Hotel Dengan Pools di Lazio, Italy

Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

Il palazzo è tenuto molto bene, camere ampie e spaziose. Nota positiva che non si trova spesso è la divisione dei rifiuti all’interno della camera. Il personale gentile e preparato e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ho provato anche la spa e mi sono trovata bene. La struttura si trova al centro di Soriano nel Cimino, la città in sé è bella da visitare ma molto piccola, la consiglierei per un soggiorno rilassante. Il luogo si trova vicino al Parco del Bomarzo e non è lontano da Viterbo

Struttura molto curata e pulita. Le camere confortevoli con domotica, letto molto comodo e bagno con una bella doccia. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza di un bollitore in camera e la varietà di prodotti nel frigo bar. Nella zona dove è presente la piscina, zona sauna e solarium si respira un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. Il personale è stato molto professionale e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

It’s a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn’t work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner can’t work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. And she still told me the air conditioner would work at night…actually, the air conditioner didn’t work at night also. Meanwhile, the WiFi is terrible in my room. It can’t connect with internet although it looked like have been connected. And it’s funny that the WiFi run well when I was out of my room.

Удобный отель для посещения Ватикана. Отель маленький, номер уютный. Отличная большая кровать. Номер у нас был без окна, но с собственным выходом в патио, где стоял столик со стульями и можно было покурить. Единственное, стеклянная стена этого патио выходила в хол отеля. Мы оставались на одну ночь, нас это не смутило. Мы очень рады, что удалось выспаться благодаря матрасу и подушкам. Это был наш третий отель в Риме, есть с чем сравнивать. Завтрак хотелось лучше. Но замечательный повар любезно приготовил нам яичницу, чем спас ситуацию.

Sebagai sebahagian daripada perjalanan Eropah kami yang berterusan, saya tinggal bersama ibu saudara saya dan rakan saya selama 4 malam; kami menempah 2 bilik, katil kami kelihatan seperti double tetapi 2 single digabungkan jadi ia bagus untuk saya dan ibu saudara saya kerana kami memisahkan katil. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang baik - bilik mandi peribadi adalah besar walaupun atas sebab tertentu lampu hanya akan ditutup secara rawak? Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia hanya bilik kami atau orang lain. Kolam renang hanya dibuka pada musim panas!! jadi ia ditutup untuk kami, yang menyedihkan. Kakitangan sangat baik dan mereka memberi kami selimut tambahan, mesin kopi dan cerek apabila kami memintanya! Sangat menghargai bantuan mereka dan mempercayai saya terdapat begitu banyak kumpulan besar yang sentiasa tiba di hotel ini jadi mereka melakukan yang menakjubkan. Kami membayar makan malam sekali dan sarapan pagi. Makan malam adalah hit atau miss - Saya suka salad Ayam saya, tetapi yang lain tidak kagum dengan burger yang mereka ada tetapi sarapan pagi pasti lebih baik. Saya rasa bintang itu adalah kacang kerana wow mereka bagus. Satu-satunya kelemahan utama mengenai penginapan ialah bilik kami terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan lif (sama seperti Florence) dan bising sepanjang pagi dan lewat malam, ditambah dengan beberapa pembinaan pada jam 8 pagi jadi sila jika anda boleh, minta bilik jauh! Juga jarak dari pusat bandar agak memenatkan, ya ia hanya 23 minit metro dari stesen Torre Angela tetapi 11 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen ke hotel dan dengan beg pakaian kami dan pintu keluar stesen tidak mempunyai sebarang lif, ia adalah sukar kerja. Untuk ke sebelah hotel, anda perlu menuruni tangga dahulu, kemudian menaiki tangga dan turun semula jadi jika anda berjalan kaki dari stesen ke hotel, bersedialah!

Qualità prezzo di questo hotel, non ha eguali.. cibo di qualità e prodotti a km0 . Le camere sono pulite e curate, la SPA è una piacevole sorpresa, di un livello ben più alto di molti altri alberghi, e la cifra richiesta è  irrisoria. Il personale di servizio è più che disponibile e cortese. A presto

The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost.
