"It was a wonderful stay, they gave us a newly renovated room. The room was situated on the ground floor and was an adjoining room as well. They have 4 swimming pools to have fun in the water and right outside is the beautiful Naiyang beach with a lot food shops, 7/11 everything is at a walking distance. Airport is about 7mins or even lesser depends on the traffic."

CChristoRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

PPengguna TetamuI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

遊遊牧民族Kali ini saya menginap di bilik berbulan madu dengan pemandangan laut yang sangat bagus dan biliknya besar. Ia hanya jauh sedikit dari bandar, dan hotel ini menyediakan pengangkutan percuma ke dan dari Pantai Patong. Lebih baik menikmati kehidupan yang tenang di sini. Restoran, bar dan kolam renang hebat. Meja penyambut tetamu dan semua pelayan ramah dan profesional. Saya pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang. Saya secara peribadi sangat mengesyorkannya. Makanan dan minuman semuanya sangat berpatutan dan kos efektif Saya tidak akan mengatakan bahawa ia lebih mahal daripada yang lain hanya kerana ia adalah sebuah hotel. Terdapat begitu banyak jenis sarapan yang anda tidak boleh menghabiskannya selama beberapa hari. ps. Ia juga sesuai untuk melamar XD

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with daily housekeeping that was always reliable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay,from check-in to any requests we had.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel yang mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan yang jelas, kemudahan keseluruhan boleh dikatakan tiga bintang, tetapi hotel ini berusaha untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan lima bintang. Kerana ia telah diubahsuai dari Holiday Inn sebelum ini, kemudahannya agak baru, tetapi tahap hiasan adalah pada tahap Atour di China Hanya beberapa jenis bilik mahal yang mempunyai tab mandi. Terdapat banyak aktiviti hotel percuma atau berbayar. Terdapat ramai orang kulit putih dan sangat sedikit keluarga Cina.
Kelebihan: Dua kolam renang utama sangat cantik, terdapat banyak kerusi pantai, dan terdapat pantai persendirian (sebenarnya, ia bersambung dengan pantai beberapa hotel lain, terdapat sofa malas dan tikar jerami di pantai). terdapat seorang wanita meja depan yang boleh berbahasa Cina, ia adalah satu kejutan
Kelemahan: Lokasinya terlalu terpencil. Terdapat tanah ladang di jalan raya. Ia mungkin lebih sesuai untuk keluar dari hotel orang yang menghabiskan masa berhampiran lapangan terbang atau hanya tinggal di hotel ;Pasir di pantai agak kasar
Beberapa petua: Terdapat sebuah restoran tepi laut yang kecil kira-kira 1 minit berjalan kaki ke utara di sepanjang pantai Pemiliknya berbahasa Inggeris dan menunya ada gambar dan masakannya tidak mahal dan ada tempat duduk pemandangan laut mesin ais di koridor di tingkat pertama Anda boleh membawa ais ke minuman DIY di dalam bilik terdapat begitu banyak makanan ringan tempatan di pintu masuk bilik sarapan, anda boleh mencubanya dengan berani

I had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day.
I also really enjoyed spending time at the club, where guests can enjoy free-flow drinks and food while watching the beautiful sunset — such a memorable moment!
A special thanks to Name Sky at front desk ,who provided outstanding service with professionalism and warmth throughout my stay. Truly appreciate the hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended resort for both relaxation and great experiences.

Mi biasanya terlalu masin, jadi saya tidak akan mengesyorkannya.
2. Baldi ais berharga 50 baht (saya cadangkan membelinya di kedai serbaneka).
3. Perkhidmatan selepas jualan adalah pantas, tetapi penghala dan TV rosak dan perlu dibaiki.
Kesimpulan: Notbed.
Saya akan kembali semasa musim luar puncak.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a perfect stay from check in to check out. Lovely Petch at the front desk helped us to upgrade our room to better suit our family of 3. All food we ate at the restaurant and cafes were delicious. Our daughter felt a little ill for one day and missed breakfast the nice staff at breakfast remembered and asked how she was feeling the next day.
The pools were delightful and the spa was spectacular. I went twice to the spa and my husband once. We enjoyed the band duo serenading us one evening in the Andaman Lounge. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Tempat ini agak terpencil dan pada asasnya tiada hotel lain di sekitar, jadi ia agak bagus untuk tidur.
Perkara buruk: Pengurusan hotel tidak bagus dan kakitangan tidak bagus. Kami tinggal selama empat hari, dan kami terpaksa menunggu lebih daripada dua setengah jam untuk memesan makanan pada dua daripada empat hari itu. Semua orang yang datang selepas kami telah makan, dan kami belum makan lagi. Naik, pantai tidak begitu cantik, dan terdapat banyak batu di dalam air. Saya cadangkan anda membeli kasut pantai, jika tidak, kaki anda akan mudah dicucuk. Bayaran bilik agak tinggi, tiada sikat, dan syampu dan gel mandian sangat lemah. Saya cadangkan anda membawa sebotol anda sendiri. , rambut saya gugur seperti gila selepas mencuci. Oleh kerana lokasi terlalu jauh, ia tidak digalakkan untuk tinggal lama kerana tiada apa-apa di sekeliling.Saya cuma suka tinggal di hotel.Orang yang tidak mahu bergerak ke mana-mana boleh keluar dan tinggal.
Wifi tidak berfungsi, jadi saya tidak dapat menyambung ke sana.
