Good Winter 2025 holidays with good hotel, cleanliness, good bedding *we slept deeply and soundly * all heater works well superb good Rm5005 ( no windows with round tub), giving thanks to the most friendliest staff to Pretty Miss Liu and the gentle lady during our first day 11/12 on duty! Keep up your service! They are always so welcoming and helpful to assist esp. our food delivery ( that need a local number) she even use her rewards point for our ordering! So thoughtful and kind! We will visit dalian bcos of *刘小姐* good memorable service! Yummy b1st from hotel good setting too. Travel anywhere with didi are so convenient, good location with residential turn out so homely. We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! This hotel is perfectly located downstairs, right on a bustling street filled with eateries, shops, and entertainment – everything you could want is super convenient. There's even a dumpling restaurant that's nearly a hundred years old just a short walk away. Shopping is easily accessible with major malls all around, which is fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment itself is lovely. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, especially the pillows, which felt so soft and supportive. Being on a higher floor offered a clear view, and I could even overlook the vibrant night cityscape, which was really special. I was running a bit short on time, and the front desk kindly offered a free late check-out, which was a huge help. This place is excellent; I'll definitely be back next time. It's a superb choice whether you're here for business or leisure. I'll certainly return if I get the chance!

The indoor facilities are even better—the rooms come with an extra-large HD projector, offering an amazing viewing experience. Plus, there's a smart toilet, showing quality in every detail. The gym has a wide range of professional equipment, meeting all daily workout needs. The overall environment is comfortable and the facilities are modern, making it a top-notch choice for accommodation.

Staying at the castle for Christmas was like stepping into a fairy tale! The giant Christmas tree in the lobby created an amazing atmosphere, and we even received some complimentary desserts upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. The sea view from our room was absolutely stunning, and there were cute Christmas decorations everywhere throughout the hotel. Even though it was peak season and quite busy, the staff were incredibly patient and attentive. All in all, it was a fantastic experience – definitely the top choice for Christmas accommodation in Dalian! Btw, our butler Dongxue was amazing, huge thanks!

This hotel near Zhongshan Square is a must-book for anyone visiting Dalian! The location is incredibly convenient; it's only about a 20-minute walk to Zhongshan Square or Nanshan Road. Getting to other attractions takes merely 10 minutes by car. Right downstairs, you'll find a wide array of seafood restaurants and snack bars – whatever you're in the mood for, it's just steps away. The environment is pleasant and remarkably quiet. Plus, the hotel's layout is well-designed, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

My stay at the Shenyang Haoze Xiruidi Hotel was very satisfying. First off, I received a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. The room was spacious, the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the 75-inch TV with screen casting was very convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made me feel very secure and at ease. On the same floor as my room, there was a gym and a laundry room, making it easy to wash clothes or get in a quick workout anytime. The hotel's location is excellent; it's less than a 20-minute taxi ride to Xita, Caitayeshi Night Market, or Zhongjie. What's especially worth mentioning is that Wang Houyuan Dumplings, a highly recommended spot for authentic Northeastern cuisine for out-of-towners, is only about a five-minute walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of takeaway options available nearby, so if you don't feel like going out, ordering food to your room is a breeze. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and incredible convenience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shenyang.

The purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

I booked rooms for my bosses this time, and as soon as I submitted the order, I received a proactive message from Lynn. Her prompt response immediately put my mind at ease! What surprised me even more was that she specifically arranged both of my bosses' rooms on the 21st floor, a high floor. Not only did they have bright, open views, but the two rooms were also very close to each other, making it convenient for them to communicate. She even considered such small details for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and saved us a lot of hassle! Later, when we unexpectedly needed to extend the stay, I just mentioned it to Lynn, and she quickly helped me coordinate everything. The whole process was efficient and smooth. After checking in, both bosses gave feedback that the rooms were comfortable and the arrangements were considerate, all thanks to Lynn's attentiveness. We might have similar booking needs in the future, so please keep an eye out for us!

An excellent experience, and the breakfast, while simple, was anything but ordinary! The hotel itself is grand and impressive, with spacious, bright, impeccably clean, and wonderfully quiet rooms. The service is attentive, with attention to detail truly showing the quality. These details are also reflected in the rich array of facilities: a fun-filled arcade, a relaxing projector bathtub room, authentic and spicy Hunan cuisine alongside hearty Northeastern dishes at the restaurants, unlimited complimentary mineral water in the rooms, an elegant 'influencer' fish pond, a well-equipped gym and laundry room, and a convenient private parking lot.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and quite clean. Although it's not very close to the sea, being on a high floor meant the sea view was still decent, and beautiful on a clear day. The room was well-equipped, and the fridge worked great. However, there was no washing machine or laundry room. The water heater struggled a bit for long showers, especially with long hair, and the water pressure wasn't very stable – it was sometimes too strong. Service was good. The location turned out to be much better than expected; we found that most of the highly-rated restaurants we wanted to try were within walking distance, which was very convenient.
