Hotel Romantic di Quintana Roo, Mexico

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. My room did have some really small ants everywhere. The floors in our room needed extra attention. But I didn’t go to stay in my Room. The Amenity’s here are excellent. Guillermo at the pool bar, made us the best Drinks. I loved the location and the Food options. I would book here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement: 1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet. 2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system. 3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach. 4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it. 5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient. 6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

Hotel is located at the north east point of Cancun *****, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe it’s because of the “all inclusive” type of the service.

6月に3泊宿泊しました。雨季のためか海は藻がたくさんで入れませんでしたが、人も多すぎずプールでゆっくり寛げました。キンタアベニーダにも近いので、ホテルライフの合間にちょっと街ブラを楽しんだりもできます。ビュッフェ、ディナーレストランが3件、カフェやプールバーがあり、アクティビティで朝ヨガやショーもあり、色々楽しめました。オーシャンビューで予約しましたがほぼ海が見えなかったので、部屋から海をみたい場合はシーフロントなどで予約した方がよいかもです。

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

一句話總結酒店：我家大業大 細節不好你別嫌棄 而且價格不算全包裏貴的，所以沒有期待太多，這個價位還算可以了 房間： 隔音很不好，很潮（不確定是不是所有海邊全包都這樣？） 床、房間很大，風景很好。有洗漱用品。就是電話是壞的😅 房間點餐可以用手機app， 酒水： 隨便喝， 很多吧枱和移動調酒師，但是感覺酒水都甜嗖嗖的 可能我不太會點吧.. 食物： 喜歡美食的勸退，食物一般，4個餐廳體驗了亞洲和意大利餐廳，必須6點剛開始立馬沖進去，不然等座位很久。沒有預約制度。食物拍照好看但是口味普通，基本都是温的/冷了。服務員嚴重不夠！！有種他們想服務好客人但是力不從心。。。 上菜很慢！ 服務： 服務員很熱情，沒有一個不耐煩的，保潔不會英語，其他人或多或少都會 Wi-Fi還不錯，刷**流暢去海灘偶爾斷。 酒店大堂沒有開空調，房間、餐廳空調足。 沙灘風景： 第一排沙灘椅難搶，後面沙灘上很多椅子。海灘上沒有大片空曠沙灘， 不過隔壁家沙灘非常美，可以走過去蹭😂，水還是很果凍藍的，暖的，大片天空無遮擋，看夕陽很美！ 活動： 有集體唱k，泳池裡打牌，西班牙語課 都是要和其他外國人玩的，社恐勸退了 有小孩娛樂的小房間，有滑梯啥的。 有外包的人在海灘上等着接單：在酒店裡玩付費項目 海上騎摩託，船拖降落傘🪂 還有宣傳去外面acua world玩的項目：jungle tour，snorkeling（浮潛）， 氧氣瓶潛水 有好幾個游泳池還不錯

Loving the small pools it feels cozy and the room is spacious with a small living room with sofa where you can recieve friends or travel mates. We enjoyed a lot at the cocktail bars and different restaurants! Dreams does feel dream like !

Faktor penentu yang merangkumi semua ialah bilangan restoran, tetapi di sini, sebagai tambahan kepada pelbagai restoran di Mexico, Itali, sushi, Perancis, teppanyaki, gaya bufet, terdapat ais krim dan smoothie, kafe, dll. Saya suka setiap hari ! !! Terdapat beberapa kedai cenderamata, ia sangat bagus! Perkara yang baik adalah acara petang, di mana gerai cenderahati dibuka dari dataran di tempat kejadian. Seronok melihat sesuatu selain kedai cenderamata tanpa keluar. Paling penting, kedai tequila dan artis-artis yang tertarik di tempat itu hebat! Resort ini juga mengadakan banyak aktiviti setiap hari. Saya tidak sabar-sabar untuk menyertai kelas memasak, sukan, dan lain-lain!
