Really nice design hotel, good location, spa is nice, staff are helpful as we requested a queen size bed online but they given us a 2 single bed, they changed it back to us.  The front desk wall picture is a bit uncomfortable and it’s like they are staring at you 😅Shower room water is keep leaking out, the bed and pillows are a bit soft, other than that, overall are ok.

If you want a quiet accommodation, it is the best choice ~ It's a great place to stay if you're only on a schedule for one day and relax.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

It's 10 minutes from the airport and close to Palma City, so the location is very good. Because it's the sea in front, you can also watch the sea for breakfast I did yoga every morning while watching the sun rise on the terrace, and I was so happy that I could drink wine while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace in the evening. The swimming pool is very small and the surrounding beach is so beautiful that I didn't use it. It was like an old building, but it was clean and the food was delicious. The bed and bedding were great, and above all, it was spacious and had two closets, so it was enough to use with friends. I was able to lie on the bed and see the sea right away. But the next room and the terrace are really close and you have to be careful because they look like they're all together. There is no parking lot, but the front desk staff kindly guided me so I could park well in the free parking area. If you go to Google navigation, you will be informed of the wrong road (the seaside road that cannot be driven by car), so you must enter the road outside one block from the seaside. Free parking area is easy to find around the hotel. It was a hotel I found in a hurry just before my trip, but it was a very satisfying stay.

I stayed at THB Los Molinos Adults Only for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect — right by the sea with a beautiful view from the room. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing — perfect for couples or anyone looking to unwind. Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway in Ibiza! 🌅✨

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Check in was smooth, found our room over at the hotel across the road. The room itself was fine, lots of towels, bed comfy enough, our only complaint was just how loud our outside air conditioning unit was! It was so loud that we couldn't sleep so had to turn it off throughout the night and leave it on during the day. Oh and the smell of sewage sometimes came up from the shower plug but only noticed in the mornings. We went all inclusive but wish we hadn't. The first morning we went for breakfast and there was no cutlery left, no glasses for a drink, I ended up eating an omelette with a spoon and we hoped the dinner would be better. Turned up for dinner and my husband described it as a cattle market! Too many people, no forks or glasses left again, we walked out and went for a meal elsewhere. A very stressful & hectic dining experience and we never tried again. We tried to get drinks over at the main hotel pool bar but were told we needed the keyrings that came in our pack which no one advised us of. Apparently the all inclusive wrist bands are not enough. We made no use of the all inclusive in the end and spent more money elsewhere. Pools were clean and inviting but people reserved all the sunbeds early. Location was good, short walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the waterpark which was good fun. There's a great little restaurant next door for late night curry, kebabs, pizza and drinks and also a Spar shop a couple of minutes down the road.

Nice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, very clean - small ants nest in room 116 but no major issue. The roof top pool looked incredible and food was amazing! Would 100% return.

I was traveling in Mallorca that day and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I booked this hotel last minute, snagging the very last room. It turned out to be the perfect choice. This hotel is very new; the general manager told me it only opened last October and was even closed for three months during winter for maintenance, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling. The staff speak excellent English, the design aesthetic is spot-on, and there are so many photo opportunities and sights to see in the common areas. Breakfast was also exquisite. The front desk lady was beautiful, spoke great English, and provided excellent service – she was incredibly attentive. We had a lovely chat, and I told her I absolutely had to praise her on Chinese social media; I hope she gets to see this! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, parking is free and very convenient here; they'll even help you move your car and arrange a spot, which is actually quite rare in Mallorca.
