This Best Western Hotel is very near to Rome train station. Just make sure you choose the correct exit, else might walk a big round. The room is clean & hotel staff is helpful to provide useful Infor for nearby tourist attraction. Breakfast spread is quite good. Enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. 10€ a night was a great deal. Met some fun people at the hostel and had a good time. Location was also convenient with grocery store and bus stop to most places near. My only complaints would be there is extra fee with city tax 10€ each we were not told about. Bathrooms have strange odour, and air conditioning was on all night when it's already quite cold. I ended up getting a cold from the air con. And also me and my friend were 2 women and we were put in 8 bedroom room with only men so was wary of safety, especially since one of the men tried to ask me to sleep with him in the middle of the night! But again the type of customer is not the hostels fault. If you want a cheap place to stay and don’t mind not living in luxury, come here for sure also a great way to meet new people in the city.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from Termini Train Station! The hallway and elevator have a truly authentic feel, like you've stepped into a movie. The breakfast is basic, but the croissants are amazing! The only downside is the air conditioning - you need to call reception to turn it on or off because there's no remote control.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Nord Nuova, and had a fantastic experience. I had written to ask for a room on a high floor overlooking the ancient Baths of Diocletian, and that is what they gave us! We had Room 557, a corner room with a spectacular view. We spent a lot of time just looking out of the window. The majority of the staff were wonderful, kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast which had everything we could possibly want, including my favorite, decaf cappuccino! I highly recommend this hotel, the location was perfect, just five blocks from Termini Station, and close to the Piazza della Repubblica, and those wonderful ruins of the Baths, just across the street, amazing!

My only complaint is my room had kind of strong odor of cigarettes. The staff was nice, helpful and spoke English. It’s just off the Parco Leonardo stop, which is the first train stop after Fiumicino, so it’s really convenient coming from the airport and quick. It’s also set next to a shopping mall. The area is a little dirty and run down around it, but that didn’t bother me. It’s the not the part of Rome you go pictures, but it’s perfect if the first thing you want to do after a long flight is sleep. I should also mention it was cheap but a great deal for what you get.

I would have liked to rate the hotel as 4.5* however our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the windows shut it was very noisy from the large road junction outside, plus there was noise from other residents and tvs in other rooms, maybe some soundproofing needs to be carried out. That having been said the location was excellent, an easily walkable distance to main attractions, plus a metro stop is directly outside the hotel. The area felt safe at night and there some very good restaurants to try which are only minutes away. Should you wish to go shopping then there are plenty of non-designer shops to choose from nearby including a very good department store called COIN. Our room was a good size and had a lovely bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, the linen was super soft. Cleaning through the hotel was of a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, everything you might want and the most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel. There were salads, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different cured meats and cheeses, sausages and bacon and vegetarian options. Top marks for the hard working breakfast staff. A great start to the day. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. At reception were snacks and drinks to welcome you which was a nice gesture. The hotel also has a small restaurant, ideal for lunches or if you are too exhausted to leave the hotel at night. We had pizzas and salads there a couple of times for lunch and they were very good. The reception area is good with couches, they will look after your baggage if you have a late flight. A very enjoyable stay.

Hotel Milani has been an absolute lifesaver for my husband and me when plans for our apartment rental fell through almost 3 weeks ago. They were able to put us up for several days in a very modest room since they were totally booked. As soon as they were able, they upgraded us to a larger and nicer room with a sunny balcony and table and chairs. Francesca, Kara, Ekaterina, Gabriele, and Mariangela just took us under their wings and we're so friendly and welcoming to us. Each evening when we returned, they gave us big smiles and asked how our day was and what we enjoyed. We felt like family and will be forever grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Super disappointed for that price(400 euro per night) Furniture was old. Some weird smell in the room. The window was super small and facing some wall or garage. Staff was slow and when I double checked something after having a 13h flight - he laughed at me Don’t recommend it!

It was a very amazing experience to book a hotel and stay there. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice Remington is very well in the garden section and pool you can love it to stay with your family.

Hotel provides airport shuttle, however difficult to find the pick up point at the airport. Room was very clean with blackout curtains, bed was very comfortable, bad room and shower are very small. Staff at Reception and restaurant is very polite. Swimming and Gym are very modern. Had a late Dinner at the on-site restaurant, delicious with reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning with many choices. Enjoyed my layover and would book it again!

Wait for one hour check in to Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport+find out suppose a credit card imprint which indicate EUR 9, but at the end charge to my credit card Lack of front office staff, no where to be seen a duty manager to explain the situtation. Waiting at the reception for more than 40 minutes and counting for my stayed on 28 May 2023. The receptionist claim that the system is down so if the system is not back on until certain of time what you gonna do? They offer me to sit and wait but not even a bottle of water or offer a late check out.

Room was a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was good. The gym was very poorly equipped. Staff were friendly. Shuttle service was good.

We spent our last night here, and had a wonderful time! First, we stayed here 5 yrs ago, but checked in later in the day and had such an early flight out, we weren't able to enjoy the grounds. This time around, we were able to get the full experience, and let me tell you, it was wonderful! The grounds are immaculetely maintained and beautiful. Our dinner was lovely (make sure to ask for patio seating when booking), Breakfast was just as nice and the people were so kind and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. My husband and I wished we booked for two nights! Thank you all for such a great stay! P.S.: I know someone complained that they arrived early, a couple of hours before check in and couldn't use the grounds before check in...pay the extra money, it is worth it!

The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others

Having arrived at the airport, the hotel website said where we should meet the shuttle, when I called a rude man said ”shuttle at 3pm”, which was 3/4 of an hour wait in 100 degree heat. I called back and asked about local taxis as there was none, only City taxis, who would not take us. The rude man shouted at me ” I've told you once madam I've told you twice madam and now I tell you a third time there are always local taxis” and hung up! When we finally arrived we were given the key to our room as well as the tv remote and aircon remote and told if we did not return them we would have to pay a fine. The room was very tired as was the bathroom, the bed was old and hard but the sheets very clean. Dinner was ok. Breakfast was mainly cakes and more cakes we sat on the terrace to eat this overlooking the car park and main road and ate off paper plates with plastic cutlery . I could go on but to be honest you get the gist. As we checked out we met the owner who was charm itself, she really was nice and i felt she was a little out of her depth running this place . Suffice to say we will not return.
