I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel owner was very flexible and kindly allowed me to check in early as soon as the previous guest checked out. He even gave me a discount on lunch, which I really appreciated. The owner was extremely thoughtful and welcoming throughout my stay. He even offered to drive me to Pamukkale Travertenleri and often asked where I wanted to go so he could help or arrange support whenever his schedule allowed. His kindness and hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for, and it was one of the best parts of my experience in Aspawa hotel.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Of anyone looking for hotel in Pamukkale, you will never regret choosing White Heaven.

The room booked for my parents has a hot spring and includes two meals, breakfast or lunch, or breakfast and dinner. The hotel room is not very big, the air conditioning is relatively good, and the front desk is very welcoming

Seriously, Chinese people don't lie to Chinese people. I got bitten all over my back by bed bugs – first time ever in my life! As soon as I got to Kas, the next city, I immediately bought medicine and high-temperature disinfected all my clothes, and sprayed all my luggage with alcohol. The rest of my trip was filled with anxiety, constantly worried I'd carried the bugs with me. I even sent a private message to the hotel afterward; I don't know if they saw it. Their service attitude was very good, and I know they tried their best, but for me, this experience was truly terrible. I was driving on a road trip, and my back was constantly itching, then it became red, swollen, and inflamed. It's been almost a month since I returned home, and the dark marks on my back still haven't disappeared. I really couldn't hold it in anymore; I had to leave this review. If the hotel doesn't handle this properly, more people will get bitten. All the clothes in my suitcase that weren't isolated were thrown away, not to mention the discomfort throughout the journey. This was truly the worst experience of my Turkey trip. The picture shows my back on the first day I was bitten, before it became red, swollen, and inflamed. In the following days, it swelled up, and even I was disgusted looking at it. What makes me sad is that the hotel staff were genuinely good people, and I know they didn't want this to happen, but it did. I'm writing this review now because I just couldn't keep quiet. Please, hotel, do a thorough disinfestation.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

Facilities: Spacious interior, windows can be opened 1/3, good environment, many pigeons. Cleanliness: Average, overall acceptable. Environment: Very convenient location in the city center, easy to access tourist attractions and find restaurants. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and will help with parking free of charge.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.
