Rooms located in the backyard garden need painting and plaster, smells of putty paint in rooms. It is better to book a private villa which has a swimming pool 24/7 access. If booking a basic room is not at all recommended..No Swimming pool access to backyard garden rooms, 4 other pools are occupied by Private villa people. Mosquitoes everywhere, they must have mosquito repellent options in the room, which is basic sense not provided at all. Recommended for old retired couples, not at all recommended for families with kids. On this charge better options are available. Please check Room photos properly before booking."

PPengguna TetamuThe Naka Island is, without question, one of the most accurate and outstanding resorts you can choose to stay at in Thailand. The experience is remarkably flawless — everything is perfectly executed, well organized, and thoughtfully designed.
Above all, what truly sets this resort apart is the people and the service. Every single staff member greets you warmly; there is not a single person who passes by without saying hello. The entire team, without exception, was exceptional. I would especially like to mention Peachy, who welcomed us, as well as Ohmmy, Bennet, and Dome — though in truth, every staff member deserves recognition, even if I unfortunately do not remember all the names.
The resort has undergone a recent renovation and upgrade a few months ago, which is clearly reflected in the overall quality and attention to detail. We stayed in a pool villa for four nights for our honeymoon, and the experience exceeded expectations. Initially, we requested to change villas, which was accommodated immediately. We later decided to return to our original villa, and this request was also handled positively and without hesitation.
The reason for the initial change request was the mangrove forest area. Guests who are less comfortable sleeping in a jungle-like environment, or who are sensitive to wildlife or mosquitoes, may wish to specifically request accommodation outside the mangrove area.
The villas are modern, spacious, and extremely well designed, with attention to even the smallest details required for an exceptional stay. Each villa includes a private pool, an outdoor shower, an outdoor bathtub, as well as an indoor bathroom with excellent hygiene products.
The resort features three restaurants. We dined at several of them, and the food quality was excellent overall, though the pizza was relatively weak compared to the rest of the culinary offerings. The Z Bar is particularly pleasant, offering a wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful sunset view. Additionally, 24-hour room service is available with a fairly extensive menu.
The main pool is stunning and seamlessly connected to the sea. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, longboards, and paddle boats. Jet skis can also be rented from local operators for approximately 2,000 THB for 30 minutes. Bicycles are available for two-hour rentals, which we used for a short and enjoyable ride around the island.
Housekeeping is provided twice daily, including an evening turndown service around 7:00 PM, during which curtains are closed and the room is prepared for the night.
The gym is exceptionally well maintained, fully equipped with Technogym equipment, and offers everything one could need for a complete workout. We did not visit the spa for treatments, but guests have access to an ice room, steam room, and sauna.
Breakfast was rich, well organized, and among the best we have experienced. Guests fill out order slips with their table number, and dishes are delivered directly to the table exactly as requested. At the pool, food and drinks can be ordered easily by scanning a QR code from your sunbed. While the service at the pool was slightly slow at times, it did not significantly detract from the overall experience.
On the day of our arrival, the resort hosted a Christmas tree lighting event, which felt like a private invitation-only celebration. Special drinks, bruschetta, chicken satay, and tuna pani puri were all served complimentary by the hotel.
We left with the clear feeling that the team is constantly thinking about you and anticipating your needs, no matter how small. This is, without hesitation, the strongest recommendation I can give to anyone visiting the area — and we will most certainly return.

PPengguna TetamuRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish.
The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day.
Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

While the service and food was excellent, I think if you have elderlies or people with disability, you might want to reconsider as the hotel rooms are all built on the hill and you have to go up and down to your room by buggies. They are fast to order tho. We had to walk up and down two stories of stairs to get to our room after buggy dropped us in front of our tower. In one of the rooms with plunge pool, our toilet wasn't working well and we had to call up engineering to fix it twice. The AV was too warm and they had to reset it. However the hotel staff was efficient to fix these issues.. on the last day when we check out, some of the ceiling blocks came off, this could be dangerous if we were hanging out at the balcony. I think the hotel needs some maintenance fixing overall. Most of the daily activities are at additional charge which was different from other Hyatt regency properties we stayed at other countries. I have to say staff and service is wonderful, the pool was amazing and well maintained. It could have been better if the daily breakfast buffet could have have some changes, we had pretty much same food for three days. Overall, it was a good stay.

Terdapat banyak aktiviti hotel percuma atau berbayar. Terdapat ramai orang kulit putih dan sangat sedikit keluarga Cina.
Kelebihan: Dua kolam renang utama sangat cantik, terdapat banyak kerusi pantai, dan terdapat pantai persendirian (sebenarnya, ia bersambung dengan pantai beberapa hotel lain, terdapat sofa malas dan tikar jerami di pantai). terdapat seorang wanita meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, ia adalah satu kejutan
Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar

You definitely can have a good night sleep in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very helpful and polite too. Even though it is located off the main road, it is still very convenient to move around. Just a 7 minutes walk from the left side of the hotel entrance will take you to the main road and a 2 minutes walk from the right side will bring you to a small night market where it is quieter, easier to find a seating place and not that hot. The weather during end March is very hot and humid during the day, at night it is better, not so hot but still humid. We love this place, will definitely consider staying here again if we are coming back to Kata/Karon area in Phuket.
A suggestion for the hotel management to consider, can you install a ceiling fan or wall fan at the balcony. We love sitting there in the morning for a cup of coffee and at night when we are back from dinner/supper with a nice cold drink or beer. This will definitely help to keep guests cool during the hot months in Phuket.

The hotel has several swimming pools, which makes it very easy to find a quiet spot to enjoy the day 🌊🏝️ There are also many dining options inside the resort, so you can try different types of food without leaving the hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience 🧖♀️✨ They offer special packages for couples, and the massage was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip.
The breakfast was quite good with many options, although I personally expected a little more variety. Still, everything we tried was fresh and tasty 🍳🥐
Overall, it’s a great hotel if you want a peaceful and comfortable place to rest while visiting Phuket. Highly recommended for couples looking to relax 🌅
