Hotel Romantic di Quintana Roo, Mexico

I stayed here for 3 nights in June. The sea was full of weeds, probably because of the rainy season, so I couldn't go in, but there weren't too many people and I was able to relax by the pool. It's also close to Quinta Avenida, so you can enjoy a stroll around the town in between your hotel life. There are buffets, 3 dinner restaurants, a cafe and a pool bar, and activities such as morning yoga and shows, so I had a lot to enjoy. I booked an ocean view room, but I could barely see the sea, so if you want to see the sea from your room, it might be better to book a seafront room.

Location is good. It is close to 5th avenue and beach. I loved the resort and nature. It was lovely and cozy. But there were ants in bathroom and straw fell down because of palapa. There's no refrigerator in the room. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. All of staffs are kind and friendly. Espacially Rogelio was really kind and pleasant.

The hotel is really good. I booked the hotel with a nervous mood. But I was very satisfied with the final result. Facilities: To be honest, the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner at the front desk is not cold (the room is cold). The room facilities are old. I found that the faucet was broken on the first day. Several holes of the shower head were blocked, causing water to leak. Hygiene: It was cleaned very cleanly. Environment: The hotel environment is very good. It has its own beach. The beach is fine, there are many parasols and many places to lie down. There are four hotels in total. Two of them require reservations. Generally, you can make an appointment as long as you make an appointment in advance. The hotel we booked is more delicious, especially the sunset barbecue, pasta and even salad, which are all above standard. Service: Amigo is really good. We did not give tips specifically. They are also very enthusiastic. Whether you give or not, their attitude is very friendly.

We made a reservation after reading reviews saying the Italian restaurant was delicious, but it turned out that the Italian restaurant was not included in the all-inclusive plan. However, the other food was also very good. We called to request drinks to be restocked in the fridge, but they never arrived. Although it was the low season, the pool was small and there were never any available seats. At night, there was live band music in the lobby, and we had a great time.

I absolutely recommend this resort if you're looking for high-energy, sexy fun! The Playmakers help get the party started each day and there's always something happening during the day. Jungle Jay, Ragu, Cami, Andre, and Oswa are the BEST!! Around 10:15p the fun moves to BASH, which is an outdoor club and starts with a theme-night performance. I have traveled to this resort solo several times and always felt safe and welcomed .... and made tons of friends. I like that people there are non-judgmental - you can truly be yourself without reservation. If you're in Cancun, definitely put Temptation on your radar. Once you go, you'll be back.

This is a group of hotels. There are three or four hotels combined. Some are suitable for families, and some are only open to adults. The hotel is very large and needs to take a sightseeing bus to go back and forth to various places. The facilities can be used with each other, and the activities are very rich. There is a housekeeper downstairs in each building to take care of all the needs of the customers in this building! The service was excellent! After 8:00 every morning, the butler will arrange the whole day's activities schedule, restaurant opening hours and various concerts, and send all the activity time to everyone, which is very considerate! There are plenty of activities every day! There are twenty different restaurants in the hotel group to choose from, all inclusive, very thoughtful! There are also many activities every night, music performances, various parties! Arrangements around the clock! The coastline is also very long, and there are also inland lakes crisscrossing the interior. The scenery is very good! Great for a family vacation!

The property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and the service was top notch. Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast. Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort.

Good location. Have a lot activities to do. The staff are nice and helpful. The beach is perfect and beautiful to swim and walk around and the food and wine is also really good here.

The staff in general is always willing to help you, I only had a bad time, upon arrival before arriving at our room, they offered a promotional package to my wife, she accepted and “invited” us a breakfast (which was already included in our all inclusive rate) There began our unpleasant experience. We were summoned at 8:00 am, at first the person who accompanied us to lunch was very friendly, but after he hurried us at breakfast, we could not have breakfast what we wanted because there was no time, only 30 minutes, when a day before we They said they invited us to a breakfast to give us a presentation about Omni hotels. We wanted to finish breakfast, but we agreed to see the hotel suites and then they took us to their sales room, when they tried to sell us the vacation package that we from the beginning said we were not interested they became aggressive and tried to pressure my wife , so we stopped the “presentation” and left, but they made us have a bad time, of course they didn't give us anything promised. I recommend you not accept any promotion at this hotel, because your sales staff does not know how to treat customers. Otherwise, all good.

Loving the small pools it feels cozy and the room is spacious with a small living room with sofa where you can recieve friends or travel mates. We enjoyed a lot at the cocktail bars and different restaurants! Dreams does feel dream like !
