Hotel Phuket dengan Spa

This hotel is in a super quiet spot. If you want a chill, relaxed vibe, I totally recommend it. The balcony view from the room is amazing, looking out at Nai Harn beach. Breakfast was good. The only downside is if you're on a high floor, you might have a bit of a walk to your room.

The Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names. The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation. The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area. The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products. The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu. The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island. Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night. The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna. Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience. On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel. We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

The room is clean, the only bad thing happened is on first day check in , the pillow is very smelly, but after we reported to hotel, they changed it immediately, the respond and service is good, but it would be perfect to check before customer check in. The receptionist Summer is very warm and good service The restaurant in the hotel also good If the hotel can add more facilities would be perfect

Enjoyed our 3 nights at Noku Phuket! The front desk and bell team were absolutely lovely during our time here, and we had a complimentary upgrade to the room with the whirlpool in our balcony! Loved that the room was super spacious, and there were dual sinks in the bathroom. Location was pretty far but they provided complimentary shuttles to Phuket town too! Didn’t manage to explore the breakfast, dining and spa offerings during this stay! It would be good if the hotel could look into improving their flooring (there were some gaps & there was even a piece of wood sticking out and was a hazard). The linen was really thin and not fitting of 5 star standard, which was a shame as the hotel was really pretty! But overall still a highly recommended stay!

15-19 mayıs 2026 da 8118 numaralı havuza erişimli odada kaldık. Mükemmel bir konaklama oldu. Otelin konumu hemen plajda ve gürültüden uzak ama merkeze de çok yakın. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, bol ve çok lezzetli. Temizlik, Mükemmel. Hizmetliler hep güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Hemen saygılı bir şekilde selamlıyorlar sizi. Oda çok geniş, hemen odadan havuza dalıyorsunuz . Odanın önünde kendi Şezlonglarınız var. Plaj havlusu, yağmur veya güneş için şemsiyeleriniz bile var hatta sinek için mat bile var ve her gün tabletin yenisini koyuyorlar. Otelin her tarafı çok güzel tropikal çiçeklerle dolu. En çok ta taylandin meshur beyaz çiçeği (galiba lotus) ve orkideleri beğendim. Tayland tatilimin böyle çok yüksek kalitede başlamasından dolayı çok mutluyum. Teşekkürler Graceland Ailesi.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb and we enjoyed the various activities like yoga, stretching and aqua exercises.Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Pros - super attentive staff and problems are resolved quickly  - Great views from room (see photos) - Huge private pool (though most is in the shade) - Outdoor hot tub Cons  - Not ‘luxury’ as the hotel name implies - old worn furniture in most rooms (see photos) though we were moved somewhere better very quickly after complaining. - Huge service charges and taxes - No beach - Villas so close together that you can hear families with children next door (we haven’t extended our stay for this reason)  - Restaurants and food are poor - no western breakfast (sausages/bacon etc), the stake house we eat at was glum to say the least. I’m actually leaving this place to get on a plane with diarrhea - Poor value for money compared to other resorts at this price point (JW, Four Seasons, Ritz etc)

Hotel yang mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan yang jelas, kemudahan keseluruhan boleh dikatakan tiga bintang, tetapi hotel ini berusaha untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan lima bintang. Kerana ia telah diubahsuai dari Holiday Inn sebelum ini, kemudahannya agak baru, tetapi tahap hiasan adalah pada tahap Atour di China Hanya beberapa jenis bilik mahal yang mempunyai tab mandi. Terdapat banyak aktiviti hotel percuma atau berbayar. Terdapat ramai orang kulit putih dan sangat sedikit keluarga Cina. Kelebihan: Dua kolam renang utama sangat cantik, terdapat banyak kerusi pantai, dan terdapat pantai persendirian (sebenarnya, ia bersambung dengan pantai beberapa hotel lain, terdapat sofa malas dan tikar jerami di pantai). terdapat seorang wanita meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, ia adalah satu kejutan Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar Beberapa petua: Terdapat sebuah restoran tepi laut yang kecil kira-kira 1 minit berjalan kaki ke utara di sepanjang pantai Pemiliknya berbahasa Inggeris dan menunya ada gambar dan masakannya tidak mahal dan ada tempat duduk pemandangan laut mesin ais di koridor di tingkat pertama Anda boleh membawa ais ke minuman DIY di dalam bilik terdapat begitu banyak makanan ringan tempatan di pintu masuk bilik sarapan, anda boleh mencubanya dengan berani

The room is very quiet and spacious. The bathroom has shower and tub. The hotel offer the bus to the city center. Big pool and nice towels service in the pool and you can bring your towel to the beach
