We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel facilities were also very good, clean, and well organized. It was a great place to relax after spending the day exploring Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Rome. Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The ”mountain lodge” was actually just a series of small wooden cabins, each containing only a bed and basic bedding. The shared bathroom and toilet were a 100-meter walk away, and the reception desk was 200 meters away. Aside from a pizzeria and a T-bone steakhouse, there were no other shops nearby, requiring a 2-kilometer walk. Although the lodge offered one shuttle bus each morning and evening, getting around was extremely inconvenient unless you had your own car. When I arrived, a local Italian gentleman was dropping someone off. Thinking I was using a ride-hailing service and asking for a price, he simply asked my destination and took me there for free. I don't know how I would have gotten there without meeting him; I was incredibly grateful. I strongly advise against travelers staying at this lodge, as transportation and dining options are extremely inconvenient.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the official check-in time and were given our room without any issues, which was a positive start. Our stay had already been paid in advance, and the receptionist was able to find our reservation by name. However, he still asked us to pay €270 again, which we unfortunately paid due to the language barrier, even though we were only supposed to pay the city tax. Later, my boyfriend noticed the amount that had been charged and we went back to resolve the situation. The receptionist then acknowledged the mistake and refunded the money. Although he initially seemed a bit unpleasant, he later apologized. In the end, we only paid around €30 for the city tax. The room itself was okay, but we experienced problems with electricity – it kept going out, so only the bathroom light and one bedside lamp were working, which was quite inconvenient. The breakfast was good, and overall the hotel was not bad, but due to the unpleasant start and the issues with the room, I cannot give a higher rating.

We stayed at hu Roma Camping in Town as a couple in a bungalow during the summer, and overall we really enjoyed the experience. The reception was open 24/7 and the staff were genuinely helpful with all sorts of questions, which made things much easier. There's also a shuttle service to the Vatican and public transport options right outside, so getting into the centre of Rome was straightforward . The bungalow was basic but had everything we needed – air conditioning was a huge bonus during the summer heat. If I had to mention one minor thing, it's that the water in the shower was on the cooler side. To be honest though, with the hot weather we were having, we actually ended up seeing it as a plus – it was refreshing rather than a problem! The shared spaces were well-maintained. It was a bit far from the main attractions, but public transport options meant we didn't mind the distance. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with fine dining, this probably isn't it – but for a comfortable, affordable stay with good facilities and a relaxed vibe, we'd absolutely recommend it.

This hotel is excellent, especially the breakfast! My son has severe allergies to wheat and eggs, and a staff member with long hair went above and beyond to check every single food item for allergens. I also really liked the interior design, and there's a large lawn outside where kids can run around and play. 🥰 The front desk was incredibly professional too. On our first night, my son chipped his tooth, and the front desk immediately called a taxi to take us to an emergency dentist. Otherwise, trying to find one ourselves in a foreign language would have taken ages. We'll definitely be back!

The room is quite spacious, but there is little sound isolation, behind the wall was a family with children and they screamed all day. Location is beautiful! 100 meters from the beach, there is a cozy garden. Breakfast is very scarce. For lunch there was a cooked calmar. But in general for such small money is a decent hotel

It was OK, the bedding and towels were still new, the location was good, there was a bus stop at the door, the overall feeling was good, but the mirror was facing the bed, which I couldn't accept. I was scared.
