All details were carefully thought. Everything clean, plenty of space, quiet, comfortable, beautiful, anything which is needed wasn't absent in room, even iron. Bathroom and bath in daylight if wished. Ideal. Good food, good sleep, beautiful breakfast room, comfortable and peaceful. Good music. Lovely swimming and sauna spa. Superkind service in every step. I miss back.

My experience was pleasant throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, right on Town Hall Square. The room was relatively clean with new amenities, although there wasn't a king size bed and we had to put two beds together. Breakfast is worth mentioning, with pancake, which I really liked, and very good yoghurt. It would have been a near perfect experience, but something incredible happened when I checked out. I missed a handbag in the room because of the large amount of luggage. I returned to the hotel two hours later to enquire and was told that ”nothing other than RUBBISH was left in the room”, which I was shocked to hear, as the bag contained at least one whole cigarette (which my friend had commissioned me to buy from a Chinese duty free shop), a whole box of Chinese tea, a bag of expensive Chinese hot pot base, some chocolates and other items! . I didn't call the police for time reasons, but I chose to publicise this fact here, which I think is a shame for any hotel.

This hotel is really great with super service and beautiful rooms. It is really close to the City Center and right opposite to University of Tartu. Breakfast are rich. You can also eat in close by restaurants and have a drink in many bars around.I will definatelly come back.

We stayed in a superior room on the third floor for one night. Room was very spacious and clean with a great view. The only downside was traffic noise. I have stayed in this hotel before and I don't remember that much noise from the last time, but I guess our room was on a higher floor last time. Breakfast was served in restaraunt Humal and it was excellent. There was no phone in our room to contact reception in case of emergiencies or questions. We didn't need it this time, but in some cases it might be useful. There are free parking spaces behind the hotel. Location is very good. I would stay in this hotel again.

Wer nach Tartu reist, sollte in diesem Hotel absteigen und die vielen Eindrücke auf sich wirken lassen. Es ist eine Zeitreise durch die Vergangenheit. Der Service ist hervorragend und sehr professionell. Ein besonderes und ausgefallenes Hotel.
