Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Oscar the guy in my picture was kind and attentive, he made me feel welcome with his attention. In regards the room - walls are thin, you can hear the conversation someone is having next room. You can hear their alarm going off in the next room and wakes you up. If the TV is on you can hear it perfectly. To management - please separate people arriving, you were filling rooms in order next to each other as if you don’t realize the most simple noise comes through your thin walls. What it appears as a good looking hotel that idea goes away very quickly. If you had not charged me over $100 dollars per night I would have not written my negative review. Keep your fees low be fair to your guests and the people that works for you. And you must have a constant check up on the shower drain, it gets plugged so easily and I didn’t enjoy a wet bathroom floor, it’s dangerous. In case you haven’t realized the wooden shelf case for the coffee pot is inefficient because it’s tight - you have an accident waiting to happen and someone will get burned. Back to the main problem, its hard to sleep in this hotel, you can hear every car that drives through the streets in the middle of the night. And I was on the 4th floor! Iris the receptionist was doing her job very well but she is not allowed to lower the price per night. Her hands are tight doing as she is told. And she was delivering towels when we first arrived so there was no one at the front desk. How can she be happy working for you? Her responsibilities for the whole hotel is noticeable and she is a human being working too hard to make a living. While hotel management and owners only cares about their budget, making money with thin walls. Care more for your workers that’s the least you can do.

Es un hotel muy bien localizado,con una excelente atención, cuartos de buen espacio y muy limpios, forma parte de una plaza, que tiene de todo,en específico varias opciones de comida, tiene estacionamiento que pertenece a la plaza, sin tema volvería a hospedarme en el hotel.

房間雙床標準間，床很舒服，乾淨。有吹風機，沒有熨燙機。我們當時是沒有含早，去酒店早餐吃了319比索，一人好像一百多人民幣，要定含早的。 周圍環境很安全，靠近獨立柱，走路可到。周圍有個公園，對面街道繁華！有樂隊唱歌的，氛圍很好。也有很多街頭小吃，都是TACO，不算貴，也不便宜，20多人民幣。 很安全，值得住，如沒有更多預算，是還可以的。 另外，洗衣服幾件也不貴，80多人民幣。 都是要給小費的，提了行李的給10到20比索；餐廳吃飯一般給15%，挺多的啦！ 來墨西哥外出就UBER，不過比國內貴！ 但是比坐粉色出租車好！粉色出租車載客嚴重！千萬不要做！除非你西語超六！對路況非常熟！

Excelente hotel con habitaciones nuevas, los colchones y almohadas son sensacionales. El servicio siempre estuvo al mejor nivel y la terraza tiene una vista espectacular. Sin duda será mi opción cada vez que viaje a la Ciudad de México.

Hôtel bien situé en face de la porte 1 du site archéologique bien qu’elle était fermée (peut être étions nous en basse saison), nous sommes donc allé à la porte 2 soit environ 35mns de marche. L’hôtel est aussi à quelques minutes d’un grand supermarché donc pratique pour faire quelques emplettes et à 15mns maxi à pieds du centre de Teotihuacan, très jolie avec sa place principale. L’hôtel est un peu décevant par rapport aux photos car il est vieillissant et dans son jus mais très propre et propose tous les services souhaités, il est équipé d’une piscine pas très grande mais qui fait le job, d’un espace détente extérieur et en partie arrière de nouveaux bungalows modernes sont en cours de construction… le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très bon mais n’était pas inclus dans l’hébergement. Sinon, le matin émerveillement assuré avec le levé du soleil sur la pyramide du soleil que nous pouvons faire apercevoir de loin et une dizaines de montgolfières, très sympa..

Free transport to the airport was perfect as we got an early morning flight from here to Oaxaca. Super quiet and clean hotel perfect for 1 night and the bed was super comfortable.

We stayed here for the Hell and Heaven Metal Festival. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were VERY basic, very small, had no in room safes (and the front office did not have keys to their main safe but they offered to let us use it using only a camera as surveilance). The place overall was clean, had free basic breakfast (we went elsewhere for food). We paid very high rates but there was not many options available and sure the prices were high due to the festival. For $100 or so it is reasonable, $200 or more is very high (which is what we paid), so around those prices you can make your decision.

Excelente ubicación, la comida a pesar de ser un comedor pequeño es rica y te puedes servir a tu gusto cuentan con leche deslactosada, lo único que no me gustó es que no hay alguien encargado de la limpieza de las mesas, entonces como las dejen los huéspedes así te tocaran, de ahí en fuera todo es muy limpio.
