Mercure Belem Boulevard

Very Good

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Germano Brasileiro PinheiroStaff were great and so was the service they provided 🤓 overall we had a decent stay but the hotel clearly needs a revamp. WiFi signal can be a struggle depending on the floor you’re on. I’d recommend it as the location is unbeatable, service (like I said) is great and overall I had a good stay.

Great

Guest UserSecond time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational!
The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

The hotel is quiet and close to everything. The breakfast is great (the mango is crazy) and the view of the amazon is just cutting the breath. I have a little bit of the portrait of the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, the newspaper, I would take this hotel if I had to return to Belem.
