Hotel Dengan Pools di Santarem District, Portugal

Nice, elegant hotel, very warm, comfortable beds. Before breakfast the water in the shower came out cold, something that happened 2 days in a row. There were 2 nights, on the first day breakfast was at a set time and everything went smoothly, on the second day which was Sunday the hotel was full, they didn't set a time for breakfast and it was chaos, people waiting standing up at the bar. Afterwards there was almost nothing to eat, no juices, no glasses, it was a mess, the waiters running around in distress, in short, it wasn't nice. Then, at check-out time, they presented us with a bar bill from the previous day, which we had not even been to, nor had we been there. In other words, they either made a mistake when giving the room number or the guests made a mistake and gave us our room number. In short, it shows some disorganization.

It was a small room, with no space for a decent chair. There were no cups or glasses whatsoever, not even in the toilet. We were the only two taking breakfast there. The food was acceptable.

Aware and available staff  Very quiet place great to relax   The food is good in the pool area as well as in the restaurant and breakfast.  Part of the pool very pleasant and excellent to enjoy The indoor pool wasn't very hot, but perhaps because it was summer, I don't know.

첫날 히터가 작동이 되지않아서 2번이나 전화하고 그래도 시정이 않되어서 로비로 내려가서 방을 교체요청 하였으나 그것도 묵살 공조시스템이 여름으로 설정이 되어있어서 그런다고함 헐!!!! 로비는 히터가 작동이 되어서 따뜻하였습니다. 그러면서 우리한테 담요를 한장씩 더준다고 하더라고요 이런 ᆢᆢ!! 이호털2곳에서 숙박하였는대 문제가 많은것같아요 4성급은 않이고 3성급수준입니다 가격만 4성급

The hotel is impressive when you get between green, parking and hall with columns and beautiful floors. Then you arrive at the check-in bank and you see one of the operator's seats is all broken. You go into the bar and restaurant area and see the beautiful floor of the hall disappears because everything covered with moquettes that are partly no longer sticking to the floor but doing folds where you risk to burn. Go get the lift to get into the room and the corridors “welcome” you with a “spleasant flat smell” because you mock around, walls with wooden/plastic wall paper and the rest of wood. I smell very intense of everything. Enter your room and it is half of what you had booked. I ask for explanations at the room reception and the state of the cleaning and they tell me they had no rooms like that I had booked, but they offer me the opportunity to change the room. I see the second very big but with a ”closed” smell even more persistent than 1. I see the 3 smaller as the 1 but with a less persistent smell. I keep this. Very comfortable bed but dirty balcony like 1 on the ground and the bathroom window, ceiling and walls. The bathroom window, the door of the bathroom with broken handle, a shower that skizzed everywhere, a bidet rubin to be fixed, a “black” bathroom see photos. The building was built in 2 minutes, 1 in 1967. Maybe it would need a deep restructuring or at least maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast in the average but with little range for 1 hotel with 4 stars. Easy stopover off the A1. Accessible through the services. Simple cold breakfast available, plenty of choice with hot drinks. Room basic but very clean and had everything I needed for my overnight stay. Was able to check in still at midnight after a delayed flight.

Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos: O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia. O elevador demora muito tempo. De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

Correu tudo muito bem conforme esperado. Junto ao santuário e com vários restaurantes muito perto.
