"Cannot recommend Doubletree and it's staff enough. After spending several months in hotel accommodations throughout the cairns region, this hotel takes first place by a long shot. From the warm cookie at check-in, to the stunning gardens and presentation, the room was spacious and very clean. Every staff member was friendly with truly standout customer service (a rarity nowadays) The manager on duty Luse went above and beyond to assist us, we will be raving about her and her staff to everyone we know for a long time. Not a single fault, and we will most certainly be returning as soon as we can. Thank you to Luse and the staff for a memorable and standout experience, if I could select more than 5 stars I would."
