Location is great with thousands of food options nearby. The hotel breakfast has wide variety but lacking in quality. Few protein dishes, most flour based and eggs. Hotel use cheap farm white fish. Salad was good though

Lokasinya hebat. Nampaknya hanya tingkat 7 sahaja hotel ini, dan tingkat lain digunakan untuk hotel atau pejabat lain. Lif tidak begitu pintar; terdapat empat lif yang berhenti di tingkat hotel, tetapi semuanya bergerak dengan cara yang sama, jadi jika anda tersilap masa, ia mengambil masa yang lama untuk tiba. Saya rasa pembersihan adalah mengenai apa yang anda jangkakan. Jangan mengharapkan kualiti Jepun. Bilik itu luas tetapi tidak ada tempat untuk menyidai pakaian, tiada meja, dan tiada tempat untuk meletakkan barang-barang berharga, yang agak menyusahkan.

Sikap perkhidmatan hotel adalah baik, dan terdapat kakitangan perkhidmatan pada awal pagi, yang membantu kami meletakkan kereta. Location is 5/5 for the walkability to Banqiao MRT station which connects you to the local MRT as well the regional train lines. The room and bathroom was extremely spacious with a bathtub. Although the shower stall tends to leak out water due to the gap in the glass panels of the door so we had to lay towels on the bathroom floor to prevent falling after the shower. Service rendered was warm and friendly on our arrival, especially notable was Alan at the concierge, whose suggestions on dinner spots were helpful when we first arrived tired and hungry. The roof top swimming pool had a fantastic view and was clean. We swam a little only as the weather was rainy and the pool water very cold. We had a good stay and if coming back to Banqiao, will stay again.

Everything was very good. Staffs are kind and warm welcoming. There is free shuttle bus service from kaoshung to hotel, it’s very convenient. A bar located on the beach. Grab some beer at night with good vibe. It’s perfect!

I love the whole vibe of the hotel where it give off this rustic industrial look but the interior of the room is really nice. Front desk was super accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our room but the initial upgraded room was not to our liking and they kindly suggested another room for us to have a look first before we decide on it. we were able to check in an hour earlier as well and was able to keep our luggage at the front desk after check out and return back later to collect. overall an amazing experience with SOF hotel and would definitely come back to stay when im in taichung again

Very affordable and convenient location to one of the best night markets in Kaohsiung. Hotel was uniquely decorated and overall nice

This is a WOW hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Great location. Impeccable staff: Check-in, room attendant, ride hailing staff and especially their Concierge-Willy-!!!.All above par. And you gotta love their robot delivery:) They also include a free walking tour and it was wonderful!

The I door garden was unique. The room was clean, the full bathroom was big and the hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everything. It was a great experience. Free coffee in the kitchen and an abundant library brought additional charm.

the hotel is very decent but it is a self service hotel so no active service, you have to find the staff by yourself. but everything's are fine the only bug we have is the card is in the middle of the machine. but the staff fixed it very quick
