nada foi encontrado e entregado , ela ofereceu para eu ir na suíte q fiquei hospeda pra olhar , não tinha nada , nem outro hóspede como haviam dito que era motivo q eu n podia renovar na mesma , aí fui fazer um B.o. Mas até agora ninguém me deu satisfação, com meu prejuízo , além Disso fui vítima de deboche pelo segurança dizendo se fosse uma jaqueta da louis vítton eu poderia estar em desespero . Até agora nada estão tipo um jogando responsabilidade pro outro !!! Que tipo de empresa e está ? Estão lidando com animal ??? Quero uma solução não vou descansar até resolver ! Teus funcionários que furtam hóspedes devem ser punidos ou presos por delito de furto vergonha !!!!!!!!!! Cuidado pessoal

These are minimal compact apartments. Be sure to send your documents ahead in advance (passport or Govt issued ID). Keep in mind there are no kitchens or cooking (microwave) in these units. The hotel is in easy reach of many things such as Avenida Paulista, shopping and many bakeries, restaurants and bars! Room cleaning and extra towels are upon request, not automatic! I truly enjoyed my 2 weeks there but may be better suited to shorter stays.

very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

The reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.

This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.

I have been going to São Paulo for years and I once I stayed at the Renaissance, I don't stay anywhere else when I am there. Since my first stay there, my experience has been nothing but perfect. Let me start with the location. The hotel is in the best part of the city. Very close to Paulista avenue and the great things that the Jardins have to offer. Can walk everywhere. Oscar Freire shopping street is a few blocks away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is big and connected to a really nice the hotel bar. They have a pool and a spa and a really big gym with the latest equipments. But the best asset of the hotel is its stuff. The nicest and most friendly of any hotel I ever stayed. Let me start with the Executive lounge guys. Mariana, Paulo and Vinicius at the lounge desk were very helpful and had the best tips. Luciana and the other staff at the lounge are the best. I have know them for years and it is always a pleasure to see them when I stay there. And the breakfast at the lounge with the view of the skyline of São Paulo is priceless. This time, I had a smooth check in with Gabriel. Very friendly and professional guy. Also I would like to mention Carter from the front desk. He made our stay extra nice this time. It was always a pleasure to stop by the front desk and have a chat with him. This is definitely the best hotel in town in my opinion.
