Super hotel! Very friendly staff, especially at the reception, thank you very much! The rooms are wonderful: there is a refrigerator, a balcony or terrace with a nice table. Most importantly, the air conditioning works properly, and there is excellent hot water pressure! The room is warm in winter and fall. Breakfast is a buffet, there wasn't enough porridge, but otherwise it was ok. We were checked in at 11 at our request, thank you for accommodating us! We will definitely be back!

Hotel ist jeden Tag mit Tages Reisende überfüllt,jeden Abend sehr laut in flüren, morgens geht’s schon kurz nach 6 mit denen zum abreisen , laut mit Bussen Menschen die Tages Ausflüge machen , die machen sich auf weg , sich zu ausruhen und paar Tagen Urlaub zu genießen ist unmöglich, Zimmern sind alt und rufen schon länger auf Erneuerung, wir sind sogar ein Tag früher abgereist, weil einfach keine heiße Wasser gabst

I highly recommend this hotel for below reasons 1. The hotel owner is very friendly and took me to the ATM and the entrance of Pamukkale himself 2. He gave me useful tips to avoid being overcharged when dropping me off at the attraction. 3. The breakfast is rich and can be refilled anytime, so as dinner. 4. Free Turkish tea is always available, the owner also gave me fig and walnuts. 5. I would have stayed longer if I had more time.Thank you so much

İlk olarak ne istediğinizi bilin. Herşey dahil 5 yıldız otel isteyenlere uygun bir yer değil. Verdiğiniz paranın tam karşılığını aldığınız bir işletme. Bu tip yerler kurumsal değildir genelde aile işletir ve herşey tam olmaz. Konaklamamiza gelirsek; Biz ailecek daire tipi konaklamayı tercih ettik. Evet çok temiz değildi ki bizlerde buna hazirdik. Güler yüzlü bir karşılama yaşadık. Ne sorsak cevap aldık ve evet daire içinde olması gereken herşey vardı. Otel sahipleri çok samimi ve güzel insanlardı. Engelli oğlumuz ile kendi torunları gibi ilgilendiler ve sabah akşam biz talep bile etmeden çay servisi açtılar. Havuz bir çok büyük otelin havuzundan temiz ve çalışır durumdaydı. Tekrar gider miyiz kesinlikle gideriz.

Konaklamamız boyunca göstermiş olduğunuz ilgi, güler yüz ve misafirperverlik için içten teşekkür ederiz. Temiz, rahat ve huzurlu bir ortamda çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale! The service was great! The staff helped us with the airport transfer (even though there’s some problem during that time, but it was definitely not the hotel’s fault). Dinner was delicious. Also the location of the hotel is great with complementary shuttle to travertine of Pamukkale. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a nice place to stay during your visit to Pamukkale.

The host of this hotel is good. He is sleeping in the counter at midnight. But whenever you need help at 3am, he will give you a helping hand. He is 100/100! Location is a bit far to the city center when comparing to other hotels. But given for this price, I think it’s very good. There is no cover for the bathing area, so water flash out when showering.

酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。
