Hotel Dengan Pools di Greater Accra, Ghana

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience. Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

The room is very clean, the hotel is newly built, the service is very good, everything is satisfactory.

Best stay! Customer service was impeccable, the host harriet was very friendly and attentive, the studio was sold out so they upgraded us to a bigger apartment for free, highly recommend! Shops and restaurants close by, its in the city so its not far from activities and night life, all amenities were provided for! 10/10

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

1. The room is clean, the space is larger than described on the booking. The bathroom is very large and has a bathtub to relax. 2. The staff here are extremely good from the security guard to the room service friends! I feel very interested ^^ 3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^ The disadvantages are: 4. For example, a little far from the main road, you need to call Uber. 5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞 6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

There was no clean towels they in the washer been washed. The sofa was very uncomfortable. It has huge lumps and gaps in the the cushion. It is completely worn out

The check-in with Ruth was quick & thorough. She was very sweet & nice. The apartment was clean & quaint, I really enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the unit, it helped a lot!! The building is really secure, from the young men outside to the facial recognition system to open all the doors. Having a restaurant downstairs is also & very helpful feature. I will be returning for a 2nd stay before returning home to the US.

It was a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The hotel’s vibrant, stylish decor truly lives up to its name, giving off a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was also impressive, with a variety of delicious options that catered to both local and international tastes. With a very jovial chef and warm smile creating you as you walk in. The hotel’s proximity to the airport made it incredibly convenient for my stay, yet it still felt like a retreat away from the city’s hustle. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers a perfect mix of comfort and style. I’d definitely stay here again!

My stay at Airport View Hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredible- attentive, professional, and always ready to help with the biggest smiles. They truly made us feel special. A lovely highlight was the complimentary dinner buffet on our first night, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. The food was delicious and the experience set the tone for an amazing stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, and the location in Accra is perfect. I felt completely at home and so well taken care of. I’ll definitely be back- highly, highly recommended!
