I stayed at the hotel and checked in at 2 p.m. I had requested a twin bed, and while the room had two beds, they were joined as one. I was told someone would come to separate them and change the bedsheets, but I waited for almost two hours with no one coming, even after calling several times.
I finally went down to speak to the front desk manager. He was very understanding and apologized for the delay. He promised to investigate and offered me a free breakfast as a service recovery. I really appreciate his professional attitude and the way he handled the situation. Thank you for the great service recovery.
Would like and recommend to visit barcelo again

初めてこのソハールの中でこちらのホテルを選ばせていただきましたが、まずは立地は良いと思いました。
サービスは普通かなと。
部屋は広くて清潔感は割とありました
今度機会があればまた利用するかも知れません。

Excellent stay. The reception staff is very friendly. Mohammed and khulood are very welcoming. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The room has all the amenities including clean linen. Neel at the restaurant was excellent. Along with the morning restaurant staff was very helpful & kind to us.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Sohar, Oman is in an excellent location, located on the seaside, with a charming sea view, clean and delicate beaches, and clear blue water. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the greening is well done, and the palm trees are swaying, creating a comfortable holiday atmosphere.

The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and stylish decoration and soft and comfortable beds, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The facilities in the room are complete, including HD TV, mini bar, etc. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with showers and bathtubs, and high-quality toiletries are also provided. Some rooms have balconies, where you can enjoy the sea view.

The hotel's restaurant offers a rich variety of food, including local specialties and international classics. The breakfast is rich in variety, with bread, fruits, hot dishes, etc. to meet different tastes.
