The room is not very clean. Especially, the pillow has hair on it. The towel in front of the bathtub is dirty.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The location and facilities are excellent. It is a very good choice for Jasper. However, the soundproofing is average. Even late at night, there are still children running in the corridor, which is very noisy. If you need quiet, you must make a request, otherwise you will be arranged to a room at the farthest end of the corridor (a long way to go).

Good stay. Pool and hot tub were great. A few of the other amenities could use attention, though. One of the washing machines wasn’t working, and breakfast was cold. There is also an omelette station that apparently only operates when it’s not “slow season” The service is always incredible, and the hotel location and cleanliness was top notch. Maybe just call ahead when you’re booking so you know what to expect for breakfast. We would stay again

Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower sucked, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

Hinton Lodge has great location at reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended.

The hotel is in a shopping center in the south of the city, surrounded by Safeway, Walmart, McDonald's is very convenient. There is also a Japanese Gardon nearby that is very good but did not go. The hotel has free parking and an indoor swimming pool. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast sausage egg bread juice yogurt milk fruit. It's good to sleep at night. Disadvantages The air conditioner is loud and affects rest.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, the environment is comfortable and quiet, the facilities are complete, the service staff is warm and friendly, the hotel is located in the center of the town, and parking is convenient.

The location of the hotel is central and just off the Samson Mall. The service was good. The check-in process was smooth. We were informed that our room was on the third floor and there was no elevator in our building. We asked if there are other rooms on the lower floors, and the staff was kind to help us locate another room on the first floor. The room was dated and small. There is only a small window opening to the hallway and it was quite hot and stuffy even at night. It was not good value for ＞USD$400 per night given the room quality. With the similar price point, we might opt for accommodations in downtown Banff which comes with better rooms, various dining/shopping options, but with extra 35 minutes drive.

Fantasy World is a modern and cool hotel with a variety of theme rooms, including Roman Holiday, Polynesia, Arctic Ice and Snow. So this hotel is more suitable for vacationing with children or traveling with the whole family. Fantasy World Hotel has direct access to West Edmonton Mall, where you can play for several days without going out with its huge indoor water park, exciting rides, sea lion performances, pirate ships, miniature golf courses, etc. It is really fun for children to stay here!
