Hotel Dengan Pools di Sao Paulo, Brazil

Traslados à Basílica e visita noturna inclusa são os diferenciais!  A proximidade à Cidade do Romeiro e ao Caminho do Rosário tornam a hospedagem ainda mais proveitosa. Adorei a hospedagem e fiquei encantada com a organização dos locais para visitação e principalmente com a lindíssima Basílica.

Convenient location, safe neighborhood. You can walk to many places in 5-10 minutes. There is a gym and a swimming pool so it is suitable for short-term use. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the main street. The breakfast is also very good.

The hotel is very good. Breakfast is 48 reais and can be ordered separately. It is next to the lobby and is independent to the public. You can also buy it nearby. There is a gym, sauna and swimming pool on the top floor.

The hotel is quite good, maybe a little bit lacking compared to Radisson in other countries, but it was the best hotel in Brazil (even though I stayed in a 5-star Hilton hotel, for example). As a traveller, it's necessary to accept that it is Brazil and not to accept the hotel to be super good. What I liked: the willingness of staff to help, the variety of breakfast—different coffee machines + teas + a lot of powder hot drinks. Hotel was quite clean and close to Paulista Avenue. What I didn't like: staff didn't speak that much English, and the furniture seems quite old. Breakfast: there was no variety in terms of hot food (but there was a chef who cooked the eggs) and not so many ”healthy” options like yoghurt (only drinking yoghurt) and salads.

The hotel has a 2km from Polystar Street, which is a safer area. There is a Carrefour supermarket 400 meters near the hotel. It is very full of things and you need to bring it back to China. The hotel is a bit old and there is a taste. Overall price is OK

THERE ARE ALWAYS LINES AT RECEPTION. IF YOU ARRIVE BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 8:00 PM THERE IS A LINE THAT CAN TAKE UP TO 30/40 MINUTES. IN THE MORNING THERE ARE ALSO LINES TO CHECK OUT. DUE TO HIGH OCCUPANCY, THIS HOTEL HAS TO HAVE AT LEAST 8 TO 10 PEOPLE AT RECEPTION AT PEAK TIMES. THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 6 AT MOST.

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

Good hotel for overnight stay. The swimming pool is large but not heated. Breakfast is good. AC in the room was accompanied by a hole in the wall directly to the street, behind a door from wood composite. So street noise insulation was zero. Ask for a room, not facing the street - it is quite busy during the whole night. Shuttle to the airport is all right.

My stay was ok. I was actually happy that I had to stay only 1 night cause I was disappointed on the level of the hotel compared to other InterContinental I stayed in other countries. I love bathtubs and the room had one I did not want to use. It was a let down for the price I paid which was not cheap so I was expecting more. The breakfast was great cause Brazilian cuisine is awesome! I also did not appreciate the condescending tone of the staff at the front desk. I would not stay there again nor will I recommend to anyone.

Local well located, with a pleasant structure. In the meantime, I had a problem in my room, in which a bluse was swallowed, I tried to contact the government, they opened a call and I had no return from what could have happened to then. Even if it is a bluse with a symbolic value, I believe that this is a serious safety issue.
